The store information management unit 41 can manage store homepages of a single store or a plurality of stores, product categories, and product information including a selling price and stock of a product. The channel docking management unit 42 supports association with other sales channel stores and delivery warehouses, implementing a fulfillment link.
In this embodiment, the digital mall system supports a merchant self-supporting (B2C) mode and a merchant affiliated (BBC) mode, a merchant parking mode may be applied by a mobile-end merchant center or added by a channel platform administrator, and a merchant has an operation management right for goods, orders, stores and marketing. In the digital mall system, referring to fig. 5, the merchant management module 30 includes a merchant self-management unit 31 and a merchant affiliated management unit 32, the merchant self-management unit 31 manages merchants independently operating independent brands in a plurality of channels and transmits the management condition to the full-channel order management module 10, the merchant affiliated management unit 32 manages merchants operating commodities in an affiliated manner in the plurality of channels and transmits the management condition to the full-channel order management module 10, wherein the merchants independently operating independent brands have operation management rights for commodities, orders, shops and marketing, the operation management rights of the merchants operating commodities in an affiliated manner are different from those of the above-mentioned independently operating independent brands, and by setting the merchant self-management unit 31 and the merchant affiliated management unit 32, managers can perform ordered, distributed, and distributed to merchants with different operation rights, Efficient management, wherein management relates to management of order information and shipping information.
In this embodiment, the digital mall system further includes a statistical analysis module 60 for uniformly analyzing the commodity transaction data and the commodity dimensions of each channel. Further, the digital mall system further includes a community group buying module 70 for managing the group growth and the users thereof, wherein the community group buying module 70 integrates community resources using WeChat as a carrier, and community group buying is a business model for providing daily supplies and centralized operation management of life services for residents. The community group purchase design core module comprises city station management, group leader management, an invoice, commission settlement, and community group purchase service scenes such as user and group leader relation binding, order fulfillment, commission settlement and the like. The community group buying mode is a mode that group leaders are popularized in community self-built communities and complete the last kilometer of performance, and the group leaders obtain commission rewards according to sales performance, so that the mode greatly reduces customer obtaining cost, distribution cost, channel cost and labor cost, and enterprise profits are improved.
Further, the digital mall system further includes a promotion engine module 80 for setting up a promotion. Platform red envelope, shop coupon, time-limited discount, full discount, multi-person group, time-limited second killing and other activities are all built by using the promotion engine module 80. The promotion engine module 80 disassembles all the activities into basic information, rules, and actions, and combines the three to complete the promotion activity development. The promotion engine rules can be set to be twenty or more, 80% of rule requirements of promotion activities are covered, and 20% of customized rules are added, so that the promotion requirements of business of merchants are met, the overall sales volume and the customer unit price of the electric business are promoted, and the promotion engine rules play an important role in rapidly renewing, reserving and promoting the activity of C-terminal applications. Further, the digital mall system further comprises a page editor module 90, the page editor module 90 meets the operation requirement of custom configuration of mall page decoration for operators, supports decoration configuration of mall home pages, shop home pages and activity subject pages, places service components (search bars, positioning, carousel pictures, advertising spaces, image-text navigation, commodity lists and the like) in containers for layout, style and service data editing in a pulling component mode, generates page small program codes for popularization, supports a custom industry universal template, and achieves quick decoration of pages, and the structural block diagram of the specific decoration components is shown in fig. 6. The page editor module 90 enables the digital mall system to meet the visual custom editing requirement of the operations on the homepage and the active page of the mall.
The full-channel order management module 10, the commodity management module 20, the merchant management module 30, the shop management module 40, the warehouse inventory management module 50, the statistical analysis module 60, the community group-buying module 70, the promotion engine module 80 and the page editor module 90 all belong to background application parts, and the foreground application and the background application are combined to form the digital mall system with different e-commerce operation modes and business modes such as BBC, B2C, O2O, community group-buying and the like.
The digital mall system is built on the basis of the overall architecture of an external middle console and a business operation management platform, and provides online sales business operation requirements of the enterprise customer in the industry of the enterprise customer through the integration of the capacity and application resources of each business center. The core service scenario supported by the system comprises: store management, commodity on shelf release, inventory management, order placement and payment, order processing and after-sale service, wherein the commodity, the order and the inventory support full-channel management, and the system provides data synchronization of a connector for a plurality of platforms such as Taobao, Jingdong, Mei Tuo and the like. The digital mall system is divided into a foreground and a background, wherein the foreground is a small program/H5 mall providing online shopping for consumers at a mobile end, the background is mainly oriented to enterprise-level operation, merchant operation and store operation, provides management functions mainly including commodities, orders, inventory, marketing, stores, warehouses and finance of all channels for the digital mall system, and is a mall system which can combine different e-commerce operation modes and service modes such as BBC, B2C, O2O, community group buying and the like by setting service control capacity provided by a middle platform and using basic transaction flow and service configuration items.
According to the digital mall system, the Taro front-end technical framework is used for developing the mobile terminal, one set of codes can be suitable for small programs of multiple platforms, the front-end components are precipitated in the process of page building of the front background and the page building of the back background to form a component library, multiplexing on other pages or other projects is supported, and the cost of repeated development is saved.
The digital mall system provided by the invention adopts a distributed micro-service architecture and is developed based on a spring group and spring boot2.x framework; the self-development promotion engine provides an expansion interface to support differentiated activity logic by providing uniform processing capacity for activity abstraction; the process arrangement engine based on the xml configuration mode can adapt to various transaction scenes; the self-developed connector center standardization communicates with third party transaction systems.

