(20) control nine groups: the essential oil prepared in the example 1 is uniformly mixed according to the following weight ratio: 5 parts of lavender essential oil, 2 parts of patchouli essential oil, 2 parts of sandalwood essential oil, 2 parts of oregano essential oil, 2 parts of chamomile essential oil, 1 part of frankincense essential oil and 1 part of vetiver essential oil to obtain nine control groups of compound essential oils; 10ml of nine control groups of compound essential oils were placed in 50ml jars 30 minutes before the volunteers were asleep each day, the jars being open to the bed.
The distance between the above 20 groups of open wide-mouth bottles and the head of a volunteer is not more than 1 meter, the test lasts for 10 days, each group of volunteers wear an intelligent bracelet or an intelligent watch capable of monitoring the sleep condition every day, the sleep time and the sleep time are recorded, and the effect is shown in table 1.

The time for falling asleep is the time from the preparation of sleeping after the volunteers lie on the bed and close eyes to the falling asleep according to the usual work and rest of the volunteers at night, and the average time for falling asleep is the sum of the 10-day time for falling asleep of each group of 6 volunteers divided by 60;
the sleep duration refers to the night sleep duration of the volunteers, and the average sleep duration is the sum of 10-day sleep durations of each group of 6 volunteers and is divided by 60;
the average night waking time is the sum of 10-day night waking times of each group of 6 volunteers divided by 60;
the deep sleep ratio refers to the deep sleep time length/sleep time length of the volunteers at night, and the average deep sleep ratio is the sum of the deep sleep ratios of 6 volunteers in each group at 10 days and the sum of the deep sleep ratios is divided by 60.
By reviewing the volunteers of the compound essential oil test group of example 2, the compound essential oil test group of example 3 and the compound essential oil test group of example 4, 0 person showed that the patients had poor memory, difficulty in concentrating energy, dependence, discomfort and other side effects after using the hypnotic compound essential oil.
The tests show that the components in the sleep-improving compound essential oil provided by the invention have synergistic effects, so that the sleep is obviously promoted in the four aspects of sleep-in time, sleep duration, waking times and deep sleep proportion, and the sleep-improving compound essential oil is safe and has no toxic or side effect.
Example 6
120 volunteers (SAS evaluation, mild Anxiety: 50-59 points; moderate Anxiety: 60-69 points; severe Anxiety: 70 points) with the age of 25 to 55 years, evaluated as mild Anxiety by a Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), were randomly and evenly divided into 20 groups under the condition that the number of men and women in each group is ensured to be the same, and a 50ml wide-mouth bottle was placed at a position which is not more than 1 meter away from the head of the volunteer for 2 hours in an open state under the condition that the volunteers are awake every day, and the types of liquid contained in the wide-mouth bottles of each group are as follows:
(1) blank control group: 10ml of purified water;
(2) example 2 test group of compound essential oils: 10ml of the hypnotic compound essential oil prepared in example 2;
(3) example 3 compound essential oil test group: 10ml of the hypnotic compound essential oil prepared in example 3;
(4) example 4 test group of compound essential oils: 10ml of the hypnotic compound essential oil prepared in example 4;
(5) lavender essential oil control group: 10ml of the lavender essential oil obtained in example 1;
(6) patchouli essential oil control group: 10ml of the patchouli essential oil obtained in example 1;
(7) sandalwood essential oil control group: 10ml of the sandalwood essential oil obtained in example 1;
(8) oregano essential oil control group: 10ml of the oregano essential oil obtained in example 1;
(9) chamomile essential oil control group: 10ml of the essential oil of Chamomile obtained in example 1;
(10) frankincense essential oil control group: 10ml of the boswellia essential oil obtained in example 1;
(11) vetiver essential oil control group: 10ml of the vetiver essential oil obtained in example 1;
(12) control group: the essential oil prepared in the example 1 is uniformly mixed according to the following weight ratio: 5 parts of patchouli essential oil, 2 parts of sandalwood essential oil, 2 parts of oregano essential oil, 2 parts of chamomile essential oil, 1 part of frankincense essential oil and 1 part of vetiver essential oil to obtain a control group of compound essential oil; placing 10ml of a control group of compound essential oil in a 50ml wide-mouth bottle;
(13) control two groups: the essential oil prepared in the example 1 is uniformly mixed according to the following weight ratio: 5 parts of lavender essential oil, 2 parts of sandalwood essential oil, 2 parts of oregano essential oil, 2 parts of chamomile essential oil, 1 part of frankincense essential oil and 1 part of vetiver essential oil to obtain two groups of control compound essential oil; 10ml of the control two groups of compound essential oil is placed in a 50ml wide-mouth bottle;
(14) control three groups: the essential oil prepared in the example 1 is uniformly mixed according to the following weight ratio: 5 parts of lavender essential oil, 5 parts of patchouli essential oil, 2 parts of oregano essential oil, 2 parts of chamomile essential oil, 1 part of frankincense essential oil and 1 part of vetiver essential oil to obtain three groups of control compound essential oils; 10ml of the control three groups of compound essential oil are placed in a 50ml wide-mouth bottle;
(15) four control groups: the essential oil prepared in the example 1 is uniformly mixed according to the following weight ratio: 5 parts of lavender essential oil, 5 parts of patchouli essential oil, 2 parts of sandalwood essential oil, 2 parts of chamomile essential oil, 1 part of frankincense essential oil and 1 part of vetiver essential oil to obtain four control groups of compound essential oils; 10ml of four control groups of compound essential oil are placed in a 50ml wide-mouth bottle;
(16) five control groups: the essential oil prepared in the example 1 is uniformly mixed according to the following weight ratio: 5 parts of lavender essential oil, 5 parts of patchouli essential oil, 2 parts of sandalwood essential oil, 2 parts of origanum essential oil, 1 part of frankincense essential oil and 1 part of vetiver essential oil to obtain five groups of control compound essential oil; 10ml of the five groups of compound essential oil are placed in a 50ml wide-mouth bottle;
(17) six control groups: the essential oil prepared in the example 1 is uniformly mixed according to the following weight ratio: 5 parts of lavender essential oil, 5 parts of patchouli essential oil, 2 parts of sandalwood essential oil, 2 parts of origanum essential oil, 2 parts of chamomile essential oil and 1 part of vetiver essential oil to obtain six groups of control compound essential oils; 10ml of six groups of control compound essential oil is placed in a 50ml wide-mouth bottle;
(18) seven control groups: the essential oil prepared in the example 1 is uniformly mixed according to the following weight ratio: 5 parts of lavender essential oil, 5 parts of patchouli essential oil, 2 parts of sandalwood essential oil, 2 parts of origanum essential oil, 2 parts of chamomile essential oil and 1 part of frankincense essential oil to obtain seven groups of control compound essential oils; placing 10ml of seven groups of control compound essential oil in a 50ml wide-mouth bottle;
(19) eight control groups: the essential oil prepared in the example 1 is uniformly mixed according to the following weight ratio: 2 parts of lavender essential oil, 5 parts of patchouli essential oil, 2 parts of sandalwood essential oil, 2 parts of oregano essential oil, 2 parts of chamomile essential oil, 1 part of frankincense essential oil and 1 part of vetiver essential oil to obtain eight groups of control compound essential oil; placing 10ml of eight groups of control compound essential oil in a 50ml wide-mouth bottle;
(20) control nine groups: the essential oil prepared in the example 1 is uniformly mixed according to the following weight ratio: 5 parts of lavender essential oil, 2 parts of patchouli essential oil, 2 parts of sandalwood essential oil, 2 parts of oregano essential oil, 2 parts of chamomile essential oil, 1 part of frankincense essential oil and 1 part of vetiver essential oil to obtain nine control groups of compound essential oils; 10ml of nine control groups of compound essential oil are placed in a 50ml wide-mouth bottle.
The above 20 groups of jar tests were continued for 10 nights, and volunteers were evaluated using a Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) 2 hours after the last sleep termination, and the average score of each group of volunteers was recorded as shown in table 2.

