Abstract
The invention discloses a voice and video interactive transaction platform based on Internet and a construction method thereof, wherein the voice and video interactive transaction platform comprises a voice input module; an information uploading module; a transaction processing module; a contract generation module; and a transaction information storage module. The invention can increase the display form of the commodity by uploading the voice description function, directly display the commodity required by the buyer to the buyer by setting up the video communication mode between the buyer and the supplier, and improve the transaction success rate; the transaction mode realized by the construction method of the voice and video interactive transaction platform based on the Internet is safe, efficient, accurate in retrieval, rigorous in system control and created transaction mode.

s3: the supplier obtains the information of the purchased commodities by looking up the pushed purchasing information;
s4: the supplier uploads the commodities meeting the requirements of the buyer to the server and pushes the commodities to the buyer, and meanwhile, the supplier can interact with the buyer through voice and video to confirm commodity information;
s5: the buyer screens the commodities uploaded to the server by the supplier and locks the specific commodities required by the buyer;
s6: generating an electronic contract according to the selected specific commodity, the corresponding supplier and the final commodity transaction price;
s7: uploading and storing the electronic contract between the supplier and the purchasing party;
s8: the transaction is completed and ended.
Preferably, the video communication link in step S4 is initiated by the purchasing party.

The voice and video interactive transaction platform based on the Internet and the construction method thereof have the following beneficial effects:
