It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present invention and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other. The invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in connection with embodiments.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic diagram of a consumable management system for a temporary medical place according to the present invention includes: a first terminal 1 held by each department of the temporary medical facility, and a second terminal 2 held by a warehouse of the temporary medical facility;
the first terminal 1 is configured to:
logging in an ordering platform, ordering medical consumables through the ordering platform and generating an ordering list; the type of the ordering platform is determined by the department corresponding to the first terminal 1;
acquiring order information in the order form, wherein the order information comprises department information and consumable information;
generating a first identification code and a second identification code, wherein the first identification code stores the ordering information, and a set association rule is arranged between the first identification code and the second identification code;
the first identification code is sent to the second terminal 2, and the second identification code is fed back to a provider of the ordering platform;
the second terminal 2 is configured to:
receiving the first identification code and storing the first identification code into a temporary database;
identifying a second identification code displayed by the provider according to the set association rule, and outputting ordering information stored by the first identification code and generating a check-up request when the second identification code is judged to be identical to the first identification code in the temporary database;
Receiving verification determination information, inputting the ordering information into a consumable database of a corresponding department, and feeding back the ordering information to the goods information to the first terminal 1 and the supplier;
deleting the first identification code from the temporary database.
It should be noted that, the order information at least includes department information and consumable material information, for example, as shown in table-1; and may also include vendor information and platform information;
TABLE-1
It should be noted that, the generation of the first identification code and the second identification code specifically includes:
s11: generating a first identification code according to the subscription information;
s12: transcoding the first identification code according to the set association rule to obtain a second identification code;
wherein, the set association rule can be set according to actual requirements; for example, generating a first identification code A corresponding to the subscription information in the table-1, and transcoding the first identification code to obtain a second identification code a;
it should be noted that, the second identification code displayed by the vendor is specifically identified by the set association rule: and decoding the second identification code according to the set association rule, for example, decoding the second identification code a to obtain a first identification code A, and identifying the first identification code A to obtain the subscription information when the second identification code is judged to be identical with the first identification code A in the temporary database.
Specifically, when the temporary database has a plurality of first identification codes, if the first identification codes are judged to be at least the same as one first identification code A in the temporary database, the first identification codes A are identified, and the subscription information is obtained.
Specifically, when the second identification code displayed by the provider does not belong to the set association rule, outputting error information; and when the second identification code displayed by the supplier is identified and is judged to be different from the first identification code in the temporary database, outputting error information.
In the prior art, in the initial stage of the establishment of the temporary medical place, due to different ordering platforms and different ordering lists, when a warehouse orders consumables, the ordering process, the warehouse-out process and the warehouse-in process are easy to be confused, the working efficiency is low, and the workload is also high.
Based on the above, the invention provides a consumable management system of a temporary medical place, under the system, each department performs ordering according to the requirement and a corresponding ordering platform, and a storehouse end (namely a second terminal 2) only needs to receive a first identification code from each department end (namely a first terminal 1); meanwhile, when the goods are required to be put in storage, the second identification code from a supplier is scanned for transcoding, the transcoded first identification code is compared with the first identification code sent by the department end to obtain ordering information, the goods are checked through the ordering information, and the ordering information is automatically stored into a consumable database of the corresponding department; therefore, the ordering process is simplified, disorder in ordering process, ex-warehouse process and warehouse-in process is avoided, encryption identification is realized by introducing the first identification code and the second identification code, error supply of suppliers is avoided, and meanwhile information interaction and transmission are simplified.
For the convenience of understanding of those skilled in the art, taking a first department of a temporary medical facility as an example, the first department holds a first terminal 1, and a warehouse holds a second terminal 2; the specific principle of the consumable management system is as follows:
for the first terminal 1:
firstly logging in a required ordering platform, ordering medical consumables and generating an ordering list; acquiring order information in an order form, such as consumable information and first department information shown in a table-1;
secondly, generating a first identification code A according to the consumable information, and generating a second identification code a corresponding to the first identification code A based on a set association rule;
finally, the first identification code A is sent to the second terminal 2, and the second identification code a is fed back to the supplier of the ordering platform;
for the second terminal 2:
first, a first identification code A from a first terminal is received and stored in a temporary database;
secondly, identifying a second identification code displayed by the provider according to the set association rule, and outputting ordering information stored by the first identification code and generating a check request when the second identification code is judged to be identical to the first identification code in the temporary database;
for example: the second identification code displayed by the supplier is a, and a first identification code A is obtained after identification; judging that the consumable information is the same as a first identification code A in the temporary database, identifying the content of the first identification code A at the moment, obtaining consumable information shown in a table-1, and generating a check request of arrival;
For example: the second identification code displayed by the supplier is B, and the first identification code B is obtained after identification; judging that the first identification code B is different from the first identification code B in the temporary database, and outputting error information;
for example: if the second identification code displayed by the provider does not belong to the set association rule, error information, such as displaying messy codes, is directly output.
