Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of building coatings, and particularly relates to an exterior wall coating, a preparation method thereof and a painting process thereof. The exterior wall coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20.0-25.0 parts of organic silicon resin emulsion; 25.0-30.0 parts of acrylic polymer emulsion; 20.0-25.0 parts of pigment and filler; 0.1-1.0 part of a dispersing agent; 0.1-1.0 part of thickening agent; 3.0-5.0 parts of a film-forming assistant; 4.0-8.0 parts of a silane coupling agent; 0.5-1.0 part of hydrogenated castor oil; 10.0-20.0 parts of water. By adding a specific kind of auxiliary agent, particularly adding a silane coupling agent and hydrogenated castor oil; can obviously improve the stain resistance and the washing resistance of the coating.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of building coatings, and particularly relates to an exterior wall coating, a preparation method thereof and a painting process thereof.
Background
At present, the exterior wall coating adopted in China mainly takes acrylic emulsion as a base material, and the water-based acrylic coating has the advantages of moderate cost, excellent weather resistance, good adjustability, no organic solvent release and the like, and is a coating product which is developed rapidly in recent years. Although the paint has a plurality of advantages, the problem of poor stain resistance is still solved, a wall surface is easy to adhere with a lot of dust and dirt after the paint is used for a period of time, the paint is difficult to clean, and the paint needs to be applied again, so that face bricks or natural stones are frequently adopted as exterior wall decoration type building paints in some high-rise buildings and high-grade residential apartments at present, and the paint is contrary to the promotion of exterior wall use of non-ceramic decoration materials encouraged by the state, and the main reason is that the popularization and application of the environment-friendly exterior wall paint are severely restricted because of the problem of high stain resistance of the exterior wall paint.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the exterior wall coating, and a specific kind of auxiliary agents are added, particularly, a silane coupling agent and hydrogenated castor oil are added; can obviously improve the stain resistance and the washing resistance of the coating.
The invention provides an exterior wall coating which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
20.0-30.0 parts of organic silicon resin emulsion;
20.0-35.0 parts of acrylic polymer emulsion;
20.0-30.0 parts of pigment and filler;
0.1-2.0 parts of a dispersing agent;
0.1-3.0 parts of a thickening agent;
1.0-10.0 parts of a film-forming assistant;
4.0-10.0 parts of a silane coupling agent;
0.1-1.0 part of hydrogenated castor oil;
10.0-20.0 parts of water.
Preferably, the exterior wall coating comprises the following components in parts by weight:
20.0-25.0 parts of organic silicon resin emulsion;
25.0-30.0 parts of acrylic polymer emulsion;
20.0-25.0 parts of pigment and filler;
0.1-1.0 part of a dispersing agent;
0.1-1.0 part of thickening agent;
3.0-5.0 parts of a film-forming assistant;
4.0-8.0 parts of a silane coupling agent;
0.5-1.0 part of hydrogenated castor oil;
10.0-20.0 parts of water.
Preferably, the pigment and filler is mica powder, calcium carbonate or barium sulfate.
Preferably, the dispersant is polyphosphate or polyacrylic acid sodium salt.
Preferably, the thickener is hydroxyethyl cellulose, bentonite or xanthan gum.
Preferably, the coalescing agent is No. 200 solvent oil or dodecyl alcohol.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the exterior wall coating, which comprises the following steps:
(1) adding water and a thickening agent under stirring at the rotating speed of 200-500 rpm, and stirring for 1-5 min;
(2) regulating the rotating speed to 600-900 rpm, adding a dispersing agent, and stirring for 1-3 min;
(3) regulating the rotating speed to 1100-1400 rpm, adding the pigment and the filler, and stirring for 10-30 min;
(4) regulating the rotating speed to 600-900 rpm, adding the film forming assistant, the silane coupling agent and the hydrogenated castor oil, and stirring for 3 min;
(5) adding the organic silicon resin emulsion and the acrylic polymer emulsion, stirring for 10-15 min, and uniformly stirring to obtain a finished product.
The invention also provides a painting process of the exterior wall coating, which comprises the following steps:
(a) cleaning the wall surface substrate, and airing for 24 hours after cleaning;
(b) plastering the cleaned wall surface by using putty, wherein the plastering thickness is 0.9-1.1 mm, and airing for 24 hours after plastering is finished;
(c) painting the wall surface treated in the step (b) with primer, wherein the painting thickness is 0.9-1.1 mm, and airing for 24 hours after painting;
(d) and (c) painting the wall surface treated in the step (c) with the external wall paint, wherein the painting thickness is 0.9-1.1 mm, and airing for 24 hours after painting.
In the painting process, the type of the primer is silicone acrylic alkali-resistant primer, and the primer has good adhesive force with the wall surface.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the film forming material is organic silicon resin emulsion and acrylic acid polymer emulsion, and the organic silicon resin emulsion has the characteristics of hydrophobicity, air permeability, weather resistance and the like; meanwhile, the acrylic acid polymer is contained, so that the acrylic acid emulsion has the characteristics of high adhesive force, uniform gloss, plump coating and the like.
2. By adding a specific kind of auxiliary agent, particularly adding a silane coupling agent and hydrogenated castor oil; can obviously improve the stain resistance and the washing resistance of the coating.
3. The preparation method of the exterior wall coating is simple to operate and convenient to implement, and the product prepared by the method has good uniformity, compatibility and the like and strong storage stability.

