In a sixth possible implementation manner of the present disclosure, the method is applied to a mobile terminal, where the mobile terminal is located in a white list of international identity codes IMEI of mobile devices preset by a server; or the IMEI of the mobile terminal accords with a preset tail number rule; or the user information of the mobile terminal conforms to a preset label.
All the above optional technical solutions may be combined arbitrarily to form the optional embodiments of the present disclosure, and are not described herein again.
Fig. 2A is a flowchart illustrating a content item display method according to an exemplary embodiment, and referring to fig. 2A, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, an example is described in which a specified system application is used as a search system application, and the embodiment specifically includes:
in step 201, a start instruction of the search system application is received, and the search system application is executed.
In step 201, for receiving a start instruction of a specified system application, when the mobile terminal detects a start operation of a user on a search system application, an instruction for reading the search system application is sent to the mobile terminal ROM, and after receiving the instruction, the terminal ROM displays an interface of the search system application on a display screen of the mobile terminal.
It should be noted that the search system application may be a search bar function provided by the mobile terminal on a desktop, and is used to search information stored in the mobile terminal and/or information on the internet, or may be a search bar function provided in a short message interface, and is used to search a short message stored in the mobile terminal, and of course, the search system application may also be used to execute at least one search process. Taking the first search bar as an example, for example, as illustrated in fig. 2B, fig. 2B is a search bar function provided by the mobile terminal on the desktop, and when the user inputs "car", a hot search word related to "car" may be displayed in a drop-down bar of the search bar, so that the user can perform further search according to the hot search word.
In step 202, the number of times of receiving the start instruction of the search system application is detected, when the number of times of receiving is less than or equal to a first preset threshold, step 203 is executed, and when the number of times of receiving is greater than the first preset threshold, step 203 and the subsequent steps are not executed.
Since step 203 and subsequent steps are performed to display the content item each time the search system application is started, excessive interference may be caused to the user, and therefore, in order to ensure that the user can receive the content item and prevent excessive interference from being caused to the user, the number of times of receiving the start instruction of the search system application may be detected, thereby realizing detection of the number of times of acquiring and displaying the content item, and further controlling the number of times of acquiring and displaying the content item.
The specific method for detecting the number of times of receiving the start instruction of the search system application may be: the number of times of receiving the start instruction is stored in the designated memory, for example, the number of times of receiving the start instruction for the search system application may be acquired by taking a day from early morning to late afternoon as a natural day, performing an addition operation on the data stored in the designated memory every time the start instruction for the search system application is received from early morning to late afternoon until late afternoon, clearing the number of times of receiving the previous natural day stored in the designated memory by the late afternoon of each natural day, starting a new round of statistics, and reading the data stored in the designated memory.
In the above process, when the number of times of reception is greater than the first preset threshold, although the subsequent step 203 is not executed, in order to complete the search task, the mobile terminal may perform a search on a mobile terminal storage and/or the internet according to the keyword input by the user.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, only the detection of the number of times of receiving the start instruction of the search system application is taken as an example for explanation, and this method has the characteristics of easy implementation, simple process, and strong applicability. In another embodiment of the present disclosure, this step 202 may be replaced by any of the following implementations:
the first mode is as follows: detecting the display times of the content items, executing step 203 with a preset probability when the display times is less than or equal to a second preset threshold, and not executing step 203 and the subsequent steps when the display times is greater than the second preset threshold.
If the preset probability is 50%, that is, when the start instruction is received, whether to execute step 203 may be determined according to the display times and the preset probability of the current content item, so as to disperse the display time of the content item, thereby better avoiding causing excessive interference to the user.
It should be noted that the method for detecting the display times of the content items is similar to the method for detecting the receiving times of the start instruction of the search system application, and details are not repeated here.
The second mode is as follows: detecting the receiving times of the starting instruction of the specified system application, when the receiving times is less than or equal to a third preset threshold, not executing the step 203 and the subsequent steps, when the receiving times is greater than the third preset threshold, executing the step 203 with a preset probability, and when the display times is greater than a fourth preset threshold, not executing the step 203 and the subsequent steps.
The preset probability may be the same as or different from the preset probability in the second method, and this is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the disclosure. This way the disturbance of the display of the content item to the user can be minimized.
The particular way in which the control of the frequency of display of the content items is implemented may be set by the server. The specific values of the first preset threshold, the second preset threshold, the third preset threshold, the fourth preset threshold, the preset probability and the like may all be changed according to the setting of the server, and the disclosure does not limit this.
In step 203, a content item matching the search keyword is obtained from the content item database of the server according to the search keyword.
