dissolving polyglycerol-6 caprylate, phenoxyethanol and isopropyl palmitate under stirring at 80-90 deg.C, adding water and panthenol, stirring, discharging, and canning to obtain the final product.

Examples 4 to 6, a bicontinuous phase makeup remover, whose raw material composition is shown in table 1, was prepared in accordance with example 1.

The preparation of comparative examples 1 to 4 in Table 2 corresponds to example 1.

In the composition of the raw material of example 4, the contents of the nonionic surfactant and the fat and oil were increased as compared with example 1, and dipropylene glycol was added.

The raw material composition of example 5 reduced the content of fats and oils as compared with example 1.

In the composition of the raw material of example 6, the types of the nonionic surfactant and the fat and oil were adjusted in comparison with example 1.

The raw material composition of comparative example 1 had an increased fat content as compared with example 1.

The composition of the raw material of comparative example 2 was formulated with the nonionic surfactants having HLB values less than 8 and greater than 8, and the content was increased, as compared with example 1.

The composition of the raw material of comparative example 3 contained only the nonionic surfactant having an HLB value of less than 8, as compared with that of example 1.

The composition of the raw materials of comparative example 4 was formulated with nonionic surfactants having HLB values less than 8 and greater than 8, as compared to example 1.

The human sensory evaluation is shown in table 3.

1. A bicontinuous phase cleansing fluid is characterized by comprising the following components A, B and C in percentage by mass;

a is as follows: 0.1-20.0% of nonionic surfactant with HLB value more than 8;

b is as follows: 0.01-5.0% of liquid oil;

c is as follows: 75.0-99.0 percent of water.

2. The bicontinuous phase cleansing fluid according to claim 1 wherein said nonionic surfactant having an HLB value greater than 8 is selected from the group consisting of polyglycerol-n fatty acid esters and any mixtures thereof.

3. The bicontinuous phase cleansing fluid according to claim 1 or 2 wherein said liquid oil is selected from one or any combination of vegetable, mineral and animal oils.

4. The bicontinuous phase cleansing fluid according to claim 3, wherein the liquid oil is one or any mixture of hydrocarbons, esters, alcohols and polyethers.

5. The bicontinuous phase cleansing fluid of claim 1 further comprising a polyol, an acidity or alkalinity regulator, a preservative, a colorant, an aromatizer, a moisturizer, an emollient, and an extract.

6. The bicontinuous phase cleansing fluid according to claim 4, characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:

deionized water is added to 100%.

7. The preparation method of the bicontinuous phase cleansing fluid of claim 1, which comprises the following steps:

mixing and stirring the nonionic surfactant, the liquid grease and the deionized water in the formula until the mixture is transparent, and stopping stirring to discharge.

8. The method for preparing the bicontinuous phase cleansing fluid according to claim 7, comprising the following steps,

1) weighing the components according to the formula ratio, heating, stirring and uniformly mixing the nonionic surfactant and the liquid oil;

2) adding deionized water, stirring to be transparent, stopping stirring, and discharging.

9. The method for preparing a bicontinuous phase cleansing fluid according to claim 8, wherein said heating and stirring temperature is 80-90 ℃.
