55 volunteers aged 18-60 years were selected and randomly divided into 11 groups of 5 individuals each. Using each of the examples and comparative examples, subjects used shampoo of the corresponding group at least 3 times per week.
The shampoo using method comprises the following steps: fully moistening the whole scalp, rubbing 5-10 mL of shampoo to remove foams, and then applying the foams on scalp hairlines. The finger abdomen is kneaded for 3-5 minutes and then cleaned with clear water.
Selecting the center of the vertex of the head as a test part, testing the moisture content of the stratum corneum of the scalp by using a moisture tester probe Corneometer CM825 of a skin moisture tester on the 0 th day, the 14 th day and the 28 th day of the experiment, and averaging the test times; scalp percutaneous water loss was measured on days 0, 14, and 28 of the experiment using a very small skin water loss TEWL test probe, Tewameter (TM) Nano, and the average value was taken over three times, and the change of the TEWL value from day 28 minus day 0 is shown in the table.

It can be seen that in example 6, the ratio of the fibroin to the rose fermentation liquor to the traditional Chinese medicine extract is 43.6:1:0.2, the effect on improving the scalp percutaneous water loss is the best, and the compound synergistic effect is achieved.

Claims (10)
1. The sericin stock solution shampoo is characterized by comprising the following raw material components in percentage by mass:
1-5% of rose fermentation liquor, 0.2-0.5% of traditional Chinese medicine extract, 25-50% of surfactant, 1-4% of fatting agent, 0.1-0.5% of cationic polymer, 0.1-2% of humectant, 1-4% of thickening agent, 0.1-1.2% of preservative, 0.1-1.5% of essence, 0.2-0.4% of pH regulator and the balance of sericin stock solution;
the traditional Chinese medicine extract is a mixed extract of angelica root, cacumen biotae and sophora flavescens root;
the solid content of the sericin powder in the sericin stock solution is not less than 0.30%.
2. The sericin stock solution shampoo as defined in claim 1, which comprises the following raw material components in percentage by mass:
1-2% of rose fermentation liquor, 0.2-0.3% of traditional Chinese medicine extract, 30-46% of surfactant, 1.4-2.8% of fatting agent, 0.2-0.3% of cationic polymer, 0.3-0.5% of humectant, 2-3.5% of thickening agent, 0.5-1.2% of preservative, 0.3-0.6% of essence, 0.2-0.3% of pH regulator and the balance of sericin stock solution.
3. The sericin stock shampoo as defined in claim 1, wherein the surfactant is selected from one or more of sodium laureth sulfate, sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate, disodium lauryl sulfosuccinate, disodium cocoyl glutamate, cocamidopropyl betaine, lauramidopropyl betaine, cocamidopropyl hydroxysultaine, sodium cocoamphoacetate, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, sodium cocoyl alanine, alkyl glucoside, and sodium methylcocoyl taurate.
4. The sericin stock shampoo as defined in claim 3, wherein the surfactant is composed of disodium cocoyl glutamate, cocamidopropyl betaine, alkyl glucoside, and sodium methylcocoyl taurate in a weight ratio of 15-30:10-25:1-5: 1-6.
5. The sericin stock shampoo as defined in claim 3, wherein the surfactant is composed of sodium laureth sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine, alkyl glucoside, and sodium methylcocoyltaurate in a weight ratio of 12-20:1-5:3-10:1-5: 1-6.
6. The sericin stock solution shampoo as defined in claim 1, wherein the lipid-imparting agent is one or more selected from the group consisting of ethylene glycol distearate, glycerol laurate, propylene glycol laurate, isostearyl pivalate, PPG-3 octyl ether, and cetearyl alcohol.
7. The sericin stock solution shampoo as defined in claim 6, wherein the fat-imparting agent comprises ethylene glycol distearate, glycerol laurate, propylene glycol laurate, isostearyl pivalate and PPG-3 octyl ether in a weight ratio of 0.5-2:0.1-1:0.1-1:0.1-1: 0.1-1.
8. The sericin stock shampoo as defined in claim 1, wherein the cationic polymer is guar hydroxypropyl trimonium chloride, and the humectant is polyglycerol-10.
9. The sericin stock shampoo as defined in claim 1, wherein the thickener is selected from any one or more of sodium chloride, cocamide MEA, PEG-120 methyl glucose dioleate, polyacrylic acid copolymer and polyacrylate copolymer; the preservative is selected from any one or more of cason, phenoxyethanol and sodium benzoate.
10. The method for preparing the sericin stock shampoo as defined in any one of claims 1 to 9, which comprises the following steps: mixing surfactant, fat-imparting agent, and cationic polymer, heating to 60-80 deg.C for dissolving completely, cooling to below 45 deg.C, adding the rest materials, and stirring.
