本发明属于充电桩技术领域,具体地说,是涉及一种无线充电桩。
背景技术
在现当代社会,电能已经成为全世界最重要的能源之一,电能是一种经济、容易控制、清洁的新型能源。在当代社会,科技水平进步的速度十分迅猛,越来越多的高科技电子设备被我们所利用。而再给这些电子产品充电的过程中,人们发现传统的充电模式不仅麻烦,而且容易带来危险,以往的电力系统在传输的过程中会出现或多或少的损耗,同时也会有电线老化等问题存在,以至于电力系统和设备的可靠性和安全性都存在着极大的隐患。这些问题如果放在一些有着很特别要求的地方,例如在医院的心脏手术方面有一些植入式的医疗设备,这些植入式的设备若采用有线的供电方式,由于与人体皮肤有直接的电气连接,容易造成机械上的磨损和电器腐蚀,对患者身体会造成不好的影响,并且如果每充一次电就要躺进手术室进行一系列的操作,对患者的心理也会产生不好的影响。另一方面,传统的有线充电模式是特定的充电器对应特定的电子设备进行充电,不同种类的电子产品,可能充电接口都是不同的,例如电脑、手机、平板,都是分开的接口,并且就算是同种产品的不同品牌的充电接口都是不一样的,例如苹果手机或者小米手机,就分别是Lightning和usbtype-c,这就导致市面上的插座、适配器种类繁多,充电的过程中各种各样的数据线对人们造成很大的困扰。出个远门可能刮胡刀得带一个线,手机带一个线,笔记本带一个线,充电宝带一个线,就会非常繁琐。所以基于以上考虑,人们思考出另一种电能传输方式,即无线电能传输。
根据传输方式和原理的不同,无线电能传输技术可分为三类,即电磁辐射、电磁感应和磁耦合谐振。
现有的无线充电桩的磁耦合谐振电路中,降压电路的驱动隔离效果差,驱动脉冲质量不好,工作频率不稳定,导致无线充电桩充电效率不高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无线充电桩,主要解决现有无线充电桩的磁耦合谐振电路中,降压电路的驱动隔离效果差,驱动脉冲质量不好,工作频率不稳定的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种无线充电桩,包括由输入端整流电路、Buck降压电路、多谐振振荡器电路、场效应管及发射线圈依次连接构成的发射端及由接收线圈、接收端整流电路及滤波电路连接形成的接收端;所述Buck降压电路包括驱动芯片U1,正极与驱动芯片U1的VC引脚相连且负极与VB引脚相连的二极管D1,正极与输入端整流滤波电路的输出端相连且负极与驱动芯片U1的VS引脚相连的二极管D2,栅极与驱动芯片U1的HD引脚相连的MOS管Q,与MOS管Q的漏极相连的电感L,一端与电感L另一端相连且另一端与二极管D2的正极相连的C1,以及一端与二极管D2的正极相连且另一端与MOS管Q的源极和驱动芯片U1的VC引脚相连的电容C2,其中,驱动芯片U1的VC引脚还与输入端整流滤波电路的输出端相连。
进一步地,在本发明中,所述多谐振振荡器电路包括NE555芯片U2,一端与NE555芯片U2的TR引脚、TH引脚相连电容C3,一端与电容C3的另一端相连且另一端与NE555芯片U2的CV引脚相连的电容C4,一固定端与NE555芯片U2的TH引脚相连且滑动端与NE555芯片U2的DC引脚相连的滑动变阻器RV1,一端与滑动变阻器RV1的另一固定端相连的电阻R1,以及并联于电阻R1两端的电阻R2;其中,NE555芯片U2的Q引脚与场效应管的栅极相连。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明通过在无线充电桩的发射端设置桥式整流滤波电路、Buck降压电路、多谐振振荡器,使输入的工频交流电转换为高频震荡信号,由发射线圈发射,同时在接收端应用了桥式整流滤波电路,对接收线圈得到的电压进行整流滤波,将得到的直流电供给汽车电池充电。其中,Buck降压电路在输入信号的上升沿和下降沿传输PWM信号,在平顶级传输能量,输出陡峭的驱动脉冲。该驱动方法具有使用方便、驱动脉冲质量好、工作频率高、体积小、最大输入电压可达1000V等优点。
(2)本发明的多谐振振荡器可以实现直流到交流以及低频到高频的变换,并且内部还可以形成震荡脉冲,使线圈两边LC震荡电路起振。可以通过外接电阻和电容来控制频率。

