It should be noted that the term "comprising" will be used in embodiments of the application to indicate the presence of the features stated hereafter, but not to exclude the addition of other features.
At present, in the medical field, when a doctor makes an order, for some patients who are treated for a long time, the doctor makes an order for a plurality of days for each patient, then, the information of the orders for a plurality of days is uniformly fused and displayed, and when a nurse processes the order made by the doctor, the doctor needs to distinguish the order execution details of each day or each time according to experience, which leads to great order processing workload of the nurse, and errors in order processing are easily caused due to insufficient experience, so that the doctor is injured. And the existing medical advice execution is calculated according to the medical advice opening time and the frequency execution time, the internal splitting logic is complex, and a nurse cannot intuitively judge some special medical advice treatments on the day when the medical advice starts and on the day when the medical advice stops, so that the accuracy of medical advice treatment is poor.
Based on the above, according to the doctor's advice processing method, by providing an automatic doctor's advice processing system, the doctor's prescribed doctor's advice can be intelligently split, and the splitting dimension can be specific to each execution time under each execution date, so that a nurse only needs to check before the doctor's advice is executed, and the nurse does not need to split the doctor's advice by himself. In addition, the personalized modification function of the order information of the first date and the last date of the order execution is provided, so that the execution time and the execution times of the first date or the last date of the order execution can be adaptively adjusted according to the time of admission or discharge of a patient, and the order execution is more in line with the actual situation.
The following description of the present scheme is made by way of specific examples.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an architecture of an order processing system according to an embodiment of the present application. The order handling system may be deployed on the terminal device, through which an interface may be provided to the user to receive the user's operational information. As shown in fig. 1, the order processing system may include: the system comprises an order issuing module, an order checking module, a material cost binding module, an order sending module and a bill printing module; doctor's accessible doctor's order is opened the module and is opened the doctor's order information of making an prescription and demonstrate to nursing executor, and nursing executor accessible doctor's order check module checks the doctor's order. The material binding module can be used for binding the material cost related to the medical advice, and the nursing executor can check the material binding result in the medical advice checking module, after checking, the checking operation can be carried out, so that after the checking operation is detected, the confirmed medical advice information is automatically split, the medical advice execution detail is generated, the medical advice execution application information is generated according to the medical advice execution detail, the medical advice execution application information is distributed to the corresponding execution department through the medical advice sending module, and after the corresponding application is completed in the execution department, the nursing executor carries out on-site medical advice processing.
And through the bill printing module, the bill printing module can support to print the detail bill of any doctor's advice execution input by nursing executives, can provide the screening function, can carry out bill screening according to the demand, select required bill to print. Of course, the document printing module can also support any other executor to print the relevant document.
FIG. 2 is a flow chart of a method for processing orders according to an embodiment of the present application; the execution body of the scheme may be an electronic device such as a computer, as shown in fig. 2, and the method may include:
s201, acquiring doctor ' S order information, and extracting relevant parameter information of the doctor ' S order from the doctor ' S order information.
The physician order information refers to the relevant treatment plan prescribed by the doctor for the patient's condition, for example: medication information, surgical information, etc., the physician prescribing information needs to be performed by the corresponding caregivers of the patient to provide the corresponding treatment to the patient.
The doctor can make an order by the order processing platform, the system detects and acquires the order information made by the doctor, and relevant parameter information of the order is extracted from the order information.
Optionally, the method can be continuously executed, and doctor order information issued by a doctor is detected and obtained in real time, and when new doctor order information is generated, the new doctor order information is immediately obtained and processed, so that the continuity and timeliness of doctor order processing are ensured.
S202, splitting the medical advice information according to the related parameter information of the medical advice, and generating at least one medical advice execution detail and an execution department corresponding to each medical advice execution detail.
In some embodiments, automatic identification of the medical advice information can be performed according to the acquired medical advice information, and when the medical advice information is identified, the identification can be performed according to preset keywords, and the keywords can be keywords matched with the related parameter information of the medical advice, so that automatic parameter information extraction can be realized, and the required related parameter information of the medical advice can be extracted from the medical advice information. The relevant parameter information of the medical advice which is specifically required to be extracted can be adaptively adjusted according to the actual use requirement.
Alternatively, the order information may be split according to relevant parameter information of the order extracted from the order information to generate at least one order execution detail. Before splitting the medical advice, the nursing executives can check the medical advice information, and after checking, check confirmation indication information input by the nursing executives is received, so that the medical advice is split.
