In addition, functional modules in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated together to form an independent part, or each module may exist separately, or two or more modules may be integrated to form an independent part.
The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional modules and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application or portions thereof that substantially contribute to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium and including instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U disk, a removable hard disk, a READ-ONLY MEMORY (ROM), a RANDOM ACCESS MEMORY (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and various media capable of storing program codes.

Claims (10)

1. An ETC real-time bill reporting method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
detecting that ETC transaction is generated, and generating transaction data by the vehicle-mounted unit;
when the transaction amount in the transaction data is larger than zero, waking up a first wireless receiving and transmitting device arranged on the vehicle-mounted unit;
the second wireless receiving and transmitting device of the terminal equipment is normally opened, real-time scanning is carried out, active connection is carried out when the first wireless transmitting device is scanned, and information of the vehicle-mounted unit is obtained;
the terminal equipment verifies whether the serial number of the vehicle-mounted unit and the corresponding vehicle information are consistent with the recorded information in the terminal equipment or not, if so, the information of the vehicle-mounted unit is obtained again, and the terminal equipment conducts re-verification;
if the distance information of the vehicle in the vehicle-mounted unit is the same as the distance information of the vehicle in the vehicle-mounted unit, the terminal equipment reads the distance information of the vehicle in the vehicle-mounted unit, carries out settlement according to the distance information and generates settlement data, and the terminal equipment utilizes the second wireless transmitting and receiving device to transmit the settlement data to the vehicle-mounted unit through the first wireless transmitting and receiving device;
and after receiving the settlement data, the vehicle-mounted unit sends a command for closing the first wireless transceiver and simultaneously carries out voice playing according to the settlement data.
2. The ETC real-time billing and reporting method according to claim 1, wherein the step of sending a command to turn off the first wireless transceiving device after the on-board unit receives the settlement data, and simultaneously playing the voice according to the settlement data comprises:
establishing a voice model;
presetting Arabic numeral voice information and high-speed platform name voice information in the vehicle-mounted unit;
and after the vehicle-mounted unit receives the settlement data, the vehicle-mounted unit converts the vehicle high-speed initial station position information, the high-speed key station position information, the distance length information and the settlement amount in the settlement data into corresponding Arabic numeral voice information and high-speed platform name voice information, covers the replaceable voice segment of the voice model, and forms new playing voice information to be played.
3. The ETC real-time billing method according to claim 2, wherein the voice model converts text information into voice information using TTS technology.
4. The ETC real-time billing reporting method according to claim 1, wherein the step of the terminal device performing the re-verification further comprises, after the step of performing the re-verification:
and when the checking times reach preset times, judging that the serial number of the vehicle-mounted unit and the corresponding vehicle information are inconsistent with the recorded information in the terminal equipment, and sending warning information to the toll station by the terminal equipment.
5. The ETC real-time billing reporting method of claim 4, further comprising:
and after the toll station receives the warning information, when the vehicle loaded with the vehicle-mounted unit passes by, sending a command of forbidding opening to a gateway of the toll station.
6. The ETC real-time billing method according to claim 1, wherein the number of the on-board unit and the corresponding vehicle information are stored in a binary form in a storage unit of the on-board unit.
7. The ETC real-time billing and reporting method according to claim 1, wherein the first wireless transceiver and the second wireless transceiver are both Bluetooth transceivers or WIFI transceivers.
8. An ETC real-time bill broadcasting system is characterized by comprising
The sensor module is used for detecting the generation of ETC transaction, and the vehicle-mounted unit generates transaction data;
the starting judgment module is used for awakening a first wireless transceiver arranged on the vehicle-mounted unit when the transaction amount in the transaction data is larger than zero;
the data processing module is used for normally opening a second wireless receiving and transmitting device of the terminal equipment, carrying out real-time scanning, carrying out active connection when the first wireless transmitting device is scanned, and acquiring information of the vehicle-mounted unit;
the data judgment module is used for verifying whether the serial number of the vehicle-mounted unit and the corresponding vehicle information are consistent with the recorded information in the terminal equipment or not by the terminal equipment, if so, the information of the vehicle-mounted unit is acquired again, and the terminal equipment performs re-verification; if the distance information of the vehicle in the vehicle-mounted unit is the same as the distance information of the vehicle in the vehicle-mounted unit, the terminal equipment reads the distance information of the vehicle in the vehicle-mounted unit, carries out settlement according to the distance information and generates settlement data, and the terminal equipment utilizes the second wireless transmitting and receiving device to transmit the settlement data to the vehicle-mounted unit through the first wireless transmitting and receiving device;
and the voice playing module is used for sending a command for closing the first wireless transceiver after the vehicle-mounted unit receives the settlement data and simultaneously playing voice according to the settlement data.
9. An electronic device comprising at least one processor, at least one memory, and a data bus; wherein: the processor and the memory complete mutual communication through the data bus; the memory stores program instructions executable by the processor, the processor calling the program instructions to perform the method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1-7.