Finally checking the goods according to the consumable information, clicking a confirmation option by a warehouse staff after checking, sending checking determination information to a second terminal 2, inputting the ordering information into a consumable database of a corresponding department (namely a first department), and feeding back the ordering information to the first terminal 1 and the supplier; deleting the first identification code from the temporary database.
In some embodiments, the consumable management system of the temporary medical place further comprises a mobile terminal 3;
the second terminal 2 is further configured to:
receiving a goods taking request from a first terminal 1 and generating goods taking mark information;
sending the goods taking sign information to the corresponding first terminal 1;
the first terminal 1 is further configured to:
generating a temporary goods taking code, wherein the temporary goods taking code stores goods taking information and the goods taking mark information; the goods taking information is obtained by inputting the goods taking information into the first terminal 1;
The temporary goods taking code is sent to the mobile terminal 3;
the second terminal 2 is further configured to:
identifying the temporary goods taking code and generating a temporary goods taking confirmation request;
and receiving temporary goods taking determining information from the mobile terminal 3, and updating a consumable database of a department corresponding to the goods taking mark information of the temporary goods taking code according to the goods taking information.
In order to further optimize the above warehouse-in and warehouse-out process, the problem that in the prior art, when receiving consumables, each department is easy to get the received consumables from the warehouse, and other departments order consumables are easy to get away in advance is avoided, the inventor introduces the mobile terminal 3 in the consumable management system, and meanwhile, when a certain department (such as a first department) needs to receive consumables:
a worker in a first department sends a goods taking request to a second terminal 2 through a first terminal 1; after receiving the goods taking request, the second terminal 2 sends goods taking mark information to the first terminal 1;
the staff of the first department inputs the goods taking information, the first terminal 1 generates a temporary goods taking code, and the temporary goods taking code comprises the goods taking information and the goods taking mark information; the first terminal 1 sends the temporary goods taking code to the mobile terminal 3;
At the moment, a worker in a first department holds the mobile terminal 3 by hand and enters a warehouse to pick up consumables, and when the consumables are picked up, the warehouse worker recognizes the temporary pick-up code through the second terminal 2, generates a temporary pick-up confirmation request and sends the temporary pick-up confirmation request to the mobile terminal 3; after the warehouse staff takes goods and the staff in the first department check the goods, the mobile terminal 3 sends temporary goods taking determining information to the second terminal 2; after receiving the temporary goods taking confirmation information, the second terminal 2 updates a consumable database of the department corresponding to the goods taking mark information of the temporary goods taking code (namely, the consumable database of the first department) according to the goods taking information.
Therefore, a bridge is erected between the first terminal 1 and the second terminal 2 of a certain department through the goods taking sign information and the mobile terminal 3, and information interaction, receiving and data updating among single points are realized; avoiding the confusion of stock in the warehouse and the departments caused by the fact that other department personnel mistakenly pick up consumables in other departments.
In some embodiments, the first terminal 1 is further configured to:
generating a standard goods taking code, wherein the standard goods taking code stores department information and ordering information in the ordering list;
the standard goods taking code is sent to the mobile terminal 3;
The second terminal 2 is further configured to:
identifying the standard goods taking code and generating a standard goods taking confirmation request;
and receiving standard goods taking determining information from the mobile terminal 3, and updating a consumable database corresponding to department information of the standard goods taking code according to ordering information corresponding to the standard goods taking code.
In the above steps, the process of delivering the warehouse is further optimized, when the department needs to fully pick up the ordered consumables, the corresponding ordered consumables can be fully picked up through the standard pick-up code, so that the consumables needing to be picked up are prevented from being input again, and the working efficiency is further improved.
