The high-transparency dustproof anti-fouling matte finish paint is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 34.6 to 55 percent of water; 0.1 to 1 percent of defoaming agent; 35% -65% of acrylic emulsion; 0.1 to 0.4 percent of preservative; 0.5 to 15 percent of antifreeze; 0.2 to 0.5 percent of organic amine neutralizer; 0.5 to 5 percent of odorless coalescing aid; 0.1 to 1 percent of surfactant; 0.1 to 1 percent of thickening agent.
2. The high-transparency dustproof anti-fouling matte finish paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the defoaming agent is mineral oil.
3. The high-transparency dustproof anti-fouling matte finish according to claim 1, wherein the acrylic emulsion is Mowilith DC 832 matte emulsion.
4. The high-transmittance dustproof anti-fouling matte finish paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preservative is a Kathon preservative.
5. The high-transparency dustproof anti-fouling matte finish according to claim 1, wherein the anti-freezing agent is propylene glycol.

The process for preparing a high-permeability dustproof antifouling matte finish according to any one of claims 1 to 9, which comprises the following steps: sequentially putting part of water, the antifreezing agent, the surfactant and the defoaming agent into a production cylinder, and dispersing and stirring by using a dispersion machine; then adding acrylic emulsion, a smell-removing coalescence assistant and an organic amine neutralizer, and dispersing and stirring after adding; finally, adding the thickening agent, the preservative and the rest of water, and dispersing and stirring; sampling, cooling to 23 +/-1 ℃, measuring the viscosity, and if the viscosity is 60KU, canning and leaving factory;
