Description

Spray with high skin affinity and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to a spray with high skin affinity and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the enhancement of aesthetic ideas, people are focusing more and more on cosmetics. Cosmetic products are products that are applied, sprayed or otherwise adhered to the surface of the skin, and currently healthy and safe skin care products are becoming more and more attractive to consumers.
Emollient and absorbent properties are fundamental requirements of all cosmetics, which relate to the affinity of the cosmetic to the skin. The improvement of skin-friendly properties of aqueous cosmetics is also a subject of continuous research in the industry. Moisture is a very promising research direction, if it can improve the affinity with skin and reduce the contact angle with skin in the presence of skin grease. At present, in order to maintain the skin moisturizing performance of most cosmetics, some components such as a surfactant and a plant extract are generally added, however, the obtained cosmetics have poor appearance, turbidity and poor stability, and have low affinity and show a beading phenomenon when being applied to the surface of the skin containing grease, so that the practicability is low.

Detailed Description
The present invention is illustrated by the following specific embodiments, but is not limited to the specific examples given below.
In a first aspect the present invention provides a spray with high skin substantivity comprising 0.5 to 10wt% surfactant, 0 to 4wt% humectant, water to 100wt%; the surfactant is a polyglycol modified surfactant.
In one embodiment, the high skin affinity spray further comprises 0.05 to 1wt% preservative.
Preferably, the surfactant is present in an amount of 1.65wt%.
The preservative of the present invention is not particularly limited, and may be routinely selected by those skilled in the art.
Such preservatives include, but are not limited to, phenoxyethanol, parabens, imidazolidinyl ureas, pinocembranes, bisimidazolidinyl ureas, and the like.
In one embodiment, the preservative is phenoxyethanol.
The humectant is not particularly limited and may be selected as usual by those skilled in the art.
The moisturizers include, but are not limited to, polyols, polyethylene glycol, sodium hyaluronate, ceramides, lactic acid, allantoin, collagen, trehalose, tremella polysaccharide, panthenol, plant extracts, and the like.
In one embodiment, the humectant is a polyol.
Preferably, the polyol comprises glycerol.
In one embodiment, the polyglycol in the polyglycol-modified surfactant has a degree of polymerization of 3 to 15.
Preferably, the polymerization degree of the polyglycol in the polyglycol modified surfactant is 7-13.
Preferably, the polyglycol is polyethylene glycol and/or polypropylene glycol.
In one embodiment, the polyglycol modified surfactant is selected from one or more of polyethylene glycol modified grease, polypropylene glycol modified polyether, polyglycol modified polyol surfactant.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the polyethylene glycol modified grease, the polypropylene glycol modified polyether and the polyglycol modified polyol surfactant is (5-8): 1: (1-5); more preferably 6.7:1:3.3.
preferably, the polyethylene glycol modified grease contains cocoate groups; more preferably, the polyethylene glycol modified grease is PEG-7 glycerol cocoate.
Preferably, the polypropylene glycol modified polyether contains fatty branches of C8-15; more preferably, the polypropylene glycol modified polyether is PPG-13-decyl tetradecyl polyether-24.
Preferably, the polyglycol modified polyol surfactant is PEG/PPG/polytetramethylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerin.
The preservative of the present invention is not particularly limited, and may be routinely selected by those skilled in the art.
In one embodiment, the preservative includes, but is not limited to, phenoxyethanol, parabens, imidazolidinyl ureas, pinus, bisimidazolidinyl ureas, and the like.
According to the theory of colloid interfacial chemistry, the applicant adds a surfactant into the aqueous spray to reduce the interfacial tension of water and oil phases, but the applicant finds that the surfactant does not have a good effect, the phenomenon of hanging water drops on the skin of the spray is obvious, and the spray is layered, turbid and opaque, so that a commercial product cannot be formed.
Furthermore, the applicant has unexpectedly found that in the particular spray humectant system herein, polyglycol modified surfactants, in particular PEG-7 glycerol cocoate, PPG-13-decyltetradecylether-24 and PEG/PPG/polytetramethylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerol are added in a weight ratio of (5-8): 1: in the case of (1-5), the spray obtained at this time is not only transparent and stable, but also is free from water drops when applied to the skin surface containing squalane, and is fast in absorption, good in skin-friendly property and low in contact angle, and the applicant believes that the specific polymerization degree and specific length of the branched chain in the present application enable the spray to spread on the squalane-containing surface, and that the compatibility and dispersibility between 3 specific surfactants in the spray system are good, and the transparent stable system is maintained for a long time.
