Abstract

本发明公开了用甲醛治疗动物传染病的注射剂,使用时甲醛浓度为0.01~4%的水溶液,可治疗猪瘟病、鸡瘟病、破伤风、口啼瘟、狂犬病等,疗效确切,且除初发患者以外中期病猪也有很好的疗效,一般注射一次即可痊愈,加服小苏打后无毒副作用,经此注射剂治疗以后的动物均发育正常,治疗后的母猪能正常生育。

Description

用甲醛治疗动物传染病的注射剂
本发明涉及用甲醛治疗动物的传染病的注射剂。
动物传染病如猪瘟病、鸡瘟病、破伤风病、口蹄疫、狂犬病等均是死亡率极高的病毒性传染病,一般靠注射疫苗来预防,某些用于治疗的药物如猪瘟血清仅对初发病猪有效,但制作繁琐,成本高。甲醛是一种常用的消毒防腐外用药,至今未曾见用于治疗用药的报导。
本发明的目的是提供一种制作简便、成本低、疗效确切、无毒副作用的用甲醛制成治疗动物传染病的注射剂。
本发明的注射剂是使用时甲醛浓度为0.01~4%的水溶液。主要根据采用静脉注射、肌肉注射的二种不同方式采用不同的浓度,也根据动物不同的种类和体重的不同以及不同疾病和症状的不同采用不同的浓度。
当采用静脉注射时,由于直接进入血管,效力迅速,浓度可低一些,一般为0.01~0.2%。肌肉注射浓度要大一些,一般为0.1~4%,是根据不同动物、不同疾病采用不同的量。采用肌肉注射时,单用甲醛会产生局部肌肉疼痛,需配入0.1~2%的醇,为甘油、乙醇、苯甲醇、甲醇等作为镇痛剂。在注射甲醛水溶液的同时,为了消除甲醛进入动物体内与体内氧结合产生甲酸并积蓄造成毒副作用,还需同时灌服小苏打(片剂或粉剂)。由于小苏打可以中和甲醛与体内氧结合产生的甲酸,故不会产生毒副作用。其化学反应式如下:
  
经过多年临床实践,共治疗猪瘟1000余例、鸡瘟数百例、口啼疫病50多例、破伤风猪、牛、狂犬病猪、肺疫病等各种传染病。可以确认用甲醛制成的注射药可以治疗各种病毒及细菌感染所致动物传染病,不但疗效确切,且除初发患者以外中期病猪也有很好的疗效,除猪瘟病以外,其余疾病均只要注射一次即可痊愈,猪瘟病注射一次即可退烧。但有复发现象,需加注猪瘟疫苗,并过3~5天以后再注射甲醛溶液一次,经此注射剂治疗以后的动物均发育正常,治疗后的母猪能正常生育。

1、甲醛溶液在制备治疗非人动物传染病的药物中的应用,注射甲醛溶液的同时灌服小苏打。
2、根据权利要求1所述的甲醛溶液在制备治疗非人动物传染病的药物中的应用,其特征是甲醛溶液的浓度为0.01~4%。