The content item database of the server is used for storing content items provided by content item providers and delivery modes of the content items. The content item may be uploaded to the server by the provider and the delivery method may be selected by the provider from delivery methods provided by the server by purchase, bidding, etc. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, only the content items stored in the content item database are taken as the content items for specifying the delivery method. And the appointed release mode is a release mode which is currently released to an appointed system application for displaying.
In this embodiment, specifying the manner of delivery means that the content item is displayed in a blank area below the search field. After detecting the search keyword, the mobile terminal sends the search keyword to the server, and the server selects a content item matched with the search keyword from a content item database of the server according to the search keyword.
In another embodiment provided by the present disclosure, the server may also ensure a personalized service by setting terminal information that allows display of the content item. The terminal information may be an IMEI (international mobile Equipment Identity) of the mobile terminal, or may be label information of a valid user of the mobile terminal.
Correspondingly, after detecting the search keyword, the mobile terminal sends the search keyword and the terminal information to the server, the server judges whether the mobile terminal can display the content item according to the terminal information, if so, the content item matched with the search keyword is inquired in a content item database of the server, and if not, the database inquiry is not carried out.
The server may determine whether the mobile terminal is capable of displaying the content item according to the terminal information, and the determining may include any one of the following methods:
the first mode is as follows: and judging whether the IMEI of the mobile terminal is in an IMEI white list preset by the server, if so, determining that the mobile terminal can display the content item, and if not, determining that the mobile terminal cannot display the content item.
The IMEI white list preset by the server is used for storing the IMEI of the mobile terminal capable of displaying the content item, the white list can be set by a mobile terminal manufacturer, the mobile terminal with the IMEI in the white list can display the content item, the mobile terminal without the IMEI in the white list can not display the content item, and the white list is preset in the server, so that a user can selectively purchase the mobile terminal displaying the content item and the mobile terminal not displaying the content item, and the requirements of different users are met.
The second mode is as follows: and judging whether the IMEI of the mobile terminal meets the preset tail number rule or not, if so, displaying the content item by the mobile terminal, and if not, displaying the content item by the mobile terminal.
The default mantissa rule of the IMEI may be set by a manufacturer of the mobile terminal.
For example, the preset end rule of the IMEI may be that a mobile terminal whose end number of the IMEI is 0 may display a content item, and then the mobile terminal whose end number of the IMEI is not 0 may not display the content item, and similarly, the preset end rule of the IMEI may also be that a mobile terminal whose two digits at the end of the IMEI are 99 may display a content item, and then a mobile terminal whose two digits at the end of the IMEI are not 99 may not display the content item.
Whether the content item is displayed on the mobile terminal is judged through the first mode and the second mode, and the method has the advantages of being simple, fast and high in applicability.
The third mode is as follows: and judging whether the user information of the mobile terminal accords with the preset label or not, wherein the mobile terminal of the user who accords with the preset label can display the content item, and the mobile terminal of the user who does not accord with the preset label can not display the content item.
The specific method can be as follows: the server obtains user information of the mobile terminal, user portrait is conducted through the user information to obtain label information of a legal user, the label information of the legal user is compared with a preset label, if the label information of the legal user accords with the preset label, it is determined that the user information of the mobile terminal accords with the preset label, the mobile terminal can display a content item, and if the label information of the legal user does not accord with the preset label, it is determined that the user information of the mobile terminal does not accord with the preset label, and the mobile terminal cannot display the content item. Wherein the tag information may include: age, gender, marital status, hobbies, etc.
For example, when the terminal information includes age information of the user, if the age information matches an age tag stored in the server, the content item is displayed on the mobile terminal, and if the age information does not match the age tag stored in the server, the content item is not displayed on the mobile terminal.
The three modes can realize the judgment of whether the mobile terminal can display the content item, when the server determines that the mobile terminal can display the content item, the acquired content item to be displayed is sent to the mobile terminal, and when the server determines that the mobile terminal can not display the content item, the content item is not sent.
The server may filter and sort the content items in the candidate set, with the content items selected from the content item database that match the search keyword as content items in the candidate set, and send the most suitable content items to the mobile terminal through this processing, so that the mobile terminal displays the content items.
The filtering process can be realized by at least one of the following two ways:
the first method comprises the following steps: and filtering according to the installation information of the APP (Application) of the mobile terminal.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining APP installation information of a mobile terminal, determining the content item released by the mobile terminal according to the corresponding relation between the APP installation information and the content item, namely, if the content item is APP installation recommendation information and the APP installation information of the mobile terminal shows that the mobile terminal has installed the APP, filtering the content item from candidate set.