When the medical advice is split, the granularity of the split is not limited, the split can be performed according to the day, or the split can be performed according to the time, of course, the finer the granularity of the split is, the clearer and the better the obtained medical advice execution detail is for nursing executives, and then the lower the error probability is when the medical advice is executed.
In addition, according to the related parameter information of the orders, an execution department corresponding to each order execution detail can be generated, where the execution department may refer to a related department possibly involved in the execution process of some orders such as an operating room and a pharmacy.
For example, the order execution details include medicines, and the medicine needs to be taken, and then the execution department corresponding to the order execution details may include a pharmacy.
S203, responding to the confirmation operation of the current medical order execution details input by the nursing executives, generating at least one medical order execution application message according to the current medical order execution details, and distributing each medical order execution application message to the corresponding execution department.
In some embodiments, when the order is split, all long-term order information prescribed by the doctor is split to obtain all order execution details. However, in the process of executing orders by nursing executives, the nursing executives usually execute the orders by day or by time, and for one execution date, the nursing executives can confirm the execution details of the orders on the same day, and when the execution details of the orders on the same day are confirmed to have no problem, the confirmation operation is input through the order processing platform, so that after the confirmation operation is received, at least one order execution application information is generated according to the currently confirmed order execution details, and the order execution application information is distributed to the corresponding execution departments.
Therefore, the current order execution rule mentioned here may refer to the order execution details of the current day, and the nursing executor confirms the order execution details of the current day at a specified time in the morning every day, and after confirming that there is no error, sends the order execution details, so that at least one order execution application information may be generated according to the order execution details.
Of course, the current order execution details may also refer to the current order execution details, and the care provider checks and sends the order execution details to be executed this time before executing the order execution details each time.
S204, acquiring an order execution intermediate result of each execution department, and outputting the order execution intermediate result to nursing executives so that the nursing executives can process the current order execution details according to the current order execution details and the order execution intermediate result.
In some embodiments, the execution department needs to execute application information according to the received medical order, and performs corresponding operations, for example: for the department of execution to be a pharmacy, the department of execution is mainly responsible for dispensing medicines, and the doctor's advice execution application information can include specific medicine names, medicine quantity, identification of medicine takers and the like. The department executives executing the department can carry out the delivery of the related medicines according to the doctor's advice execution application information so as to be issued to the corresponding medicine taker, and after the doctor's advice execution application information is executed, the confirmation operation is input, so that the doctor's advice execution intermediate result of the department can be obtained. The order execution intermediate results herein may then include: execution is complete or execution is incomplete.
In some embodiments, when the intermediate result of the order execution of the execution department is execution completion, the intermediate result of the order execution may be output to the nursing executives, thereby instructing the nursing executives to perform subsequent order processing. For example: when the execution department is a pharmacy, nursing executives can go to the pharmacy to get the medicine, and execute corresponding treatment for patients according to the doctor's advice execution details.
Of course, in some cases, the executing department can be an operating room, an operator of the operating room can perform operation preparation according to the doctor's advice execution application information, and perform operation according to the operation appointment time, in which case, the nursing operator can perform postoperative care on the patient according to the related postoperative care information in the doctor's advice execution details after the operation is finished.
In summary, according to the order processing method provided by the embodiment, by extracting relevant parameter information of an order from the obtained order information, the order can be automatically split according to the relevant parameter information of the order, and at least one order execution detail and an execution department corresponding to each order execution detail are generated. The problems of low efficiency and poor accuracy caused by manual medical advice splitting of nursing executives are avoided. The split medical advice execution details can be distributed to corresponding execution departments, and the preliminary execution of the medical advice is completed by the execution departments, so that an intermediate medical advice execution result is sent to nursing executives, and the nursing executives are instructed to execute medical advice processing according to the intermediate medical advice execution result and the medical advice execution details. By the method, automation of medical advice processing can be realized, nursing executives only need to check related information and conduct medical advice processing in a final link, middle medical advice splitting and medical advice execution application processing are not needed to participate, learning difficulty of the nursing executives is reduced, and medical advice processing efficiency is improved.
Optionally, the relevant parameter information of the medical order includes: the execution date, execution times, execution time interval, and identification of the execution department of the order.
In some embodiments, after the care-giver checks the order information for errors, the system may automatically extract relevant parameter information for the order from the order information. Wherein, the relevant parameter information of the medical advice can comprise: the execution date, the execution times, the execution time interval and the identification of the execution department of the medical advice; of course, in some cases, it may also include: order categories, which may include, but are not limited to, medicine, treatment, medicine word orders, surgery, meal, transfusion, care, examination, inspection, pathology, stopped provisional orders, herbal, nursing home, discharge with medicine, rotating bed, prescriptions, and the like.
