Abstract
The invention discloses an ultra-light thin stiff and soft knitted sandwich fabric which comprises a fabric body, wherein the fabric body comprises an upper layer, a lower layer and a connecting layer, the connecting layer is positioned between the upper layer and the lower layer, the upper layer and the lower layer are connected through the connecting layer, the upper layer and the lower layer are arranged in a 2-way 2-needle all-out arrangement mode, the connecting layer is arranged in a 2-way 1-in-1 arrangement mode, the upper layer adopts face yarns of 40D/12F semi-gloss polyester FDY and backing yarns of 20D spandex as raw materials, the lower layer adopts bottom yarns of 50D/72F low-elasticity semi-gloss polyester DTY and backing yarns of 20D spandex as raw materials, and the connecting layer adopts 30D/1F connecting yarns as raw materials. The production method of the fabric comprises the steps of knitting the fabric body in a selected circular knitting machine according to a needle arrangement mode, a doffing mode and a yarn feeding amount to obtain the fabric body. The obtained fabric has fine and comfortable cloth cover; by combining the raw material selection of the corresponding upper layer and the lower layer, the fabric body has good four-side elasticity, super light weight, thinness, good moisture absorption and air permeability, stiffness, smoothness, softness and comfort in wearing.

Technical Field

According to one aspect of the invention, the ultra-light thin stiff and soft knitted sandwich fabric comprises a fabric body, wherein the fabric body comprises an upper layer, a lower layer and a connecting layer, the connecting layer is positioned between the upper layer and the lower layer, the upper layer and the lower layer are connected through the connecting layer, the upper layer and the lower layer are both arranged in a 2-way 2-needle all-out arrangement mode, the connecting layer is arranged in a 2-way 1-in-1 arrangement mode, the upper layer is made of 40D/12F semi-gloss polyester FDY surface yarns and 20D spandex liner yarns, the lower layer is made of 50D/72F low-elasticity semi-gloss polyester DTY bottom yarns and 20D spandex liner yarns, and the connecting layer is made of 30D/1F connecting yarns.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the upper layer and the lower layer are connected through the connecting layer, and the connecting layer is alternately arranged between the coils of the upper layer and the lower layer at intervals to play a connecting role by adopting the arrangement mode, so that the cloth cover is more stiff and smooth and has a certain thickness; meanwhile, the upper layer and the lower layer adopt the arrangement mode to form a plain weave structure, so that the fabric surface is fine and smooth and comfortable; by combining the raw material selection of the corresponding upper layer and the lower layer, the fabric body has the characteristics of good four-side elasticity, super lightness and thinness, good moisture absorption and air permeability, stiffness and softness and wearing comfort.
In some embodiments, the stitch arrangement mode of the fabric body during weaving is as follows: one cycle of 12/2 needles on the upper disc and one cycle of 21/2 needles on the lower disc, and the triangular arrangement mode is as follows: 6 paths and one cycle. Therefore, the upper layer and the lower layer can be conveniently connected with the connecting layer, and production and weaving are convenient.

In some embodiments, the yarn feeding amount of the fabric body adopts 100 needles: the lengths of the 1F and 4F connecting yarns are 380mm, the lengths of the 2F and 5F surface yarns and the backing yarns are 250mm and 90mm respectively, and the lengths of the 3F and 6F bottom yarns and the backing yarns are 250mm and 90mm respectively. Therefore, the yarn feeding amount can enable the transverse elasticity of the fabric body to reach more than 150%, the longitudinal elasticity to reach more than 80%, and the four-side elasticity and the comfort of the fabric are further guaranteed.

By the production method, the upper layer and the lower layer of the fabric body are 2 paths of plain weave layers with 2 needles arranged completely, and the two plain weave layers are connected together through 2 paths of 1 intermediate layers with 1 plain weave; the surface material body consists of the corresponding surface yarn, bottom yarn, connecting yarn and lining yarn, so that the surface yarn and the lining yarn are coiled on the circular knitting machine to form an outer surface, the bottom yarn and the lining yarn are coiled to form a skin-attached surface, the connecting yarn is simultaneously tucked on the upper disc and the lower disc so as to connect the upper layer and the lower layer, and in addition, the softness of the bottom yarn is better than that of the surface yarn; the obtained fabric has the advantages of good four-side elasticity, super light weight, thinness, good moisture absorption and air permeability, stiffness and softness, and the specification of the finished product is 165cm x 190g/m2。

The doffing mode of the fabric body is as follows: 1F and 4F fall 30D/1F connecting yarns, 2F and 5F fall 40D/12F semi-gloss polyester FDY face yarns and 20D spandex lining yarns, and 3F and 6F fall 50D/72F low-elasticity semi-gloss polyester DTY bottom yarns and 20D spandex lining yarns.
