Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present invention. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the invention, as detailed in the appended claims.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an information pushing method applied to a push server, where the method includes:
s110: obtaining the remaining push scores of the user account in the current push period, wherein the remaining push scores are as follows: the total pushing fraction and the used pushing fraction of the user account in one pushing period are determined; the total pushing score is determined according to the state information of the user account;
s120: determining a pushing fraction consumed by target information according to information parameters of the target information to be pushed;
s130: and when the pushing fraction consumed by the target information is less than or equal to the remaining pushing fraction of the user account, pushing the target information to the user account in the current pushing period.
The push server can be any electronic equipment located on the information push platform.
When a target message to be pushed exists, the residual push score of the user account in the current push period is obtained, the push score required to be consumed by the target message is calculated, and the target message is pushed to the target account in the current push period only after the push score consumed by the current target message is smaller than or equal to the residual push score of the user account in the current period.
In one embodiment, the duration of the current push period may be a predetermined duration such as one day or half day.
In another embodiment, the duration of the current push period may be a longer time period such as two days or one week.
The remaining push score is equal to the push total score minus the used push score.
The state information of the user account may be information of each layer of the user account, for example, information of each aspect of the user account, for example, a network type used by the user account, a user tag of the user account, a registration duration of the user account, an online frequency of the user account, and/or a single online duration of the user account.
The user tags include, but are not limited to, at least one of: an age tag of the user, a gender tag of the user, a occupation tag of the user, an interest tag of the user, and a browsing habit tag of the user.
The information score of the target information may be any information indicating various aspects of the target information, including but not limited to at least one of:
the information length of the target information;
a content tag of the target information;
the push purpose of the target information;
whether the target information triggers the downloading of other information after being opened or not;
The flow consumed for triggering other information downloads, etc.
The information length of the target information determines the flow of the client end required to be consumed by the target information issuing.
The content tag may be composed of one or more keywords of the target information, for example, the keywords may be: subject keywords of the target information, and the like.
The push purpose of the target information can be various, some push purposes of the target information are to apply keep-alive, some push purposes of the target information are to advertise, and some push purposes of the target information are to distribute the information. A typical push of target information is information distribution that may include: various government announcements or prompt information for the user account to pay attention to fraud or prevent security, and the like.
And determining the pushing fraction consumed by the target information according to the information parameters of the target information.
In one embodiment, S120 may include: and determining the pushing fraction consumed by the target information according to the information parameters of the target information, wherein the pushing fraction of the required serial number is the same corresponding to the used user account. In this way, the calculation of push scores that need to be consumed for the target information can be simplified.
In another embodiment, S120 may include: and determining the pushing fraction of the user account consumed by the target information according to the information parameters of the target information and the state information of the user account. For example, different user accounts have different user tags, and by matching the user tags with the content tags, the push scores required to be consumed by the target information are different for the same target information according to different user accounts.
After the pushing fraction required to be consumed by the target information is determined, the target information is sent to the user account within the current pushing period only after the fraction required to be consumed by the target information is smaller than or equal to the remaining pushing fraction of the user account, and the pushing of the target information is accurately controlled by the quantized fraction, so that the information interference caused by unnecessary pushing is reduced, and the problems of pushing failure and the like caused by the abnormity of a network connected with the user account can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 2, the method further comprises:
s140: and when the pushing fraction required to be consumed by the target information is larger than the rest pushing fraction of the user account, not pushing the target information to the user account in the current pushing period.
And if the pushing fraction consumed by the target information is larger than the rest pushing fraction of the user account, at least sending the target information to the user account in the pushing period of the current week (namely the pushing period).
The push server has a plurality of pieces of information to be pushed, and can poll each piece of information to be pushed, and the remaining push scores of the user accounts can be close to 0 or less than the push score consumed by any piece of target information to be pushed by repeatedly executing the above steps S110 to S130.
Therefore, on one hand, the total pushing score of the user account can be used up when target information to be pushed is to be pushed while reducing the phenomenon that excessive interference information is not sent to the user account as much as possible.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises:
determining the information type of the target information;
when the push fraction consumed by the target information is less than or equal to the remaining push fraction of the user account, pushing the target information to the user account in the current push period, including:
and when the information type of the target information is first-class information and the pushing fraction consumed by the target information is less than or equal to the residual pushing fraction of the user account, pushing the target information to the user account in the current period.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the information type of the target information may be distinguished according to the push purpose (or push purpose) of the target information.
