Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to a concrete interface agent for plastering gypsum and a preparation and use method thereof.
Background
In recent years, the plastering gypsum is widely applied to plastering of building interior walls due to the advantages of light weight, high coating rate, heat preservation, heat insulation, green environmental protection and the like, but the phenomenon of generating bubbles is very serious when the plastering gypsum is used for construction on concrete walls, particularly on concrete walls poured by aluminum templates. Workers usually carry out plastering construction twice to reduce the generation of bubbles or carry out maintenance treatment on the bubbles after plastering gypsum is hardened, which greatly influences the construction progress and the construction quality.
Generally, the reason for generating bubbles when plastered gypsum is applied to a concrete wall surface is considered to be mainly as follows: (1) the concrete wall is compact, after absorbing the moisture in the plastering gypsum mortar, the gas in the pores in the wall can not permeate into the wall and can only be discharged out of the plastering layer and gathered, and the discharged gas is sealed by the plastering gypsum due to the high viscosity of the plastering gypsum, so that bubbling is formed at the interface between the plastering and the wall; (2) the concrete wall surface is smooth, and if the concrete wall surface is leveled back and forth for multiple times during plastering and leveling operation, the plastering and the wall surface can be debonded and bubbled, or the bubbling is caused by sealing gas when filling the holes of the plastering surface.

(1) the polymer emulsion adopted by the interface agent has good permeability, strong cohesive force and compact film formation, can effectively seal micro-pores on the surface of a concrete substrate, and blocks moisture absorption and air return channels of the substrate. The added coarse whiting and quartz sand play a role in roughening the base layer and promote the adhesion of plastering and the base layer.
(2) The interface agent effectively solves the problem of air bubbles generated during plastering gypsum construction, does not need plastering construction for times, does not have a subsequent air bubble maintenance procedure, simultaneously enhances the bonding strength of plastering gypsum and a concrete base layer, and improves the construction efficiency and the construction quality of the inner wall plastering engineering.
(3) The interface agent can also be used in the construction of other types of plastering mortar or putty, eliminates bubbles in a plastering or putty layer and improves the tensile bonding property.
