26.8kg of water is added into a production cylinder, 0.3kg of ethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose is added under stirring, the mixture is dispersed for 30min at the rotating speed of 400 r/min, then 0.9kg of dispersion stabilizer, 0.3kg of defoamer A, 14.0kg of rutile titanium dioxide, 13.0kg of calcium carbonate and 9.0kg of calcined kaolin are added under stirring in turn, the stirring speed is increased to 1500 r/min after the addition, and the mixture is dispersed for 30min at a high speed. After the dispersion is finished, the rotating speed is reduced to 800 revolutions per minute, 25.0kg of potassium silicate solution and 3.0kg of acrylic acid-like thickening protective glue are sequentially added, and the mixture is stirred and mixed for 10-15 min at 800 revolutions per minute after the addition is finished. After the mixture is uniformly mixed, 7.0kg of acrylic emulsion, 0.2kg of preservative, 0.2kg of defoaming agent B and 0.3kg of thickening agent are sequentially added under stirring, and the mixture is uniformly mixed for the second step of color mixing after being added and stirred for 10-15 min at 800 revolutions per minute.

After the dispersion is finished, the rotating speed is reduced to 800 r/min, 25.0kg of potassium silicate solution, 7.0kg of acrylic emulsion, 0.2kg of preservative, 0.2kg of defoaming agent B and 0.3kg of thickening agent are sequentially added, and after the addition is finished, the mixture is stirred at 800 r/min for 10-15 min until the mixture is uniformly mixed for use in the second step.

According to the easy-to-color-mixing inorganic wall paint prepared by the technology, compared with the comparative example 1, the comparative example 2 and the comparative example 3, when the basic white paint is prepared, the acrylic acid-like thickening protective adhesive and the ethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose ether are hydrated together to form a three-dimensional cross-linked network structure, so that the alkali metal silicate or silica sol is well coated, and a reaction channel between the alkali metal silicate or silica sol and a common color paste added during color mixing is isolated; meanwhile, when the basic white paint is used for color mixing, the characteristic that the fatty acid derivative surfactant can resist strong alkali is utilized, the surfactant is quickly adsorbed on the surfaces of the color paste particles added into an inorganic coating system, the inherent charge layer on the periphery of the color paste particles is prevented from being damaged, and the stability of the common color paste in the strong alkali system is further enhanced. Therefore, the problems of easy color migration and poor color matching performance of the inorganic coating after being color-matched by using common color paste are effectively solved, and the stability of a color system and the final using effect of a product are ensured.

Claims (4)

1. The preparation method of the easy-to-tone inorganic wall coating is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
firstly, preparing inorganic wall finish foundation white paint;
adding 25.8-27.8 kg of water into a production cylinder, then adding 0.2-0.4 kg of ethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose under stirring, dispersing for 30min at the rotating speed of 400 revolutions per minute, then sequentially adding 0.8-1.0 kg of dispersion stabilizer, 0.2-0.4 kg of defoamer A, 12-16 kg of rutile titanium dioxide, 12-14 kg of calcium carbonate and 7-11 kg of calcined kaolin under stirring, increasing the stirring speed to 1500 revolutions per minute after the addition is finished, and dispersing for 30min at a high speed; after the dispersion is finished, reducing the rotating speed to 800 revolutions per minute, sequentially adding 22-28 kg of inorganic potassium silicate solution and 2-4 kg of acrylic acid-like thickening protective adhesive, and stirring and mixing for 10-15 min at 800 revolutions per minute after the addition is finished; after uniformly mixing, sequentially adding 5-9 kg of acrylic emulsion, 0.15-0.25 kg of preservative, 0.15-0.25 kg of defoaming agent B and 0.2-0.4 kg of thickening agent under stirring, and stirring for 10-15 min at 800 rpm after adding until the mixture is uniformly mixed for the second step;
the basic white paint is prepared by mixing and blending the following components in parts by weight:
25.8-27.8 parts of water, 0.2-0.4 part of ethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.8-1.0 part of a dispersion stabilizer, 0.2-0.4 part of a defoaming agent A, 12-16 parts of rutile titanium dioxide, 12-14 parts of calcium carbonate, 7-11 parts of calcined kaolin, 22-28 parts of an inorganic potassium silicate solution, 2-4 parts of an acrylic acid-like thickening protective adhesive, 5-9 parts of an acrylic emulsion, 0.15-0.25 part of a preservative, 0.15-0.25 part of a defoaming agent B and 0.2-0.4 part of a thickening agent;
step two, preparing the inorganic wall paint easy to color;
adding 100kg of the basic white paint prepared in the first step in the embodiment into a toning cylinder, starting stirring, adding 0.5-0.7 kg of fatty acid derivative, and mixing for 10-15 min under the stirring of 500 revolutions per minute after the addition is finished; then adding 0.5-1 kg of water-based wall paint color paste, uniformly stirring, and modulating into a target color according to the CBCC Chinese building color card.
2. An easily-toning inorganic wall paint, which is characterized by being prepared by the method of claim 1 and prepared by mixing the following components in parts by weight:
100 parts of basic white paint, 0.5-0.7 part of fatty acid derivative surfactant and 0.5-1 part of color paste.

26.8 parts of water, 0.3 part of ethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.9 part of a dispersion stabilizer, 0.3 part of a defoaming agent A, 14 parts of rutile titanium dioxide, 13 parts of calcium carbonate, 9 parts of calcined kaolin, 25 parts of an inorganic potassium silicate solution, 3 parts of an acrylic acid-like thickening protective adhesive, 7 parts of an acrylic emulsion, 0.2 part of a preservative, 0.2 part of a defoaming agent B and 0.3 part of a thickening agent.