For example, the information type of the target may be at least one of:
advertising purposes;
reminding purposes;
keep-alive purposes for the client (or application).
For advertising purposes, advertising targets are typically available.
By advertising an item to the user on purpose, typically a need, for example, an application program modification, it can be conveyed by a push message for the purpose of advertising or alerting, and for example, in the case of catastrophic weather, the weather alert is also a push message for the purpose of alerting.
In some cases, the current political information is also information for the purpose of announcement or for the purpose of reminding. This type of temporal information may also be considered information that does not consume push scores.
The first type of information may include advertising purpose targeting information and/or keep-alive purpose targeting information.
The total score of the push for this first type of information is required by the user account.
Therefore, in the case that the target information is the first type of information, whether to send the target information to the user account is determined according to the push fraction consumed by the target information.
For example, when the target information is the first type of information, the target information is pushed to the user account in the current period only when the push score consumed by the target information is less than or equal to the remaining push score of the user account, otherwise the target information is not sent to the user account.
If the target information is not the first type of information, for example, if the target information is the second type of information other than the first type of information, the target information is directly pushed to the user account without calculating the push score consumed by the target information.
Namely, the method further comprises:
and when the target information is second-type information, pushing the target information to the user account under the condition of not consuming the residual pushing fraction of the user account.
The second type of information may include, but is not limited to: target information for a reminder purpose.
The target information does not consume the push scores of the users, and the target information is directly pushed to the user account without determining the residual push scores of the user account and the push scores consumed by the target information.
Therefore, the pushing of the information with different pushing purposes can be distinguished by distinguishing the information types of the target information, so that the second type of information with the reminding purpose is ensured to be timely and comprehensively distributed to the user account, and the reminding or bulletin purpose is realized.
In some embodiments, the determining, according to an information parameter of target information to be pushed, a pushing score required to be consumed by the target information includes:
and determining the pushing fraction consumed by the target information according to at least one of the information type of the target information, the matching degree of the information content of the target information and the interest tag of the user account, the information length of the target information and the expected flow introduced after the target information is opened by the user account.
If the information type of the target information belongs to the first type, the information type of the target information can be further divided into an advertising purpose and a keep-alive purpose.
The push scores consumed by the target information of different information types are different. Illustratively, the push score consumed by the targeted information for keep-alive purposes is higher than the push score consumed by the targeted information for advertising purposes.
The information content may be indicated by a content tag. The higher the matching degree of the information content of the target information and the interest tag of the user account is, the less the pushing score is consumed. Namely, the matching degree of the information content of the target information and the interest tag of the user account is in negative correlation with the consumed push score.
The information length of the target information may be determined by the number of bits contained in the target information itself. Illustratively, there is a negative correlation between the information length of the target information and the consumed push fraction.
And after the target information is opened by the client of the user account, the client downloads other information based on the download link after detecting the user operation acting on the download connection. Downloading of information based on a download link within the target information may also consume traffic, i.e. the expected traffic as described above,
In one embodiment, the expected traffic magnitude is positively correlated with the push fraction consumed by the target information.
Further, the push score consumed by the download trigger that automatically downloads if the intended traffic is such that the target information is opened is higher than the push score consumed by the download trigger based on the usage action on the download link if the target information is opened.
In calculating the push score consumed by the target information, the following functional relationship may be adopted:
Scoretotal=∑scoren*wn
wherein, ScoretotalA push score consumed for the target information; scorenThe fraction item of the nth information parameter; w is anMay be the weight of the fractional term of the nth information parameter.
In some embodiments, the weight values of all information parameters may be equal, e.g., 1.
In some embodiments, the weight is set according to different degrees of influence of information parameters on information push of the user account. If the weight is larger, the influence degree on the user account is larger.
In some cases, the information type, the matching degree of the information content and the interest tag, the information length, the expected flow rate, and the like are comprehensively considered when calculating the push score consumed by the target information. However, when the user account is a new account and the interest tag is not collected yet, the product between the score item corresponding to the matching degree of the information content and the interest tag and the weight may be set as a default value. In this way, when the score item corresponding to the information score in a certain aspect cannot be calculated due to information loss, a default value can be adopted, and the score of the pushing score required to be consumed by the target information in the process of pushing the target information for the specific user account can be calculated, so that accurate control of the pushing information under different conditions is realized.
