an instrument processing box;
the classification recycling box is arranged at the bottom end of the instrument processing box;
the top end of the apparatus processing box is provided with a hospital intravenous injection apparatus, the hospital intravenous injection apparatus in the apparatus processing box is crushed by the apparatus processing box and falls into the classification recycling box, water liquid is stored in the classification recycling box, the crushed hospital intravenous injection apparatus is separated in the classification recycling box through water liquid floating, so that plastic in the crushed hospital intravenous puncture apparatus is floated on the water liquid through buoyancy, and metal materials in the crushed hospital intravenous puncture apparatus sink to the bottom of the water liquid through gravity;
the instrument processing box comprises a first instrument crushing mechanism, a first liquid medicine collecting box, a first slag discharging channel, a second instrument crushing mechanism, a second slag discharging channel and a second liquid medicine collecting box, the top end of the instrument processing box is fixedly provided with the first instrument crushing mechanism, the bottom end of the first instrument crushing mechanism is provided with at least two second instrument crushing mechanisms, the two second instrument crushing mechanisms are mutually communicated through the first slag discharging channel, and the second instrument crushing mechanism at the topmost end is communicated with the bottom end of the first instrument crushing mechanism through the first slag discharging channel;
the first slag discharge channel of each layer is obliquely arranged, the bottom end of the first slag discharge channel of each layer is connected with a second liquid medicine collecting box in a sliding mode, and the bottom end of the first slag discharge channel at the topmost end is connected with a first liquid medicine collecting box in a sliding mode;
the first slag discharge channel comprises a discharge cavity, a filter screen, a material turning roller, hinged supports, a transmission belt, a scrap shoveling cutter, roller holes and a belt wheel, the first slag discharge channel is of a quadrangular structure, the middle part of the first slag discharge channel is provided with a through discharge cavity, the discharge cavity is a through square cavity, the bottom surface of the first slag discharge channel is provided with the filter screen which is exposed downwards, the middle part of the filter screen is provided with a plurality of through roller holes, the bottom end of the first slag discharge channel is symmetrically and fixedly provided with a plurality of hinged supports at the front end and the rear end of each roller hole, each roller hole is rotatably connected with the material turning roller, and the front end and the rear end of each material turning roller are rotatably connected to the corresponding hinged supports;
one end of each material turning roller which is rotatably connected to the hinged support is provided with a belt wheel, and the belt wheels on two adjacent material turning rollers are provided with a transmission belt for transmitting power;
the material turning roller is of a cylindrical structure, the rotating direction of the material turning roller is consistent with the downward rolling direction of the waste materials at the bottom end of the material discharging cavity, the top end of the material discharging cavity is close to each roller hole, a scrap shoveling knife is arranged at the top end of each roller hole, and the top end face of each scrap shoveling knife is an arc-shaped face.
