Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to an inorganic water-based fluorocarbon coating composition for an external wall, which comprises acrylic resin, a nano filler auxiliary agent, a pH regulator, an emulsifier, a defoaming agent, tributyl phosphate, ethanol, a wetting agent, titanium dioxide, a water-based fluorocarbon emulsion, a preservative, a leveling agent and deionized water. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the addition of the acrylic resin and the nano filler aid improves the agglomeration capacity of the aqueous fluorocarbon coating, further increases the bonding capacity of the aqueous fluorocarbon coating, improves the color and luster degree of the aqueous fluorocarbon coating by adding the titanium dioxide, further improves the appearance of the exterior wall coated with the aqueous fluorocarbon coating, and avoids the corrosion resistance of the aqueous fluorocarbon coating by adding the preservative, further improves the coating quality of the exterior wall, can improve the mixing degree of various raw material components by heating and stirring, can adjust the pH of the aqueous fluorocarbon coating by adding the pH regulator and the thickener, and simultaneously maintains the viscosity of the aqueous fluorocarbon and improves the bonding capacity.

The gel comprises the following raw materials:
diclofenac sodium, carbomer, propylene glycol, triethanolamine, ethylene glycol, ethylparaben and distilled water.
The embodiment also discloses a preparation method of the inorganic water-based fluorocarbon coating composition for the outer wall, which comprises the following steps:
pouring the aqueous fluorocarbon emulsion, ethanol, a wetting agent, acrylic resin, titanium dioxide, a flatting agent and deionized water into a stirring kettle for stirring, heating the stirring kettle to 80 ℃ for 2.3 hours to prepare a mixed solution I;

The gel comprises the following raw materials:
diclofenac sodium, carbomer, propylene glycol, triethanolamine, ethylene glycol, ethylparaben and distilled water.

80-85 parts of acrylic resin, 15-20 parts of nano filler additive, 5-8 parts of pH regulator, 8-12 parts of emulsifier, 3-4 parts of defoaming agent, 1-2 parts of tributyl phosphate, 33-40 parts of ethanol, 0.1-0.5 part of wetting agent, 1-3 parts of titanium dioxide, 40-50 parts of aqueous fluorocarbon emulsion, 0.2-0.4 part of preservative, 0.2-0.4 part of flatting agent and the balance of deionized water.
2. The inorganic waterborne fluorocarbon coating composition for the external wall as claimed in claim 1, wherein the raw material further comprises 0.8-2.5 parts by weight of gelling agent.
3. The inorganic waterborne fluorocarbon coating composition for external walls of claim 2, wherein the gelling agent comprises the following raw materials:
diclofenac sodium, carbomer, propylene glycol, triethanolamine, ethylene glycol, ethylparaben and distilled water.
4. The inorganic waterborne fluorocarbon coating composition for external walls according to claim 1, wherein the nano filler assistant comprises any one of nano diatomite and nano kaolin.
5. The inorganic waterborne fluorocarbon coating composition for exterior walls of claim 1, wherein the PH modifier is AMP-95.
6. A preparation method of an inorganic water-based fluorocarbon coating composition for an external wall is characterized by comprising the following steps:
pouring the aqueous fluorocarbon emulsion, ethanol, a wetting agent, acrylic resin, titanium dioxide, a flatting agent and deionized water into a stirring kettle for stirring, heating the stirring kettle to 80 ℃ for 2-2.3 hours to prepare a mixed solution I;
placing the mixed solution I in a dispersion machine, then pouring the nano filler auxiliary agent, the emulsifier, the defoaming agent and the tributyl phosphate into the mixed solution I for dispersion, wherein the dispersion time is 30-35min, and the rotating speed of the dispersion machine is 1000-1200 r/min, so as to prepare a mixed solution II;