Claims (11)

1. A digital mall system based on a service center, comprising:
the system comprises a full-channel order management module, a business center platform and a business center platform, wherein the full-channel order management module is used for acquiring order information of a plurality of channels in the business center platform and performing unified management, and the channels comprise an online channel and an offline channel;
the commodity management module is used for managing commodity data of a plurality of channels and carrying out shelving processing on commodities with different business modes of own channels;
the merchant management module is used for managing merchants in multiple channels and supporting a BBC merchant parking mode;
the system comprises a shop management module, a database management module and a database management module, wherein the shop management module is used for managing shops of a plurality of channels; and business models supporting B2C and O2O, respectively, according to store type;
the warehouse inventory management module is used for setting a performance delivery mode and managing the commodity inventory of the warehouse;
the system comprises a foreground application, a group buying module and a group buying module, wherein the foreground application is used for providing a mode of online shopping mall or store O2O for consumers to shop and providing distribution management of commodities for consumers as group leaders in a community group buying mode; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the full-channel order management module acquires order information of a plurality of channels, and unitedly manages the order information by combining commodity data of the commodity management module, merchant management conditions of the merchant management module, store management conditions of the store management module, inventory information of the warehouse inventory management module and a performance distribution mode, and configures different distribution modes to form different e-commerce operation modes and business modes in a combined manner.

The digital mall system according to claim 1, wherein the merchant management module comprises a merchant self-management unit and a merchant affiliated management unit, the merchant self-management unit manages merchants independently operating independent brands in a plurality of channels and transmits management conditions to the full channel order management module, and the merchant affiliated management unit manages merchants operating commodities in an affiliated manner in a plurality of channels and transmits management conditions to the full channel order management module.
3. The digital mall system according to claim 1, wherein the digital mall system further comprises a statistical analysis module for collectively analyzing commodity transaction data and commodity dimensions of each channel.
4. The digital mall system according to claim 1, further comprising a community group purchase module for managing the group leader and the users thereof, wherein the community group purchase module integrates community resources by using WeChat as a carrier.

The digital mall system according to claim 1, wherein the full channel order management module comprises an order docking unit, an order summarizing unit and an order delivery management unit, wherein the order docking unit docks each channel, acquires order information of each channel and transmits the order information to the order summarizing unit to summarize the order information, and the order delivery management unit generates delivery information according to a summarizing processing result of the order summarizing unit by combining commodity data, merchant conditions, store management conditions and inventory information.

The digital mall system according to claim 5, wherein the channel-wide order management module further comprises an order routing unit, wherein the order routing unit sets different order routing rules for different channels and different warehouse dimensions, and the order delivery management unit further generates delivery information according to the order routing rules.

The digital mall system according to claim 1, wherein the warehouse inventory management module comprises a warehouse type management unit and an inventory management unit, the warehouse type management unit manages each type of warehouse, the inventory management unit obtains inventory of goods in each type of warehouse of the warehouse type management unit, performs statistical management of multiple types of inventory, and sets a performing delivery mode to implement inventory sharing and safe inventory management.

The digital mall system according to claim 1, wherein the shop management module comprises a shop information management unit which manages shop homepages, commodity classifications, and commodity information, and a channel docking management unit which docks the order information and the delivery warehouse acquired by the channel-wide order management module and delivers goods in combination with the commodity information of the shop information management unit.
9. The digital mall system according to claim 1, further comprising a promotion engine module for setting up a promotion.

The digital mall system according to claim 1, wherein the foreground application comprises a user login unit, a mall homepage unit, a store homepage unit, a commodity query unit, a shopping cart unit, an ordering and settlement unit, a sales promotion activity unit, a personal center unit, a group leader unit and an order management unit, and each unit provides a user with query of commodities, stores and activities at a mobile terminal and completes an ordering transaction process.
11. The digital mall system according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the plurality of channels comprise an online mall, an offline store, a third party mall and an official mall.
