As can be seen from FIGS. 1 to 4, the paint film of the color-adjustable interior wall coated with the liquid inorganic silicate paint of example 1 has good color-spreading effect after being stored for 7 days at normal temperature and 50 ℃, has no floating color, and meets the relevant standard of GB/T21090-2007. Whereas the flooding of each control is evident in figure 1. As can be seen from tables 2 and 3, the color difference of the comparison sample is larger than that of the embodiment 1, and the color difference of the liquid inorganic silicate coating for the color-adjustable inner wall of the embodiment 1 is between-0.1 and 0.4, and the color difference is small and far exceeds the standard requirement; wherein, the color spreading effect of the iron black and gray color paste is improved most obviously.
In summary, the liquid inorganic silicate paint for interior walls has low content of high molecular organic matters, good brushing resistance and air permeability, good color matching effect, small color difference and no color floating.
The liquid inorganic silicate paint for interior wall with adjustable color and the preparation method thereof according to the present invention are not limited to the above-mentioned examples, and any modification or replacement according to the principle of the present invention should be within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (7)

1. A liquid inorganic silicate paint for color-adjustable interior walls is characterized in that: the adhesive is mainly prepared from the following components in parts by weight:

the calcium sulfate whisker is 10-150 mu m long, 1-8 mu m in diameter and 5-80 in length-diameter ratio; the mass concentration of the potassium silicate solution is 35-45%.
2. The liquid inorganic silicate paint for color-adjustable interior walls according to claim 1, wherein: the defoaming agent comprises one or any combination of more than two of mineral oil defoaming agents or organosilicon defoaming agents.
3. The liquid inorganic silicate paint for color-tunable interior walls according to claim 2, wherein: the defoaming agent comprises a mineral oil defoaming agent and an organic silicon defoaming agent, and the weight ratio of the mineral oil defoaming agent to the organic silicon defoaming agent is 1:2-1: 2.17.
4. The liquid inorganic silicate paint for color-adjustable interior walls according to claim 1, wherein: the anti-settling agent is bentonite for common paint.
5. The liquid inorganic silicate paint for color-adjustable interior walls according to claim 1, wherein: the mildew preventive is a high-alkali-resistant mildew preventive.
6. A method for preparing a liquid inorganic silicate paint for color-adjustable interior walls according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: mainly comprises the following steps which are carried out in sequence:
(1) adding water accounting for 28-32% of the total weight of the stirrer into a stirring container of the stirrer, regulating the stirring speed of the stirrer to be 500-600r/min, then sequentially adding a wetting agent, a dispersing agent and a defoaming agent accounting for 1.5-9.5% of the total weight of the stirrer, and dispersing for 5-10 min;
(2) adjusting the stirring speed to 1500-1800r/min, sequentially adding diatomite, calcined kaolin, barium sulfate and calcium sulfate whiskers into the mixture obtained in the step (1), and dispersing for at least 5 min;
(3) keeping the stirring speed at 1500-1800r/min, sequentially adding HMHEC cellulose, an anti-settling agent and water accounting for 28-32% of the total weight of the mixture obtained in the step (2) and dispersing until the fineness is less than or equal to 50 um;
(4) and (4) adjusting the stirring speed to 700-900r/min, sequentially adding the acrylic emulsion, the potassium silicate solution, the mildew preventive, the residual defoaming agent and the residual water into the mixture obtained in the step (3), and dispersing for at least 10 minutes to obtain the liquid inorganic silicate coating for the color-adjustable interior wall.
7. The method for preparing the liquid inorganic silicate paint for color-adjustable interior walls according to claim 6, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the defoaming agent in the step (1) comprises a mineral oil defoaming agent and an organic silicon defoaming agent, and the weight ratio of the mineral oil defoaming agent to the organic silicon defoaming agent is 1: 1; the defoaming agent in the step (4) is an organic silicon defoaming agent.
