The operating room consumables use and consumption condition updates the inventory data of various consumables through SPD butt joint in time, and the purchase plan of high-value consumables is conveniently made by a hospital purchase department.

The whole operating room work flow is automated and intelligentized, and the work flow is more intelligentized through the control and management of each work node.

the consumable management and control terminal is used for receiving a consumable management and control request input by a user;
the consumable applying and returning management module is used for generating an applying list, and/or a returning list, and/or a replenishment list of the high-value consumables according to the consumable management and control request;
the consumable in-and-out management module is used for generating a running water record after the high-value consumables are subjected to claiming, warehouse returning or replenishment operation according to the claiming list, the warehouse returning list and/or the replenishment list;
and the consumable inventory management module is used for updating the inventory state, the storage position and the inventory quantity of the high-value consumables in real time according to the running record.
2. The operating room high value consumable management system of claim 1, wherein the consumable inventory management module is further configured to read a unique digital code of a newly replenished high value consumable when a restocking operation is performed.
3. The operating room high-value consumable management system according to claim 1, further comprising an SPD docking module for docking with an external management system and feeding back inventory data of the high-value consumables, which is obtained in real time from the consumable inventory management module, to the external management system.
4. The operating room high-value consumable management system according to claim 1, further comprising an authority management module, configured to identify authority information of the user when a consumable management and control request input by the user is received, and assign corresponding level authority to the user according to the authority information, where the level authority includes management authority, claim authority, and replenishment authority.
5. The operating room high value consumable management system according to claim 1, further comprising a detection module, wherein the detection module is configured to scan the stored preset RFID code of the high value consumable after a claim, a withdrawal or a restocking operation is performed, and compare the preset RFID code with the claim form, the withdrawal form or the restocking form to determine whether the restocking operation is successful.
6. An operating room high value consumable material management method, which is applied to the operating room high value consumable material management system of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the operating room high value consumable material management system comprises a consumable material management and control terminal, a consumable material application and withdrawal management module, a consumable material in and out management module, and a consumable material inventory management module,
the method comprises the following steps:
the consumable management and control terminal receives a consumable management and control request input by a user;
the consumable applying and returning management module generates an applying list, and/or a returning list, and/or a replenishment list of the high-value consumable according to the consumable management and control request;
when the high-value consumables are subjected to the operations of applying, returning or replenishing according to the applying list, the returning list and/or the replenishing list, the consumables entering and exiting management module generates a running water record;
and the consumable inventory management module updates the inventory state, the storage position and the inventory quantity of the high-value consumables in real time according to the running record.

The operating room high value consumable material management method of claim 6, wherein the operating room high value consumable material management system further comprises an SPD docking module, and after the consumable material inventory management module updates the inventory status, the storage location and the inventory quantity of the high value consumable materials in real time according to the flow record, the operating room high value consumable material management system further comprises:
and the SPD docking module feeds back inventory data of the high-value consumables, which is acquired from the consumable inventory management module in real time, to an external management system.

The operating room high value consumable material management method according to claim 6, wherein the operating room high value consumable material management system further comprises an authority management module, and before generating a claim form, and/or a refund form, and/or a restocking form of the high value consumable material according to the consumable material management and control request, the method further comprises:
when a consumable management and control request input by the user is received, the authority management module identifies authority information of the user and endows corresponding level authority to the user according to the authority information, wherein the level authority comprises management authority, application authority and replenishment authority.

The method for managing high-value consumables in an operating room of claim 6, wherein the system for managing high-value consumables in an operating room further comprises a detection module, and before the consumable in-out management module generates the running water record, the method further comprises:
after the high-value consumables are subjected to the operations of applying, withdrawing or replenishing according to the application form, and/or the withdrawal form and/or the replenishment form, the detection module detects preset RFID codes of the stored high-value consumables, and compares the RFID codes with the application form, the withdrawal form or the replenishment form to confirm whether the quantity and the types of the application, withdrawal or replenishment operations are consistent with the application form, the withdrawal form or the replenishment form;
if the two are not consistent, the detection module sends out an alarm prompt;
and if the two consumables are consistent, allowing the consumables in-out management module to execute the operation of generating the running water record.
