In the experiment, according to the industrial standard HG/T4342-2012 waterborne multicolor architectural coatings, the performances of the waterborne multicolor stone-like paint are respectively detected by extracting the sample in example 3 and the sample in comparative example 5, and the experimental results are shown in Table 5.

According to the experimental results in table 5, it can be seen that the above properties in example 3 all meet the technical requirements.
Experiment 2
In the experiment, according to JG/T24-2018 synthetic resin emulsion sand wall-shaped building coating, the initial drying crack resistance of the waterborne colorful stone-like paint prepared in the above examples and comparative examples is respectively detected, whether cracks exist on the surface of the waterborne colorful stone-like paint or not is visually observed, and the lower the crack grade is, the better the initial drying crack resistance of the waterborne colorful stone-like paint is. The specific evaluation grades of crack grade are shown in Table 6.

Experiment 3
In the experiment, according to HG/T4342-2012 "water-based multicolor architectural coatings", the water resistance of the water-based multicolor stone-like paint prepared in the above examples and comparative examples is respectively detected, and whether the surface of the water-based multicolor stone-like paint is subjected to tarnish, discoloration, bubbling, wrinkling, falling, or rusting is visually observed, and the lower the water resistance level, the better the water resistance of the water-based multicolor stone-like paint is. The specific evaluation grades of the water resistance grade are shown in Table 7.

Comparing the data of comparative examples 1-3 in Table 8 with example 3, respectively, the crack grades in comparative examples 1-3 are substantially similar, and the water-resistant grades are substantially similar, with no methylcellulose added in comparative example 1, no hydroxypropyl methylcellulose added in comparative example 2, and no RS-2788 emulsion added in comparative example 3; however, the methyl cellulose, the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and the RS-2788 emulsion are added simultaneously in the embodiment 3, the crack grade is reduced from 3 to 1 in the embodiment 3, and the water resistance grade is reduced from 2 to 3 to 1, which indicates that the methyl cellulose, the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and the RS-2788 emulsion are added simultaneously to cooperate with each other, so that the initial drying crack resistance of the water-based colorful stone-like paint is improved, the cracking of the water-based colorful stone-like paint is not easy to occur, and the weather resistance and the cracking resistance of the water-based colorful stone-like paint are improved; and the water resistance of the water-based colorful stone-like paint is improved, so that the appearance of the building wall is not easily influenced.
As can be seen from a comparison of the data in table 8 for comparative example 4 and example 3, example 3 differs from comparative example 4 in that: comparative example 4 employs hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, and RS-2788 emulsion in combination, with a crack rating of 3 and a water resistance rating of 2; in example 3, the methyl cellulose, the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and the RS-2788 emulsion are matched with each other, the crack grade is 1, and the water resistance grade is 1, which means that the effects can be achieved without using any cellulose to match the RS-2788 emulsion, and the initial drying crack resistance and the water resistance of the water-based multicolor stone-like paint can be improved only by using the methyl cellulose, the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and the RS-2788 emulsion to match with each other.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present application, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited by the above embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the present application shall be covered by the protection scope of the present application.

Claims (9)

1. The water-based colorful stone-like paint is characterized in that: the paint comprises a protective glue solution, a base paint and a continuous phase emulsion, wherein the base paint comprises the following components in parts by weight:
water 210 and 280 parts; 1-2 parts of a bactericide; 1-4 parts of a dispersant; 1-3 parts of a foam inhibitor; 4-8 parts of titanium dioxide; 40-55 parts of kaolin; 4-6 parts of methyl cellulose; 1-2 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; 0.2-0.6 part of multifunctional auxiliary agent; 3-7 parts of a film-forming assistant; 1-2 parts of a preservative; 155 portions of RS-2788 emulsion; 0.5-1 part of defoaming agent; 35-50 parts of a protective glue solution; 500 portions of white sand 450;
the molecular weight of the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose is 3 ten thousand; the molecular weight of the methyl cellulose is 10 ten thousand; the white sand is snowflake white, and the particle size of the white sand is 80-100 meshes.
2. The water-based multicolor stone-like paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the mass ratio of the protective glue solution to the base paint to the continuous phase emulsion is (1-2): (2-3): (1-2).
3. The aqueous multicolor stone-like paint according to any one of claims 1 to 2, characterized in that: the kaolin has an average particle size of 3-4 μm.
4. The waterborne multicolor stone-like paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the preparation method of the base paint comprises the following steps:
s1: sequentially adding a bactericide, a dispersing agent, a foam inhibitor, titanium dioxide, kaolin, a multifunctional additive, a film-forming additive and a preservative into water according to a formula, and uniformly stirring at a rotating speed of 180-;
s2: then under the stirring state, adding methylcellulose and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose into the premix, and uniformly stirring at the rotating speed of 1000-1200r/min to obtain a mixed solution;
s3: then at the rotation speed of 750 plus materials and 800r/min, RS-2788 emulsion, defoaming agent, protective glue solution and white sand are added into the mixed solution and are uniformly dispersed to obtain the base paint.
5. The water-based multicolor stone-like paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the continuous phase emulsion comprises the following components in parts by mass:
290 portions of water and 320 portions of water; 1-3 parts of a bactericide; 680 parts of RS-3799 emulsion; 2-4 parts of a defoaming agent; 11-15 parts of a film-forming assistant; 9-13 parts of ethylene glycol; 1-3 parts of a multifunctional agent; 1-2 parts of a preservative; 7-12 parts of TT-935 thickener.

The aqueous multicolor stone-like paint according to claim 5, characterized in that: the preparation method of the continuous phase emulsion comprises the following steps: at the rotation speed of 1200-1400r/min, sequentially adding a bactericide, RS-3799 emulsion, a defoaming agent, a film-forming auxiliary agent, ethylene glycol, a multifunctional agent, a preservative and a TT-935 thickening agent into water, and stirring and dispersing for 15-25min to obtain the continuous phase emulsion.
7. The waterborne multicolor stone-like paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the protective glue solution comprises the following components in parts by mass:
900 portions and 980 portions of water; 2-5 parts of a preservative; 40-55 parts of protective rubber powder; 1-2 parts of a multifunctional additive; 6-10 parts of TT-935 thickening agent.
8. The aqueous multicolor stone-like paint according to claim 7, characterized in that: the preparation method of the protective colloid solution comprises the following steps:
s1: adding protective rubber powder into water at the rotation speed of 1200-1500r/min, and stirring and dispersing for 20-30 min;
s2: then adding the preservative, the multifunctional additive and the TT-935 thickening agent at the rotating speed of 500-600r/min, and stirring and dispersing for 10-15min to obtain the protective glue solution.
9. A method for producing the aqueous multicolor stone-like paint according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
s1: preparing a colored paint: adding the required color paste and the protective adhesive solution into the base paint, and uniformly stirring to obtain the required paint with various colors;
s2: preparing a color point paint: firstly, adding a protective glue solution into a granulating device, then sequentially adding paints with various colors, starting the granulating device, then rotating, crushing, stirring and extruding, and finally brushing a screen to obtain the color point paint;
s3: preparing water-based colorful stone-like paint: and (3) uniformly mixing the continuous phase emulsion and the color point paint to obtain the water-based colorful stone-like paint.