By reviewing the volunteers of the compound essential oil test group of example 2, the compound essential oil test group of example 3 and the compound essential oil test group of example 4, 0 person showed that the patients had poor memory, difficulty in concentrating energy, dependence, discomfort and other side effects after using the hypnotic compound essential oil.
The test results show that the hypnotic compound essential oil can effectively improve the anxiety state of people with mild anxiety, plays a role in relieving emotion, is safe and has no side effect.

Claims (7)

1. The sleep-improving compound essential oil is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of lavender essential oil, 5-10 parts of pogostemon cablin essential oil, 2-5 parts of sandalwood essential oil, 2-5 parts of oregano essential oil, 2-5 parts of chamomile essential oil, 1-2 parts of frankincense essential oil and 1-2 parts of vetiver essential oil.

The sleep-improving compound essential oil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sleep-improving compound essential oil comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-6 parts of lavender essential oil, 5-6 parts of patchouli essential oil, 2-3 parts of sandalwood essential oil, 2-4 parts of oregano essential oil, 2-4 parts of chamomile essential oil, 1-2 parts of frankincense essential oil and 1-2 parts of vetiver essential oil.

A hypnotic compound essential oil according to claim 1, wherein the lavender essential oil, the patchouli essential oil, the sandalwood essential oil, the oregano essential oil, the chamomile essential oil, the frankincense essential oil and the vetiver essential oil are prepared from lavender, patchouli leaf, sandalwood, oregano, chamomile, mastic resin and vetiver root respectively by steam distillation, organic solvent extraction or pressing.

The hypnotic compound essential oil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lavender essential oil, the patchouli essential oil, the sandalwood essential oil, the oregano essential oil, the chamomile essential oil, the frankincense essential oil and the vetiver essential oil are respectively prepared by taking lavender, patchouli leaf, sandalwood, oregano, chamomile, mastic resin and vetiver root as raw materials, crushing the raw materials, putting the crushed raw materials into a steam distillation device, introducing steam to enable essential oil components in the raw materials to be brought out along with steam distillation, and collecting oil phase in distillate after condensation.
5. A hypnotic compound essential oil according to claim 4, wherein the step of collecting the oil phase in the distillate comprises the steps of extracting and drying the oil phase in the distillate.

The hypnotic compound essential oil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lavender essential oil, the patchouli essential oil, the sandalwood essential oil, the oregano essential oil, the chamomile essential oil, the frankincense essential oil and the vetiver essential oil are respectively prepared by taking lavender, patchouli leaf, sandalwood, oregano, chamomile, mastic resin and vetiver root as raw materials, crushing the raw materials, soaking the raw materials in a volatile organic solvent for extraction, and then removing the volatile organic solvent.
