本实用新型涉及一种电力巡线无人机无线充电系统,包括:无线充电桩和设置于无人机上的电能接收器;所述无线充电装置包括依次连接的电池储能系统、升压电路模块、高频逆变模块和磁耦合共振系统发射端;所述电能接收器包括依次连接的磁耦合共振系统接收端、整流滤波电路模块、稳压电路模块和输出模块;所述磁耦合共振系统接收端利用与磁耦合共振系统发射端同频共振建立通道实现电能的无线接收。本实用新能够实现无人机无线充电,有效解决无人机续航时间短的问题。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电力巡线无人机无线充电系统。
背景技术
随着我国电网规模扩大,电网运行维护单纯依靠人力已经难以满足庞大电网运行维护线路网的需求。同时,相对于人力巡检,无人机巡检能够克服地形、交通等不利因素,适用性更广;无论是在工作强度、环境适用性、工作效果以及时效性要求方面无人机巡检都具备较大的优势,但续航时间短是无人机的主要缺点之一。
大多数厂商采取的解决方案是依靠大容量电池,在电池上做足了功夫,然而大容量大体积的电池给无人机增加了额外的负担,使其续航能力大打折扣、事倍功半,同时还需考虑电量用尽前返回充电,又将理想的航行时间缩短了一半以上。
市面上有油动多旋翼的产品,通过改变供能的方式来解决续航问题。但是油动相比于电动也会带来新的问题,比如发动机寿命、二次污染、震动、下旋风过大等。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电力巡线无人机无线充电系统,以解决无人机续航能力差的问题。
为实现上述目的本实用新型采用以下技术方案实现:
一种电力巡线无人机无线充电系统,包括:无线充电桩和设置于无人机上的电能接收器;所述无线充电装置包括依次连接的电池储能系统、升压电路模块、高频逆变模块和磁耦合共振系统发射端;所述电能接收器包括依次连接的磁耦合共振系统接收端、整流滤波电路模块、稳压电路模块和输出模块;所述磁耦合共振系统接收端利用与磁耦合共振系统发射端同频共振建立通道实现电能的无线接收。
进一步的,所述电池储能系统包括光伏板、蓄电池组以及PMS电池管理系统;所述PMS电池管理系统与光伏板和蓄电池分别连接。
进一步的,所述电池储能系统、升压电路模块、高频逆变模块和磁耦合共振系统发生端封装于绝缘的充电桩内。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1.本实用新型能够有效地解决无人机续航时间短的问题
2.本实用新型电能来源于太阳能,环保无污染,同时无人机电池体积的减小也有利于环保;

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型做进一步说明。
请参照图1本实施例提供一种电力巡线无人机无线充电系统,包括:无线充电桩和设置于无人机上的电能接收器;所述无线充电装置包括依次连接的电池储能系统、升压电路模块、高频逆变模块和磁耦合共振系统发射端;所述电能接收器包括依次连接的磁耦合共振系统接收端、整流滤波电路模块、稳压电路模块和输出模块;所述磁耦合共振系统接收端利用与磁耦合共振系统发射端同频共振建立通道实现电能的无线接收。
在本实施例中,所述小型光伏电池板-蓄电池储能系统3包含有光伏板、蓄电池组和PMS电池管理系统,通过太阳能获取电能。当集成有电能接收器2的无人机停在无线充电桩1上时,PMS电池管理系统输出恒定的直流电,经过升压电路模块4、高频逆变模块5得到一个高频交流电,磁耦合共振系统发射端6的发射线圈与磁耦合共振系统接收端7的接收线圈发生共振,形成一个高效率、高质量的无线传输通道,能够将高频交流电传输至磁耦合共振系统接收端7,接收到的电能经整流滤波电路模块8、稳压电路模块9,通过输出模块10实现为无人机电池充电的功能。
在本实施例中,所述电池储能系统、升压电路模块、高频逆变模块和磁耦合共振系统发射端封装于绝缘的充电桩内。将充电桩均匀分别设置于无人机巡检路线上,使无人机可以在巡检过程中补充电能,实现长距离的巡检。

1.一种电力巡线无人机无线充电系统,其特征在于,包括:无线充电桩和设置于无人机上的电能接收器;所述无线充电桩包括依次连接的电池储能系统、升压电路模块、高频逆变模块和磁耦合共振系统发射端;所述电能接收器包括依次连接的磁耦合共振系统接收端、整流滤波电路模块、稳压电路模块和输出模块;所述磁耦合共振系统接收端利用与磁耦合共振系统发射端同频共振建立通道实现电能的无线接收。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电力巡线无人机无线充电系统,其特征在于:所述电池储能系统包括光伏板、蓄电池组以及PMS电池管理系统;所述PMS电池管理系统与光伏板和蓄电池分别连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电力巡线无人机无线充电系统,其特征在于:所述电池储能系统、升压电路模块、高频逆变模块和磁耦合共振系统发射端封装于绝缘的充电桩内。
