(4) when in use, the component B integrated mortar is prepared by mixing the following components in a mass ratio of (A: B) to (1: 1.1, uniformly mixing to obtain the double-component bottomless exterior wall paint.

The double-component bottomless exterior wall paint is characterized by comprising a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10% -12.2% of water; 1.1 to 1.2 percent of propylene glycol; 1.2 to 1.5 percent of dispersant; 0.1% -0.15% of anionic surfactant; 0.4 to 0.6 percent of defoaming agent; 0.18 to 0.35 percent of cellulose; 0.2 to 0.25 percent of pH regulator; 10% -11% of titanium dioxide; 68% -71% of functional emulsion; 0.2 to 0.3 percent of mildew preventive; 4.9 to 5.1 percent of film-forming additive; 0.2 to 0.25 percent of preservative; the component B is integrated mortar, and the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is (A: B) 1, (0.9-1.1).
2. The two-component bottom-free exterior wall paint of claim 1, wherein the dispersant is a hydrophobically modified ammonium acrylate copolymer.
3. The two-component, bottom-free exterior wall paint of claim 1, wherein the anionic surfactant is an alcohol surfactant.
4. The two-component, bottom-free exterior wall paint of claim 1, wherein the cellulose is hydroxyethyl cellulose.
5. The two-component priming-free exterior wall paint of claim 1, wherein the functional emulsion is an acrylic polymer emulsion and the titanium dioxide is rutile titanium dioxide.
6. The two-component bottomless exterior wall paint of claim 1, wherein the integrated mortar is a silicate-based mortar.
7. The two-component priming-free exterior wall paint of claim 1, wherein the A component fineness of scraping is less than or equal to 50 microns.
8. The two-component bottomless exterior wall paint of claim 8, wherein the integrated mortar is waterproof and decorative integrated mortar of Guangzhou Kaiyu New Material Co.
9. The process for preparing a two-component primer-free exterior wall paint according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that it comprises the following steps carried out in order:
(1) under the condition that the stirring speed is 600-1000 r/min, water, propylene glycol, a dispersing agent, an anionic surfactant, a defoaming agent, cellulose and a pH regulator are put into a production cylinder in sequence, and are stirred for 5-15 min;
(2) increasing the stirring speed to 1500-1800 rpm, adding titanium dioxide, stirring for 30-45 minutes, and detecting the scraping fineness of the slurry until the scraping fineness is less than or equal to 50 micrometers;
(3) reducing the stirring speed to 600-1000 revolutions per minute, sequentially adding the functional emulsion, the film-forming assistant, the preservative and the mildew preventive, and stirring for 5-15 minutes to obtain the bottom-free exterior wall paint of the component A;
(4) when in use, the component B integrated mortar is prepared by mixing the following components in a mass ratio of (A: B) to (1: (0.9-1.1), and uniformly mixing to obtain the double-component bottomless exterior wall paint.
10. The application method of the double-component bottomless exterior wall paint is characterized in that when the paint is used, a proper amount of the component A is uniformly smeared on the surface of a wall, and then the components are mixed according to the mass ratio of A to B of 1: (0.9-1.1), uniformly coating the component B;
or when in use, the weight ratio of A to B is 1: (0.9-1.1), taking a proper amount of the component A and the component B, mixing, and uniformly coating on the surface of a wall.
