【背景技术】
随着养殖成本的提高和禽流感的影响，使得羽绒的价格不断上涨，从原来的320元/公斤上涨到600多元/公斤，翻倍增长，使得羽绒服价格不断上涨，因此，寻找一种羽绒的替代品势在必行。
因此，为解决上述技术问题，确有必要提供一种创新的高蓬松高柔软保暖变形丝，以克服现有材料中的所述缺陷。
【发明内容】
为解决上述问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种具有成本低，保暖性好，不怕从蛀，不钻绒的高蓬松高柔软保暖变形丝，其能作为羽绒的替代品。
为实现上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案为：一种高蓬松高柔软保暖变形丝，其包括第一化纤长丝和第二化纤长丝；其中，所述第一化纤长丝缠绕于第二化纤长丝上；所述第一化纤长丝的蓬松度为340立方英寸/30g～700立方英寸/30g。
本发明的高蓬松高柔软保暖变形丝进一步为：所述第一化纤长丝具体为DTY丝、POY丝、涤纶丝、锦纶丝或氨纶丝的一种。
本发明的高蓬松高柔软保暖变形丝进一步为：所述第二化纤长丝具体为DTY丝、POY丝、涤纶丝、锦纶丝或氨纶丝的一种。
本发明的高蓬松高柔软保暖变形丝还可为：所述第一化纤长丝和第二化纤长丝的直径为70～150。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有如下有益效果：本发明的高蓬松高柔软保暖变形丝采用化纤丝制作而成，具有成本低，保暖性好，不怕从蛀，不钻绒等诸多优点，其能作为羽绒的替代品。
【具体实施方式】
本发明为一种高蓬松高柔软保暖变形丝，其由第一化纤长丝和第二化纤长丝组成。其中，所述第一化纤长丝缠绕于第二化纤长丝上。所述第一化纤长丝的蓬松度为340立方英寸/30g～700立方英寸/30g。
在本实施方式中，所述第一化纤长丝具体为DTY丝、POY丝、锦纶丝、涤纶丝或氨纶丝的一种，其直径为70～150。所述第二化纤长丝具体为DTY丝、POY丝、锦纶丝、涤纶丝或氨纶丝的一种，其直径为70～150。
本发明的高蓬松高柔软保暖变形丝在生产时，将第一化纤长丝快速喂入空气喷嘴，而第二化纤长丝缓慢喂入空气喷嘴，空气喷嘴内喷出高压空气流，使第一化纤长丝缠绕第二化纤长丝，从而形成变形丝，并通过控制长丝的喂入速度来调整变形丝的蓬松度，以满足不同的需求。