在本发明中,所述多谐振振荡器电路包括NE555芯片U2,一端与NE555芯片U2的TR引脚、TH引脚相连电容C3,一端与电容C3的另一端相连且另一端与NE555芯片U2的CV引脚相连的电容C4,一固定端与NE555芯片U2的TH引脚相连且滑动端与NE555芯片U2的DC引脚相连的滑动变阻器RV1,一端与滑动变阻器RV1的另一固定端相连的电阻R1,以及并联于电阻R1两端的电阻R2;其中,NE555芯片U2的Q引脚与场效应管的栅极相连。NE555芯片将经Buck电路降压后的200V直流电转换为高频交流电并使发射线圈发生震荡发射出去。直流电压进入NE555中后,经过震荡后转换为高频震荡信号从NE555的输出端(3脚)输出,震荡信号经由MOS管进行功率放大后传输到发射线圈,将谐振信号发射出去。
在本发明中,所述输入端整流滤波电路与接收端整流电路均采用桥式整流电路。桥式整流用到了4个二极管,它能全程产生直流电,二极管所承受的电压只有单相半波整流的一半,因此相当于半波整流电路的升级版。在第一阶段,当交流电处于正半周期时,极性在顶部为正,底部为负。二极管D4和D5在这个时候因为是正向电压,所以导通,二极管D3和D6在这个时候因为是反向电压,所以关断。在第二阶段,当交流电处于负半周期时,极性在顶部为负,在底部为正,二极管D3和D6在这个时候导通,二极管D4和D5在这个时候因为是反向电压,所以关断。最后,在负载上产生单向脉动电压。
在本发明中,所述滤波电路采用电容滤波电路,电容滤波电路在整流电路直流输出侧与负载并联一个电容,电容在电路中充放电,使整流出来的电压更加平稳。

Claims (6)

1.一种无线充电桩,其特征在于,包括由输入端整流电路、Buck降压电路、多谐振振荡器电路、场效应管及发射线圈依次连接构成的发射端及由接收线圈、接收端整流电路及滤波电路连接形成的接收端;所述Buck降压电路包括驱动芯片U1,正极与驱动芯片U1的VC引脚相连且负极与VB引脚相连的二极管D1,正极与输入端整流滤波电路的输出端相连且负极与驱动芯片U1的VS引脚相连的二极管D2,栅极与驱动芯片U1的HD引脚相连的MOS管Q,与MOS管Q的漏极相连的电感L,一端与电感L另一端相连且另一端与二极管D2的正极相连的C1,以及一端与二极管D2的正极相连且另一端与MOS管Q的源极和驱动芯片U1的VC引脚相连的电容C2,其中,驱动芯片U1的VC引脚还与输入端整流滤波电路的输出端相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无线充电桩,其特征在于,所述多谐振振荡器电路包括NE555芯片U2,一端与NE555芯片U2的TR引脚、TH引脚相连电容C3,一端与电容C3的另一端相连且另一端与NE555芯片U2的CV引脚相连的电容C4,一固定端与NE555芯片U2的TH引脚相连且滑动端与NE555芯片U2的DC引脚相连的滑动变阻器RV1,一端与滑动变阻器RV1的另一固定端相连的电阻R1,以及并联于电阻R1两端的电阻R2;其中,NE555芯片U2的Q引脚与场效应管的栅极相连。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种无线充电桩,其特征在于,所述输入端整流滤波电路与接收端整流电路均采用桥式整流电路。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种无线充电桩,其特征在于,所述滤波电路采用电容滤波电路。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种无线充电桩,其特征在于,所述发射线圈两端并联有原边补偿电容C5。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种无线充电桩,其特征在于,所述接收线圈两端并联有副边补偿电容C6。