And when the order category is a medicine, the relevant parameter information of the order may further include: drug codes, drug usage, etc.
FIG. 3 is a flowchart illustrating another method for processing orders according to an embodiment of the present application; in step S202, splitting the order information according to the related parameter information of the order, and generating at least one order execution detail and an execution department corresponding to each order execution detail may include:
S301, splitting the medical order information into medical order execution details corresponding to the appointed execution time under each execution date according to the execution date, the execution times and the execution time interval of the medical orders.
Optionally, according to the execution date, the execution times and the execution time interval of the medical advice, the medical advice information can be split into medical advice execution details corresponding to the appointed execution time under each execution date. The execution date refers to the date of executing the medical advice, the execution times refer to the times of executing the medical advice required by each execution date, and the execution time interval refers to the interval time of executing the medical advice each time under each execution date.
According to the parameters, the long-term medical advice can be split into a plurality of medical advice execution details, and in the embodiment, specific execution time is taken as split granularity, and the medical advice is split into the medical advice execution details corresponding to the appointed execution time on each execution date.
For example: the order information includes orders of patients 1 to 4, the orders need to be executed for 4 days, the orders need to be executed 3 times per day, and each time the orders are executed at intervals of 4 hours, then through splitting, the obtained orders can be executed in the following manner: order execution details corresponding to No. 08:00, order execution details corresponding to No. 1:12:00, order execution details corresponding to No. 1:16:00; the medical advice execution details corresponding to the No. 2 08:00, the medical advice execution details corresponding to the No. 2:00 and so on, and the complete multi-day medical advice is split into specific medical advice execution details corresponding to each time every day.
It should be noted that, each of the obtained orders may include specific treatment methods, related notes, and the like. For example: intravenous injection, name of drug injected, dose injected, time of injection, etc.
S302, determining an execution department corresponding to each order execution detail according to the identification of the execution department of the order.
Optionally, the execution department corresponding to each order execution detail can be determined according to the identification of the execution department of the order carried in the order information, so that the order execution application information can be distributed to the corresponding execution department when the order execution application information is distributed.
In an implementation manner, the medical order checking module in the medical order processing system provided by the scheme can support the function of patient screening of nursing executives, and the nursing executives can select part or all of patients managed by the nursing executives to check and send medical orders in batches, so that the checking and sending interfaces are integrated, and the nursing executives can conveniently process the next medical order of patients according to the medical orders processed by the patients or realize batch processing of the medical orders of patients in all disease areas.
Optionally, in step S301, after splitting the order information into the order execution details corresponding to the specified execution time under each execution date according to the execution date, the execution times and the execution time interval of the order, the method may include: if the execution date is the first execution date and the admission time of the patient exceeds the first order execution time of the current date, outputting first prompt information to the doctor, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting the doctor to modify the order execution details of the first execution date.
The special treatment can be provided for the first day and the last day of the doctor's advice execution so as to meet the treatment requirements of the first day and the last day of the clinic.
In this embodiment, taking orders as medicine orders as an example, for example, the order execution frequency is three times a day, the execution time points are 08:00, 12:00, 16:00, and the patient admission time is 9:00, and the first order execution time of the current day is exceeded, that is, the 08:00 medication time is exceeded, the first prompt information can be output to the doctor to prompt the doctor to modify the order execution details of the first day.
The doctor can modify the first-day doctor's advice execution time to be 09:00 13;00 The medicine is taken 3 times on the first day, and the medicine taking time is 08:00, 12:00 and 16:00 from the second day. When the doctor orders are sent, the system can automatically generate 3 medication requests on the first day according to the sending date, and the time points are 09:00, 13:00 and 17:00 respectively. Namely, a medicine-taking application (doctor's advice execution application information) is generated and distributed to a pharmacy (execution department).
When the types of the orders are different, the generated order execution application information is different, and the corresponding assigned execution departments are also different.
After the first day of medication is executed, the next day nursing executor can log in the system to judge whether the medication is executed on the current day, if the medication is continued, the order execution detail on the second day is displayed on the interface to be sent, after checking the order execution detail, the order execution detail can be sent, so that order execution application information on the second day is generated according to the order execution detail, and the order execution application information on the second day can include: drug-taking information at three time points of 08:00, 12:00 and 16:00.
