The invention discloses a knitted fabric with one polyester surface and one pure spandex surface cut at will, which comprises a fabric body, wherein the fabric body comprises a polyester outer surface layer, a pure spandex anti-slip layer and a connecting layer, the polyester outer surface layer and the pure spandex anti-slip layer are arranged in a 2-way 2-needle all-out arrangement mode, the connecting layer is arranged in a 2-way 1-in-1 arrangement mode, the polyester outer surface layer and the pure spandex anti-slip layer are respectively positioned at two sides of the connecting layer and are connected through the connecting layer, the raw materials adopted by the polyester outer surface layer are 50D/36F low-elasticity semi-light moisture-absorption sweat-releasing polyester DTY face yarns and 70D spandex lining yarns, the raw materials adopted by the pure spandex anti-slip layer are 70D spandex anti-slip yarns, and the raw materials adopted by the connecting layer are 70D spandex connecting yarns. The fabric obtained by the production method of the fabric has the advantages of high modulus and elasticity on four sides, moisture absorption and ventilation, stiffness, smoothness, comfort, good skid resistance and random cutting through corresponding weaving arrangement modes.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to an outdoor knitted fabric and a related production method, and particularly relates to a knitted fabric with one polyester surface and one pure polyurethane surface cut at will and a production method thereof.
Background
In recent years, more and more people like outdoor sports, and outdoor clothes have certain requirements on the anti-skid, high-modulus and strong-elasticity performance of the fabric. Most of the existing fabrics in the market are composite fabrics, namely two fabrics with different properties are laminated by glue, the fabrics have a defect, the glue relates to the problem of environmental protection, in addition, the working procedure is too long, further, the price is high, and the moisture absorption and the air permeability are poor; although compact multi-silk interlayer double-sided cloth appears in the market in recent years to try to replace the composite fabric, the anti-skid performance of the double-sided cloth is poor due to the influence of the structure, and the requirements of related functional clothes cannot be met.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a knitted fabric which can solve at least one of the problems and has one polyester side and one pure spandex side which are randomly cut and a production method thereof.
According to one aspect of the invention, the knitted fabric with one polyester surface and one pure spandex surface cut at will is provided, and comprises a fabric body, wherein the fabric body comprises a polyester outer surface layer, a pure spandex anti-slip layer and a connecting layer, the polyester outer surface layer and the pure spandex anti-slip layer are arranged in a 2-way 2-needle all-out arrangement mode, the connecting layer is arranged in a 2-way 1-in-1 arrangement mode, the polyester outer surface layer and the pure spandex anti-slip layer are respectively positioned on two sides of the connecting layer and are connected through the connecting layer, the polyester outer surface layer is made of 50D/36F low-elasticity semi-light moisture-absorption sweat-releasing polyester DTY surface yarns and 70D spandex lining yarns, the pure spandex anti-slip layer is made of 70D spandex anti-slip yarns, and the connecting layer is made of 70D spandex connecting yarns.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: through the weaving arrangement mode, the shell yarn and the lining yarn are looped on the knitting rib knitting machine to form the polyester outer surface layer, the antiskid yarn and the lining yarn are looped on the lower disk to form the skin-attached surface, and the connecting yarn is looped on the upper disk and the lower disk simultaneously to connect the outer surface layer and the skin-attached layer, so that the shell fabric body has the advantages of high elasticity at four surfaces, high modulus, moisture absorption, ventilation, good smoothness, good antiskid performance and random cutting.
In some embodiments, the stitch pattern of the fabric body when knitted is: rib stitch needle alignment; needle arrangement: one cycle is carried out on 21/2 needles of the upper disc, and one cycle is carried out on 12/2 needles of the lower disc; the triangular arrangement takes 6 passes through one cycle. Therefore, the yarn feeding amount can ensure that the stretching opening degree of the fabric can reach more than 100 percent in the longitudinal direction and more than 150 percent in the transverse direction, and further, the high elasticity and certain stiffness and smoothness of four sides and the comfort are ensured.

s1, selecting a 28-needle 34-inch 72-path rib knitting big circular machine;

Therefore, the spandex of the connecting layer is alternately arranged between the outer terylene surface layer of the rib stitch and the pure spandex antiskid layer coil at intervals in a needle-containing mode to play a connecting role; the spandex of the connecting layer further enhances the anti-skid property, high modulus and strong elasticity of the cloth surface; meanwhile, the terylene outer surface layer and the pure polyurethane anti-skid layer are both arranged in a 2-way 2-needle all-out arrangement mode and are in a plain weave structure, so that the fabric surface is fine and comfortable; the fabric is obtained by unique rib stitch alignment, upper, middle and lower structures, unique raw material collocation and corresponding rib circular knitting machine matching, so that the fabric has the characteristics of high modulus and elasticity on four sides, moisture absorption, ventilation, stiffness, smoothness, comfort, good skid resistance and random cutting.

Refer to fig. 1 to 3. The needle aligning mode of the fabric body during weaving is as follows: rib stitch needle alignment; needle arrangement: one cycle of 21/2 needles on the upper disc and one cycle of 12/2 needles on the lower disc (as shown in figure 2); the delta arrangement takes 6 passes through one cycle (as shown in figure 1). The doffing mode of the fabric body is as follows: 1F and 4F fall 70D spandex connecting yarns, 2F and 5F fall 50D/36F low-elasticity semi-gloss moisture-absorbing sweat-releasing polyester DTY face yarns and 70D spandex lining yarns, and 3F and 6F fall 70D spandex anti-slip yarns.