The interest tag of the user indicates the content which is interested by the user.
The user's interest tags may be: and the user account number is a label determined based on the filling operation of the user during registration, and/or a label determined according to the historical reading record of the user or the historical operation of the push information.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises:
acquiring state information of the user account, wherein the state information comprises: at least one of network state information, user state information and traffic use condition information of user equipment of the user account;
and determining the total pushing score of the user account according to the condition information.
The state information of the user account reflects various conditions of the current user account.
Illustratively, the network condition information includes at least one of:
the network type of the user equipment connected with the user account operated by the user;
and the network signal strength of a network connected with the user equipment operated by the user account.
For example, the network types can be divided into: WiFi, etc., a type of network that is not sensitive to traffic consumption, and/or cellular mobile communications, a type of network that is sensitive to traffic consumption.
The connection network of the user equipment where the user account is located is as follows: a network type that is not sensitive to traffic consumption may result in a higher score for calculating the total push score than a network type that is connected to traffic consumption sensitive.
If the network signal strength is stronger, the situation of packet dropping of the pushed information is less, and the success rate of information pushing is higher, so in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the network signal strength is positively correlated with the score corresponding to the network state information.
If the network currently connected with the user equipment is of a network type sensitive to traffic consumption and a network type insensitive to traffic consumption, the network type is determined according to the fact that the network currently connected with the user equipment is of a network type insensitive to traffic consumption.
Illustratively, the score term corresponding to the network condition information may be determined by using the following functional relationship:
Scorenetwork=Networktype*S
wherein, ScorenetworkThe score item corresponding to the network condition information is calculated when the total pushing score is calculated; networktypeThe method comprises the following steps of (1) dividing a base for a network type connected with user equipment; and S is the calculated weight corresponding to the network signal strength. If the network signal strength is larger, the S is positively correlated.
In some embodiments the user status information comprises at least one of:
the user account online state information indicates the user account online state or offline state;
And the user account pushes feedback state information to indicate the feedback state of the user account on the historical push information.
And the online state information of the user account indicates that the user account is online or offline, and the corresponding score of the online state is higher than that of the offline state.
For example, the feedback state of the user account may be determined according to a user operation on the historical push information. For example, the user action may be at least one of:
the displayed message notification represents that the user account views the corresponding historical push information;
when the push notification of the push information is clicked and displayed at the client side where the user account is located, the message notification is clicked, and at the moment, the information content of the historical push information is checked by the user;
cancelled, a system notification is turned off when the user account displays a message notification of historical push information, thus resulting in the push information not being viewed.
In some embodiments, a single clicked corresponding score is greater than a single presented corresponding score; and the score shown at a single time is greater than the score corresponding to the cancelled single time.
The score corresponding to the user feedback state information can be calculated by adopting the following functional relationship;
Scoreoperation=Operationtype*f
OperationtypeThe corresponding base scores may be manipulated for different users, e.g., the clicked, presented and cancelled corresponding base scores are different. f is OperationtypeNumber of occurrences in the last one or more cycles.
ScoreoperationAnd feeding back a score corresponding to the state information for the user.
The traffic usage information indicates at least one of:
the flow package signed by the user account;
the residual flow of the user account in the current pushing period;
and the traffic using habit of the user account.
Illustratively, the traffic package is positively correlated with the score involved in calculating the total score of the push. The remaining flow rate is positively correlated with the score involved in calculating the total fraction pushed. Traffic usage habits may be determined based on the sensitivity of a user account to exceeding traffic packages. Some user accounts exceed the flow range defined by the flow package many times, which indicates that the user account is not sensitive to the flow, otherwise, the user account is sensitive. For another example, some user accounts may pay extra money to purchase extra traffic, which indicates that the user accounts are also insensitive to traffic. For another example, when traffic is about to exceed the limited amount of the traffic package, there is very little network traffic generated by some user accounts, or when mobile traffic is turned off, it indicates that such user accounts are sensitive to traffic usage.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the traffic usage information may be reported to the push server by the user equipment. I.e. traffic usage information, may be received by the push server from the client or requested from the communication carrier.