In some embodiments, the second terminal 2 is further configured to:
receiving a borrowing request from a first terminal 1, and marking the first terminal 1 as a request end; the borrowing request comprises borrowing consumable information;
traversing consumable databases corresponding to the rest of the first terminals 1, and determining a target borrowing consumable database;
marking a first terminal 1 corresponding to the target borrowing consumable database as a borrowing terminal;
transmitting a request for determining borrowing to the borrowing terminal;
receiving the request information of borrowing confirmation from the borrowing terminal;
Transmitting a borrowing code to the request end, wherein the borrowing code stores borrowing consumable information and target borrowing consumable database information;
the first terminal 1 is further configured to:
transmitting the borrowing code to the mobile terminal 3;
the second terminal 2 is further configured to:
identifying the borrowing code and generating a borrowing and picking confirmation request;
receiving borrowing and picking determining information from the mobile terminal, and updating the target borrowing and picking consumable database information according to the borrowing consumable information;
and generating a borrowing and picking bill according to the borrowing and picking consumable information, and sending the borrowing and picking bill to the request end and the borrowing end.
Specifically, the borrowed consumable information is consumable information to be borrowed, and specifically includes, for example, names and numbers of consumable items to be borrowed. Through the steps, when consumables are urgently needed in a certain department, scheduling among the departments can be achieved by sending out a borrowing request.
In some embodiments, the second terminal 2 is further configured to:
receiving a reference value of each of the first terminals 1;
calculating a borrowable value according to the reference value and consumable database information corresponding to each first terminal 1;
and arranging the borrowable values in sequence, and selecting a consumable database corresponding to the highest borrowable value as the target borrowed consumable database.
Specifically, each department is provided with a reference value corresponding to each consumable, and the reference value is used for indicating the minimum stock quantity required to be left in the department; for example, as shown in Table-2:
TABLE-2
Specifically, the borrowable value of a certain consumable is equal to the difference between the number of the remaining consumables of the consumable and the reference value, and the number of the remaining consumables is obtained through the consumable database information. Taking consumable database information shown in table-3 as an example, the following description will be given:
TABLE-3
This can be achieved by:
first department is to consumablea 1 Consumable materialb 1 The borrowable values of (a) are respectively: 150. 40, a step of performing a;
the second department is for consumablex、Consumable materialyThe borrowable values of (a) are respectively: 40. 42;
third department for consumablex、Consumable materialyThe borrowable values of (a) are respectively: 50. 18;
when a first department initiates a borrowing request, borrowing consumable information as consumablex,10 pieces; the borrowable values are arranged in sequence to obtain a third department (borrowable value 50) -a second department (borrowable value 40); and selecting a consumable database corresponding to the third department as a target borrowing consumable database.
In some embodiments, before the step of arranging each of the borrowable values in order and selecting the consumable database corresponding to the highest borrowable value, the method further includes: deleting the borrowed value smaller than the corresponding consumable quantity in the borrowed consumable information.
For example: when a first department initiates a borrowing request, borrowing consumable information as consumabley,20 pieces; as the third department corresponds to the consumableyIf the borrowing value 18 is smaller than 20 pieces, deleting the borrowing value; avoiding the quantity of borrowed consumables from exceeding the minimum quantity required to be left in other departments.
In some embodiments, the second terminal 2 is further configured to: and receiving borrowing canceling request information from the borrowing terminal, taking a consumable database corresponding to the next sequence of the borrowable values as a target borrowing consumable database, and marking a first terminal 1 corresponding to the next sequence as a new borrowing terminal.
In some embodiments, the consumable management system of the temporary medical place further comprises a supervision terminal 4; the first terminal 1 is further specifically configured to, before logging in to an ordering platform, order medical consumables through the ordering platform and generate an order form:
sending a subscription request to the supervision terminal 4, wherein the subscription request comprises consumable information and subscription platform information;
receiving subscription enabling information from said supervising terminal 4.
By introducing the supervision terminal 4, supervision of the first terminal 1 and the second terminal 2 is realized, and the situation that each department or warehouse does not agree with the upper level and orders are privately placed is avoided.
In some embodiments, the supervising terminal 4 is further configured to:
acquiring input information of a consumable database of each department from the second terminal 2;
and comparing the input information with the subscription permission information to generate a supervision report.