When the content item is an advertisement, another filtering may be used: because the advertisement delivery mode of the current terminal is carried out on the third-party application program, namely after a certain third-party application program of the mobile terminal is opened, the advertisement is displayed in the third-party application program, and delivered content items can be filtered out in order to avoid repeated delivery on the same mobile terminal. For example, an advertiser puts its advertisement on a certain third-party application program, and determines that the third-party application program is installed on the mobile terminal according to the obtained APP installation information of the mobile terminal, then filters the advertisement from the candidate set.
And the second method comprises the following steps: filtering is performed according to the user group to which the content item is directed.
Because different content items are different in the targeted users, advertisers can set the targeted users of the content items in the delivery process, and the click rate of the content items can be improved by filtering according to the method, so that the interference to the users who do not need the content items is avoided. For example, if the content item is for a user of a mobile terminal in a certain city, the content item may be filtered according to a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) home location of the user's mobile terminal, and when the home location is not the city, the content item may be filtered, and when the home location is the city, the content item may not be filtered.
In addition, the filtering may be performed by using other characteristics besides the regional characteristics, such as the age, marital status, gender, and the like of the user, which is not particularly limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
The above sorting process can be implemented in at least one of the following ways:
the first mode is as follows: the ranking is based on relevance to the search key.
The second mode is as follows: the ranking is based on the historical click-through rates of the content items.
The third mode is as follows: when the content items are advertisements, they are ordered from high to low according to the advertising revenue per display.
Further, a number of content items may be retrieved from a content item database based on the end user's content item click history. The content item click history refers to the historical click times of the content item displayed previously by the terminal user, the historical click times and the terminal information are correspondingly stored on the server, the click intention of the terminal user can be judged by setting a preset threshold, when the historical click times is larger than the preset threshold, the click intention of the terminal user is considered to be obvious, and when the historical click times is not larger than the preset threshold, the click intention of the terminal user is considered to be unobvious.
And further determining the quantity of the content items which need to be sent to the mobile terminal by the server according to the content item clicking history of the terminal user. For example, if the click history of the end user shows that the click will be obvious, a larger number of content items can be obtained, but the number of the content items that can be displayed in the blank area cannot be exceeded; a smaller number of content items may be obtained if the end user's click history shows that his click will is not obvious, even if the displayed content items have never been clicked on. By determining the number of content items in this way, a sufficient number of content items can be displayed on the mobile terminal of a user in need thereof, while excessive interference to users without click willingness can be avoided.
In step 204, the content item is displayed in a display interface of a search system application.
And the display interface applied by the search system is the search interface where the search bar is located. The displayed content item includes clickable link information, and when a click operation of the content item by a user is detected, a specific content item page published on any platform by a provider of the content item can be jumped to, and the content item page can provide other information of the content item, such as advertisements, prices, purchase links and the like.
For example, taking fig. 2C as an example for explanation, fig. 2C is a display interface of a search system application, and content items are displayed in a blank icon area below a search bar.
According to the method and the device, the content items are displayed in the display interface of the system application, so that the interference brought to the user by displaying the content items in the process of using the third-party application software can be effectively avoided, meanwhile, the blank area of the display interface of the system application can be fully utilized, the user can pay attention to the displayed content items in idle time, and the click rate of the content items is further improved. Furthermore, the content items are displayed on the search page, the corresponding content items are displayed based on the actual search process of the user, and the search of the user is subjectively triggered by the user, so that the actual will of the user can be represented, and therefore, the exposure of the content items can be greatly increased and the probability that the content items are possible to be clicked is improved.
Fig. 3A is a flowchart illustrating a content item display method according to an exemplary embodiment, and referring to fig. 3A, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, an example is described in which a specified system application is used as a system tool folder, where the embodiment specifically includes:
in step 301, a start instruction of the system tool folder is received, and the system tool folder is executed.
The starting instruction of the specified system application is a starting instruction of a system tool folder. The contents stored in the system tools folder provide common tools for the system, such as: clocks, calendars, recorders, compasses, calculators, and the like.
In step 302, the number of times of receiving the start instruction of the system tool folder is detected, when the number of times of receiving is less than or equal to a first preset threshold, step 303 is executed, and when the number of times of receiving is greater than the first preset threshold, step 303 and the subsequent steps are not executed.
The method for detecting the start instruction and the method for controlling the display times of the content item in step 302 are the same as the corresponding method in step 202, and are not described herein again.
In step 303, it is detected whether a blank icon is on the display interface of the system tool folder.
