The construction of the common exterior wall coating mainly comprises the following processes: firstly, insulating the outer wall with the vertical surface of the main body of the outer wall, roughly leveling mortar, plastering mortar for 2 times, leveling putty for 2 times, smoothing putty for 1 time, coating water-based special primer for the outer wall for 1 time, and coating water-based emulsion paint for the outer wall for 2 times. The drying time in the construction process is longer, and particularly in the environment with low air temperature and high humidity, the drying time is longer, so that the construction period is increased. In order to complete the project progress on time, the project construction site can not be constructed according to the requirements of the exterior wall latex paint construction process specifications, so that the risks that the product quality is influenced due to incomplete drying of a base layer, insufficient maintenance time, high salt-containing alkalinity of the base layer and the like exist, the situations that a paint film is faded, whitened and alkalized, bloomed and cracked are caused, and the project quality and the overall appearance effect are seriously influenced.

The pure acrylic emulsion (methyl methacrylate-butyl acrylate polymer emulsion) is a copolymer emulsion prepared from a plurality of acrylic esters, and has the advantages of excellent water whitening resistance, water resistance, alkali resistance, good hardness, good adhesion with a substrate, especially aging resistance, color and gloss retention, and no APEO. The vinyl acetate-vinyl versatate emulsion (vinyl acetate-vinyl versatate polymer) has excellent water resistance, alkali resistance, washing resistance, ultraviolet light resistance, chalking resistance and color retention.
The silicate material generates a 'longitudinal permeation' curing chemical reaction on the porous cement substrate, and the silicate, the high polymer emulsion and the active micro powder generate a 'transverse film forming' cross-linking curing chemical reaction and are combined with the mineral substrate in a silicification or mineralization mode. The product formed by combining the polymerized emulsion with the silicate material takes silicate as a core and is polymerized and coated with the silicate in a high molecular mode, so that the molecular chain structure of the polymerized emulsion monomer is combined with the silicate and the molecular chain of the emulsion with a shell part through chemical bonds, a higher anchoring effect is achieved, and the interaction of organic and inorganic components achieves the purposes of stronger product performance applicability and outstanding functionality.
