The invention discloses a material placing device for an automatic material placing system of energetic material explosive strips, which comprises a material placing part, an adsorption head, a material placing part bracket, a rotating shaft, a motor, a vacuum pump and an electromagnetic valve, wherein the material placing part is arranged on the adsorption head; the motor is connected with one end of the material placing part support through a rotating shaft, the other end of the material placing part support is connected with a material placing part, the side part of the material placing part is connected with the adsorption head, the interior of the material placing part comprises a cavity, a groove matched with the contour of the medicine strip is formed in the end face, opposite to the material placing part, of the adsorption head, and the groove is communicated with the cavity in the material placing part; the vacuum pump is communicated with the inner cavity of the material placing part through an electromagnetic valve. The material placing device provided by the invention realizes the adsorption of the medicine strips with different specifications by changing the negative pressure strength in the material placing part and matching with the adsorption head; the movement of the medicine strips among different positions is realized by controlling a motor; the automatic medicine strip placing machine solves the problems of high labor intensity and low production efficiency of factory manual operation, and can realize automatic medicine strip placing by matching with the controller and the sensor.

Background

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the remarkable advantages that:
(1) the medicine strip gripping and discharging device adopts a negative pressure adsorption mode to realize the gripping and discharging of medicine strips, can effectively reduce the bending deformation and surface damage caused by automatic medicine strip material placing, and has simple, ingenious and reasonable structural design;
(2) the adsorption head of the invention is replaceable, so that the medicine strips with different specifications can be placed;
(3) the invention is provided with the balancing weight, which can effectively reduce the load of the motor and improve the rotation stability of the rotating shaft.

the motor 5 is connected with one end of the material placing part support 3 through the rotating shaft 4, the rotating shaft 4 is installed at a working position through a bearing 15, the other end of the material placing part support 3 is connected with the material placing part 1, the rotating shaft 4 is in key connection with one end of the material placing part support 3, the other end of the material placing part support 3 is in threaded connection with the material placing part 1, the side part of the material placing part 1 is connected with the adsorption head 2, a cavity is formed inside the material placing part 1, a groove 2-1 matched with the contour of the explosive strip 9 is formed in the end face, opposite to the material placing part 1, of the adsorption head 2, and the groove 2-1 is communicated with the inner cavity of the material placing part 1;
the vacuum pump 8 is communicated with the inner cavity of the material placing part 1 through the electromagnetic valve 14, the material placing part 1 is connected with an air passage of the electromagnetic valve 14 through the material placing part support 3, and the air passage at the other end of the electromagnetic valve 14 is respectively connected with the vacuum pump 8 and the atmosphere.
Preferably, with reference to fig. 4, the adsorption head 2 further includes twelve adsorption holes 2-2, and the groove 2-1 is communicated with the inner cavity of the material placing member 1 through the adsorption holes 2-2.

The material placing device provided by the invention realizes the adsorption of the medicine strips with different specifications by changing the negative pressure strength in the material placing part and matching with the adsorption head; the movement of the medicine strips among different positions is realized by controlling a motor; the device solves the problems of high labor intensity and low production efficiency of factory manual operation, and can realize automatic material arrangement of the medicine strips by matching with a controller and a sensor.

the vacuum pump (8) is communicated with the inner cavity of the material placing part (1) through the electromagnetic valve (14).
