Description

Water-based latex paint and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to a water-based latex coating and a preparation method thereof.
Background
After long-time wind, rain and rain, brick house cement walls, ceramic tile walls and the like face the problems of ceramic tile falling, wall surface cracking, collapse and the like, and in order to ensure the living safety, the houses need to be changed into old houses.
The water-based latex paint does not contain organic solvent, so that the water-based latex paint does not volatilize the organic solvent in the production and construction processes, has no pollution to the surrounding environment, has very low release amount of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) in the use process, has the total amount of the VOCs within the standard allowable range, is safe, sanitary and environment-friendly green architectural decorative paint, and is suitable for old house modification.
The water-based latex paint has good air permeability and strong alkali resistance, so the paint is not easy to foam when the humidity difference between the inside and the outside of the paint is large, and the surface of the paint is not easy to generate water drops when the paint is coated on indoor walls, and the paint is particularly suitable for coating cement surfaces and plaster surfaces of the inside and the outside of buildings.
However, the existing water-based latex paint has low adhesive force on the outer wall surfaces such as ceramic tiles and the like, and particularly, the paint has serious cracking, falling and other phenomena after the substrate is soaked in water, so that the adhesive force of the paint is greatly reduced. In addition, the existing water-based exterior wall latex paint is generally a finish paint, does not have the characteristics of exterior wall primer in the old-time modification process, and has unsatisfactory water permeability, saline alkali resistance and other performances.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the invention provides a water-based latex paint and a preparation method thereof, which overcome the defect of poor adhesion of the existing water-based latex paint on the surface of an external wall of a building.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
in a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides an aqueous latex paint, including the following raw material components in parts by weight:
20-40 parts of emulsion, 20-38 parts of filler, 0.1-1 part of silane coupling agent, 1.4-15 parts of functional assistant and 5-20 parts of water;
the emulsion is at least one of acrylic emulsion, propyl benzene emulsion and polyepoxy resin emulsion.
The water-based latex paint provided by the invention has the advantages that the silane coupling agent can react with hydroxyl in an inorganic substance and can interact with long molecular chains in a polymer, so that two materials with different properties are coupled, and various performances of the paint are improved. In addition, the silane coupling agent has low viscosity and surface tension and high wetting capacity, and can be rapidly spread on the surfaces of glass, ceramics and metal so as to wet the surface of the inorganic material by the silane coupling agent. And once the silane coupling agent is spread on the surface of the inorganic material, the surface of the inorganic material is soaked, two groups on the molecule of the silane coupling agent are respectively diffused to the surfaces with similar polarities, because the surface of the inorganic material adsorbs a thin water layer, alkoxy at one end is hydrolyzed into silicon hydroxyl which is oriented to the surface of the inorganic material, and simultaneously, the silicon hydroxyl and the hydroxyl on the surface of the material are subjected to hydrolytic polycondensation reaction, organic groups are oriented to the surface of the organic material, and the organic groups are subjected to chemical reaction in the cross-linking and curing process, so that the coupling process between different types of materials is completed. Therefore, the water-based latex paint added with the silane coupling agent has stronger wettability on the surface of the substrate material, the coupling process is synchronously completed in the drying process, and the adhesive force of the paint on the substrate is improved.
Optionally, the emulsions are acrylic emulsions and styrene acrylic emulsions.
