Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of insect-proof article production, and particularly belongs to insect-proof fabrics and a production method thereof.
Background
Nowadays, various countries in the world have the problem of pesticide residues with different degrees, and the pesticide residues can cause harm to agriculture, people and livestock. Due to unreasonable use of pesticides, particularly herbicides, the pesticide damage accidents are frequent, large-area yield reduction and even failure are often caused, and the agricultural production is seriously influenced; the acute poisoning accidents of people and animals can be caused by eating food containing a large amount of highly toxic and extremely toxic pesticide residues, and the chronic poisoning of people and animals can be caused although acute poisoning can not be caused by eating agricultural and sideline products with pesticide residues exceeding the standard after long-term eating, so that diseases such as neurological diseases, cancers, genetic defects and the like can be caused, and even the next generation can be influenced. According to the big pesticide data, the pesticide usage amount in 2017 and 2019 in China is 165.51 ten thousand tons, the pesticide usage amount in 2018 is 150.36 ten thousand tons, and the pesticide usage amount in 2019 is 139.17 ten thousand tons, so that the pesticide yield and usage amount in China are the first in the world. And pesticide poisoning accidents in China are 10 ten thousand times per year, and tens of thousands of people die.
Due to the pursuit of health, many people begin to have a unique look at "pesticide-free" and "organic" agricultural products. It is known that if plants do not use pesticides, insect pests can not be avoided at all to seriously affect the growth and yield of the plants, and the use of low-toxicity and pollution-free biological pesticides is not only high in price but also slow in effect, wastes manpower and material resources, and thus has certain influence on the quality of crops such as fruits and vegetables. The method depends on manual capture, is only suitable for family planting, and is almost impossible in production type planting, in a word, agricultural products without pesticides and organic products are rare and can not meet the daily life requirements of common people.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defect that pesticides have to be used for preventing insects in the existing planting industry, and provides an insect-preventing fabric which can reduce the pesticide consumption or can protect plants from insect pests without pesticides and a manufacturing method thereof.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is an insect-proof fabric, which is characterized in that: implanting pest repelling components into a fabric, wherein the fabric comprises the following components: polyethylene, insecticide and antioxidant, the weight ratio of each component is: the polyethylene accounts for 80-95% of the total amount, the pesticide accounts for 4-19% of the total amount, and the antioxidant accounts for 0.5-3% of the total amount.
The invention creatively implants the pest repelling component on the fiber of the fabric, so that the pest repelling medicine becomes a component of the fabric and coexists with the fabric to form a whole, and the pest repelling medicine is not stored on the surface of the fabric but is wrapped by polyethylene, is slowly released, is resistant to rain washing and can keep the pesticide effect for a long time. The invention is made into plant, fruit and vegetable covering, the covering is not contacted with the plant through the supporting object, physical isolation is formed between pests and the plant, and the pests are driven and killed through the emitted smell, etc., so as to ensure that the plant is not damaged by the pests and achieve the purpose of reducing pesticide or not using the pesticide.
Further: the fabric is also added with an anti-ultraviolet additive, and the anti-ultraviolet additive accounts for 0.05 to 1 percent of the total amount. Because the product is applied outdoors, the addition of the ultraviolet resistant additive components is beneficial to prolonging the service life of the product.
The components of the fabric are also added with color master batches, and the color master batches account for 0.4 to 1 percent of the total weight. In order to meet the color requirement of people on the fabric, the color master batch is added into the components of the fabric, and the color master batch is a finished product and can be purchased and obtained.
The pesticide is thiamethoxam or clothianidin.
A method for preparing the insect-proof fabric is characterized in that: granulating each component with polyethylene, uniformly fusing all the granules together, drawing wire, warp-knitting to form mesh cloth, cutting, sewing, and finally forming the long-acting insect-proof mesh fabric.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: the manufacturing steps are as follows: a) preparing pesticide into drug master batch;
b) preparing anti-ultraviolet particles;
c) preparing antioxidant particles;
d) uniformly mixing and stirring all the obtained granules according to a certain proportion, uniformly melting the granules on a wire drawing machine at 130 ℃, drawing wires, and then performing warp knitting and knitting process flows to form the mesh cloth.
The invention creatively prepares a small amount of polyethylene and pesticide into high-content particles, then mixes the particles with the polyethylene during production, and achieves the purpose of uniform mixing by uniformly mixing the particles and remelting.
And d), adding the color master batch and each raw material particle in the step d), mixing and melting, drawing on a wire drawing machine, and then performing subsequent processing.
The step a) of preparing the pesticide into the pesticide master batch refers to adding the pesticide into polyethylene, putting the mixture into a stirrer to be uniformly stirred and fused, and then introducing the mixture into a granulator to granulate at 120-130 ℃ to form the pesticide master batch containing 15-25% of the pesticide.
The step b) of preparing the anti-ultraviolet particles: adding the uvioresistant additive into polyethylene, stirring in a stirrer to fuse, and granulating at 120-130 deg.C in a granulator to obtain granules containing 7-12% of uvioresistant additive.
