Example 1
Please refer to fig. 1, which is a method for settling accounts of medical consumables provided by the present application, including the following steps:
receiving a construction request sent by a first terminal, wherein the construction request comprises a surgical code;
constructing a temporary database corresponding to each operation code;
acquiring a pre-purchased medical consumable code sent by the first terminal, wherein the pre-purchased medical consumable code is obtained by scanning through a scanning gun;
inquiring the medical consumable information corresponding to the pre-purchased medical consumable code from a consumable database and moving the medical consumable information into the temporary database;
receiving a post-operation code scanning request sent by the first terminal, and acquiring the residual medical consumable codes sent by the first terminal; the residual medical consumable codes are obtained by scanning through a scanning gun;
traversing the temporary database, and transferring the medical consumable information corresponding to the residual medical consumable codes contained in the temporary database into the consumable database;
and generating settlement information from the medical consumable information in the temporary database.
For convenience of explaining the method flow and the principle of the application, a certain operation in hospital A is taken as an example, wherein 5 medical consumables are pre-purchased before the operation, and 2 medical consumables are left after the operation, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s100: receiving a construction request sent by a first terminal, wherein the construction request comprises a surgical code;
specifically, the construction request is sent by a department doctor through the first terminal; the operation code can be set according to actual requirements, and can comprise an operation date, a department serial number, an operation serial number and the like; the operation code is 202110210101;
s200: constructing a temporary database corresponding to each operation code;
s300: acquiring a pre-purchased medical consumable code sent by the first terminal, wherein the pre-purchased medical consumable code is obtained by scanning through a scanning gun;
specifically, the pre-purchased medical consumable codes have corresponding medical consumable names;
s400: inquiring the medical consumable information corresponding to the pre-purchased medical consumable code from a consumable database and moving the medical consumable information into the temporary database;
specifically, the medical consumable information may include a name of the medical consumable, consumable information, a life expiration date, a manufacturer, a price, and the like; for example, the temporary database is shown in Table-1:
Figure 710991DEST_PATH_IMAGE001
s500: receiving a post-operation code scanning request sent by the first terminal, and acquiring the residual medical consumable codes sent by the first terminal, wherein the residual medical consumable codes are obtained by scanning through a scanning gun; for example, the medical consumables remaining after the operation are consumables D and consumables E;
s600: traversing the temporary database, and transferring the medical consumable information corresponding to the residual medical consumable codes contained in the temporary database into the consumable database; the temporary database is now shown in Table-2:
Figure 426441DEST_PATH_IMAGE002
s700: and generating settlement information from the medical consumable information in the temporary database.
Specifically, the settlement information may include the name of the consumable, the manufacturer, the price, the total amount, and the like, for example, as shown in table-3:
Figure 507661DEST_PATH_IMAGE003
the working principle is as follows: the construction request sent by the first terminal is received, a temporary database is constructed corresponding to the operation code in each construction request, the pre-purchased medical consumable codes sent by the first terminal are obtained, and the medical consumable information corresponding to the pre-purchased medical consumable codes is inquired from the consumable database, so that the pre-purchased medical consumables in the operation can be pre-delivered to the temporary database, and the problem of consumable settlement accumulation caused by unused medical consumables in the operation process is solved;
acquiring the residual medical consumable codes sent by the first terminal by receiving the post-operation code scanning request sent by the first terminal; traversing the temporary database, and transferring the medical consumable information corresponding to the residual medical consumable codes contained in the temporary database into the consumable database; the residual medical consumables can be moved back to the consumable database, so that medical consumables actually used in the operation are saved in the temporary database for waiting settlement, and the condition that settlement cannot be performed due to incomplete used medical consumable codes in the prior art is avoided; and generating settlement information by using the medical consumable information in the temporary database, so that the medical consumables used actually can be settled.
Wherein, in a preferred embodiment, the method further comprises the steps of: and acquiring all the settlement information in a set time period to generate summary information.
Specifically, the set time period may be set according to actual requirements, and may be, for example:
1. generating summary information every 12 hours from 0 point to 12 points and from 12 points to 24 points;
2. and (5) generating summary information every 24 hours from 0 point to 24 points.
In a preferred embodiment, after generating the settlement information from the medical consumable information in the temporary database, the method further includes the following steps:
generating a check list, wherein the check list comprises the medical consumable information in the temporary database;
acquiring an operation list, wherein the operation list comprises operation patient information and an operation article list; the operation list is obtained by request from the HIS system;
when the verification list is judged to be consistent with the operation list, the settlement information is sent;
and when the verification list is judged to be inconsistent with the operation list, displaying a prompt of 'abnormal verification' through a popup window.
Specifically, the surgical supplies list is a list of medical consumables expected to be used at the beginning of the surgery, that is, the pre-purchased consumables.
Specifically, the term "match" means that the name number of the consumable in the verification list corresponds to the name number of the consumable in the operation list one by one;
table-4 shows the list of tests for a particular procedure:
Figure 968729DEST_PATH_IMAGE004
shown in table-5 is the surgical list:
Figure 132994DEST_PATH_IMAGE005
as can be seen from tables-4 and-5, the checklist does not match the surgical list, and the popup displays "checkabnormal" for further confirmation.
Through the steps, consumable material information used in the operation can be compared and judged with an operation list expected to be used before the operation, and further confirmation can be carried out when abnormality (some pre-purchased medical consumables are not used, system acquisition information is wrong and the like) exists, so that the condition of wrong settlement is avoided.
In a preferred embodiment, when the verification list is determined not to be consistent with the operation list, the method further includes the following steps:
sending an active modification request;
acquiring modification information;
generating modified settlement information according to the modified information and the settlement information;
and sending the modified settlement information.
By sending the active modification request, the department doctor can further confirm the correctness of the information, and then can send the modified information in an active modification mode, thereby being beneficial to improving the settlement efficiency. For example, the modified settlement information is shown in Table-6, in which the consumable part B of the serial number 3 in Table-4 is modified to the consumable part A.
Figure 312303DEST_PATH_IMAGE006

acquiring patient medical record information, wherein the patient medical record information is obtained by requesting from the HIS;
and associating the patient medical record information with the consumable material information for the traditional Chinese medicine in the temporary database.
Specifically, the patient medical record information may include patient information, medical visit time, attending physician, medical record, and the like. By associating the patient medical record information with the medical consumable information in the temporary database, the used or suitable medical consumable names, manufacturers and the like of patients (especially chronic patients) can be conveniently obtained in the later treatment process, and the inquiry efficiency and the treatment effect can be improved.
Example 3
On the basis of embodiment 1, in this embodiment, the method further includes the steps of:
sending a request for setting the operation ending time;
receiving and setting operation ending time;
and when the current time is judged to be earlier than the set operation ending time, closing to receive the post-operation code scanning request.
