referring to fig. 6-7, in the embodiment of the present invention, a dried moss peeling apparatus convenient for adjustment is provided, wherein the top surface and the bottom surface of the inner side of the feeding side box 7 are symmetrically provided with transmission slots 32, the inner side of each transmission slot 32 is provided with a transmission roller 33, each two transmission rollers 33 are arranged in parallel in a group at the inner side of the transmission slot 32 near to two ends, the shaft end of each transmission roller 33 is sleeved with an end fixture block 34, the inner side of each transmission slot 32 is vertically provided with a clamping slot 35, the inner side of each transmission slot 32 is fixedly clamped with a fixing spring 36, the outer side of each transmission roller 33 is horizontally sleeved with a transmission belt 37, one side of each collection outer box 5 is provided with a through hole 38, the two sides of the main processing box 1 are uniformly provided with clamping slots 39, one side of each collection outer box 5 is uniformly clamped with a clamping block 40, the end fixture block 34 is correspondingly clamped at the inner side of the clamping slot 35, and the clamping slots 35 are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the inner side of the transmission slot 32 at the top surface, the bottom end of the fixed spring 36 is vertically butted downwards at the top surface position of the end clamping block 34, the transmission belts 37 are arranged in a stacked parallel mode, the through connection holes 38 and the inner part of the collection outer box 5 are kept in through connection, and the clamping block 40 is correspondingly clamped and arranged at the inner side edge position of the clamping groove 39.
The components are standard parts in general or known to those skilled in the art, and their structure and principle are known to those skilled in the art through technical manuals or through routine experimentation.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the main processing box 1 is moved to a designated position under the rolling of the rolling wheel 2, the brake plate 3 is trampled to fix the rolling wheel 2, fresh moss is thrown into the feeding hopper 9, the rotating motor 11 is rotated under the control of the control panel 4, so that a toggle roller 28 at the bottom surface in the outer sleeve box 10 is driven to rotate, the toggle roller 28 at the top surface is driven to move downwards under the jacking of a clamping spring 31, the toggle roller 28 at the top surface is extruded at the top surface position of the moss, then the moss is driven to enter the inner side position of the feeding side box 7 from the position between the two toggle rollers 28 horizontally in the arrangement sequence under the rotation of the toggle roller 28 at the bottom surface, the moss rolls to the top surface position of a transmission belt 37 at the bottom surface under the rolling, and the transmission roller 33 at the top surface drives the transmission belt 37 to extrude downwards under the jacking of a fixed spring 36, the squeezed laver is moved towards the direction of the inlet hole 13 under the rotation of the transmission motor 8, the end of the laver penetrates through the inlet hole 13 and enters the inside of the main treatment box 1, the laver is horizontally arranged between the transmission rollers 15, the transmission rollers 15 squeeze the laver to perform transmission action due to the butting action of the butting spring 19, one end of the laver is plugged into the inside of an inner plugging ring 20, the transmission roller 21 is squeezed to roll along the outer side of the laver when continuing transmission, the connection rod body 24 is squeezed or stretched to perform movement action on the inner side of the side movable groove 23 under the rolling action of the transmission roller 21, so that the arc-shaped blade 22 peels one side of the laver along with the movement track of the transmission roller 21, the peeled peel is transferred to the position of the waste outlet 26 from the opening of the inner plugging ring 20 and the guide plate, and then enters the inside of the collection outer box 5 through the through hole 38 to be collected, after peeling of one side edge is finished, the moss is enabled to move to the inside of the other inner sleeve ring 20 under the continuous transmission of the transmission roller 15, the other side edge of the moss is peeled in the same mode, and finally the moss is transmitted out from the discharge hole 12 for collection.

The dried moss peeling device convenient to adjust is characterized in that the number of the rolling wheels (2) is four, the four rolling wheels (2) are fixedly arranged at four corners of the bottom surface of the main processing box (1), one side edge of the stopping plate (3) penetrates through one side edge of each rolling wheel (2) to extend into the main processing box, the end side edge of each extending part is butted at the outer side edge position of the corresponding wheel body, the number of the collecting outer boxes (5) is two, and the two collecting outer boxes (5) are symmetrically arranged at two symmetrical side edges of the main processing box (1) respectively.