The score generated based on the traffic usage information may be calculated with reference to the following function:
Scoreflow=flowpara-m*wpara-m
Scoreflowa score generated for traffic usage information; flow (W)para-mA base score corresponding to the mth parameter in the traffic use condition information; w is apara-mThe weight corresponding to the mth parameter in the traffic usage status information. Flow herepara-mThe flow rate package signed by the user account, the residual flow rate of the user account in the current pushing period and the flow rate use habit of the user account can be assigned to any one corresponding base score.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises:
acquiring a pushing basis score determined based on statistical data;
determining a total pushing score of the user account according to the condition information includes:
and determining the total pushing score of the user account according to the score corresponding to the condition information and the pushing basis score.
The push base score may be a base score determined according to a user feedback condition of big data. For example, through big data statistics, the number of pieces of push information which is received and is not objectionable by one user account every day is P, and P may be a push base score. The value of P can be: 3. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, or the like.
In some embodiments, the branch corresponding to the status information and the push base score may be weighted and summed to obtain the push total score. In other embodiments, the branch corresponding to the status information is multiplied by the push base score to obtain the push total score. Illustratively, AP ═ BASE ═ N ═ S ═ F ═ B; wherein, AP is the total pushing fraction; BASE is a pushing basis score, and N is a score corresponding to the network condition information; s is a score corresponding to the online state information; f is a score corresponding to the push feedback state information; and B can be the corresponding score of the traffic use condition information.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, there are many ways to determine the push total score and calculate the push score consumed by a single target information, and the method is not limited to any one of the above.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises:
determining the geographic position of a client of the user account;
and when the geographic position of the client of the user account is located in a preset area, executing the information push based on the push score. And if the geographic position of the client of the user account is outside the preset area, executing information push which is not based on the push score. Illustratively, when the geographic location of the client of the user account is located in a preset area, the method shown in fig. 1 and/or fig. 2 is executed, otherwise, whether to push the target information is determined according to other pushing policies.
The predetermined area includes but is not limited to: areas where network condition stability needs to be enhanced, such as the southeast asia area.
For example, a client outside the preset area may determine whether to push the target information to the user account based on only the matching degree between the information content and the interest tag of the user account.
In this way, by performing the strict quantitative information push based on the push score in a different area, information push outside a preset area where it is unnecessary to strictly control the network traffic or the network state can be reduced.
The infrastructure situation of areas such as southeast Asia is comparatively complicated, and some local network signal is good, and some places can be very poor, and the price difference of charge is great, therefore can face following problem when sending propelling movement (PUSH) to southeast Asia user:
after the push is sent to the user accounts of the southeast Asia in hundred million, a plurality of user accounts do not receive the push due to poor network signals, and server resources are wasted;
for a user account in southeast asia that can normally receive push, personal traffic is consumed due to the fact that a large amount of push is received, and the user feels dislike to an Application (APP) to cause an increase in uninstallation rate.
In view of this, and as shown with reference to figure 3,
the embodiment of the disclosure provides an information pushing method, which may include:
aiming at the laggard infrastructure construction of the southeast Asia market, an intelligent push current limiting scheme is provided.
The scheme discloses a technical scheme for pushing intelligent current limiting, and is used for solving the problems that when pushing is carried out in the southeast Asia market, sending resources are wasted due to poor network signals, and user traffic is consumed too much due to too much sending, so that application is unloaded.
When information flow limitation pushing is carried out, the following operations can be included;
setting a total pushing score (namely a total pushing score) available every day for each user account;
setting a push sending score network coefficient N according to the network environment (wifi, 4G) and the network signal strength reported by the client;
sending a state coefficient S of a pushing score according to the online state setting of a user account
Setting a feedback coefficient F for pushing the total score according to the feedback state (shown, clicked, etc.) of the user
Setting a flow coefficient B of the total pushing fraction according to the flow of the user account;
obtaining a total pushing fraction AP (BASE) N F B available for the user on the current day; in this embodiment, one push period is one day, so the current push period is the current day.
Before each push sending, calculating a push score PP consumed by single push according to the classification of push sending contents, the length of information and the flow consumption expected to be brought by the push when a client executes;
and when information is pushed to each user account, judging whether the current available recommendation score is larger than 0, if so, subtracting the pushed push score PP by using the AP to obtain and store a new AP, and if not, stopping pushing the information of the account.
The information pushing method is not only suitable for southeast Asia, but also suitable for other countries or regions with poor network infrastructure; invalid pushing is reduced, and the information pushing cost is reduced.
The number and/or the flow of the pushed information received by the user account are limited, the service requirement is ensured, meanwhile, the disturbance to the user is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
