s7, when the double cams (331) rotate for one circle to reset, the pedicel removing device (300) automatically resets away from the material conveying box (210), and then the pedicel removed peppers are conveyed by the conveying belt (211) to fall into the material collecting box (130) to be collected;
s8, the pepper pedicel is remained in the pedicel removing group (312), and is extruded by the other pepper pedicel to fall into the collecting box (130) to be collected when the next pedicel removing movement is performed;
the process adopts a cleaning box (100) for cleaning a large amount of peppers, a guide device (200) for automatically correcting and conveying a plurality of peppers and a pedicel removing device (300) for automatically taking pedicles; the material guiding device (200) comprises a feeding box (230) in butt joint with the cleaning box (100), a material guiding box (220) in butt joint with the lower port of the feeding box (230), a material conveying box (210) in butt joint with the lower port of the material guiding box (220) and arranged horizontally, and a poking roller (240) arranged at the inner closing-in position of the feeding box (230); the bottom surface of the material conveying box (210) is open and is provided with a conveying belt (211), a plurality of ball beads (222) are embedded in matrix distribution on the bottom surfaces of the material feeding box (230) and the material guiding box (220), and one end of the poking roller (240) is coaxially connected with a servo motor (241); a material collecting box (130) is arranged below the material conveying box (210);