The number of icons capable of being displayed on the system tool folder display interfaces of different mobile terminals is different, and the number of the icons of the displayed system tools can be changed by the user. Therefore, if the user displays all tool icons on the interface, a phenomenon that no blank icon exists on the interface may be caused, and in order to avoid a situation that the server obtains a content item and then the interface has no display area, it is necessary to detect whether a blank icon exists on the display interface of the system tool folder before performing subsequent steps.
For example, taking fig. 3B as an example for explanation, fig. 3B is a display interface of a system tool folder of a mobile terminal, and it can be seen from the figure that 15 icons can be displayed on the display interface, while 7 icons are used for displaying system tools, and therefore, the number of blank icons on the display interface is 8.
In step 304, if there are blank icons on the display interface of the system tools folder, a first number is determined, the first number being the number of the blank icons.
Taking fig. 3B as an example, the first number is 8.
In step 305, according to the click rate of each content item in the content item database, the first number of content items whose click rate is before are obtained.
The server correspondingly stores the click rate of each content item and the content item, the more the click rate, the more the attraction of the content item to the user is represented, the more the user can be prompted to execute the click operation on the content item, the content item with the more click rate is sent to the mobile terminal, and the probability that the content item is clicked by the user can be improved.
The second number may be determined according to the content item click history of the terminal user, and the specific determination method is the same as the determination process in which the server determines the number of content items to be sent to the mobile terminal according to the content item click history in step 203, and when it is determined that the click intention of the terminal user is obvious through the content item click history, all blank icons may be used to display the content items, that is, to obtain the second number of content items, and when it is determined that the click intention of the terminal user is not obvious, less content items may be obtained, that is, to obtain the first number of content items, where the second number is smaller than or equal to the first number, and the specific determination process regarding the click intention is the same as the click intention determination process in step 203, and is not described herein.
The mobile terminal sends the second number and the terminal information of the mobile terminal to the server, and the server determines whether the content items can be displayed on the mobile terminal according to the terminal information, the specific determination manner is the same as that in step 203, which is not described herein again. It should be noted that, in order to avoid repeated display of the content items, the server may further perform filtering and sorting processing on the content items with the second number, and the specific method is the same as the filtering and sorting method in step 203, and is not described herein again.
In step 306, the content item is displayed in the display interface of the system tools folder.
For example, taking fig. 3B as an example for explanation, fig. 3B is a display interface of a system tool folder, and content items are displayed in a blank icon area in the display interface.
Furthermore, the content items are displayed in the blank icon area in the system tool folder display interface, so that the content items can be displayed on the mobile terminal of the user on the basis of not influencing the normal use of the system tool or other application software of the user, and the blank icon area in the system tool folder display interface is fully utilized.
Fig. 4A is a flowchart illustrating a content item display method according to an exemplary embodiment, and referring to fig. 4A, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, an example is described in which a designated system application is a screen saver application, and the embodiment specifically includes:
in step 401, a start instruction of the screen saver application is received, and the screen saver application is run.
The starting instruction of the screen saver application can be triggered by lighting operation of the screen, and after the lighting operation is carried out, the mobile terminal is actually in a screen saver state before unlocking.
In step 402, the number of times of receiving the start instruction of the screen saver state before unlocking is detected, when the number of times of receiving is less than or equal to a first preset threshold, step 403 is executed, and when the number of times of receiving is greater than the first preset threshold, step 403 and the subsequent steps are not executed.
The method for detecting the start instruction and the method for controlling the display times of the content item in step 402 are the same as the corresponding method in step 202, and are not described herein again.
In step 403, when the specified system application is a screen saver application, a content item to be displayed is obtained.
The method for obtaining the content item to be displayed in step 403 is similar to that in step 305, and is not described herein again.
In step 404, the content item is displayed in the display interface in the screen saver state prior to unlocking.
For example, taking fig. 4B as an example, fig. 4B is a display interface of the screen saver state before unlocking, and the content item is displayed in the "display content item" area in the figure.
Steps 402 to 404 may be executed after receiving a lock instruction for the mobile terminal, or may be executed before unlocking the mobile terminal. If the mobile terminal is executed after a locking instruction for the mobile terminal is received, the user can browse the displayed content items when entering a screen saver interface before unlocking next time; if the unlocking is performed before the mobile terminal is unlocked, the user needs to stay in the screen saver interface before the unlocking for a period of time to see the content items displayed on the interface, but invalid operation can be avoided, for example, the user directly executes the unlocking operation after entering the screen saver interface before the unlocking, and the displayed content items are not browsed, so that the invalid operation can be caused.
Further, by displaying the content item on the screen saver interface before unlocking, the user can browse the content item during the dwell time of the interface with the highest contact frequency, and the possibility that the content item is browsed is improved.