The invention discloses an exterior wall coating, a preparation method thereof and a painting process, and a person skilled in the art can appropriately improve process parameters by referring to the contents. The experimental procedures in the following examples are conventional unless otherwise specified. The reagents, equipments and raw materials used in the following examples are all commercially available and commercially available unless otherwise specified. 2. The exterior wall coating prepared by the formula comprises the following steps:
(1) adding water and thickener under stirring at 200rpm, and stirring for 5 min;
(2) regulating the rotating speed to 600rpm, adding a dispersing agent, and stirring for 3 min;
(3) regulating the rotating speed to 1100rpm, adding the pigment and the filler, and stirring for 30 min;
(4) regulating the rotating speed to 600rpm, adding a film forming aid, a silane coupling agent and hydrogenated castor oil, and stirring for 3 min;
(5) adding the organic silicon resin emulsion and the acrylic polymer emulsion, stirring for 15min, and uniformly stirring to obtain a product 1.
Example 2:
1. the formula of the exterior wall coating provided by the invention comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20.0 parts of organic silicon resin emulsion; 30.0 parts of acrylic polymer emulsion; 25.0 parts of calcium carbonate as pigment and filler; taking 1.0 part of polyacrylic acid sodium salt as a dispersing agent; 0.1 part of bentonite as a thickening agent; no. 200 solvent oil is used as 5.0 parts of film forming additive; 4.0 parts of a silane coupling agent; 0.5 part of hydrogenated castor oil; water: 20.0 parts.
2. The exterior wall coating prepared by the formula comprises the following steps:

The exterior wall coating prepared in the embodiment 1 is used for painting exterior walls, and the painting process comprises the following steps:
(a) cleaning the wall surface substrate, and airing for 24 hours after cleaning;
(b) plastering the cleaned wall surface by using putty, wherein the plastering thickness is 0.9-1.1 mm, and airing for 24 hours after plastering is finished;
(c) painting the wall surface treated in the step (b) with primer, wherein the painting thickness is 0.9-1.1 mm, and airing for 24 hours after painting;
(d) and (c) painting the wall surface treated in the step (c) with the product 1, wherein the painting thickness is 0.9-1.1 mm, and airing for 24 hours after painting.
Comparative example 1

25.0 parts of a silicone resin emulsion; 25.0 parts of acrylic polymer emulsion; mica powder is used as 20.0 parts of pigment and filler; 0.1 part of polyphosphate is taken as a dispersing agent; 1.0 part of hydroxyethyl cellulose as a thickening agent; 3.0 parts of dodecyl alcohol film-forming assistant; 1.0 part of hydrogenated castor oil; 10.0 parts of water.
2. The exterior wall coating prepared by the formula comprises the following steps:

2. The exterior wall coating prepared by the formula comprises the following steps:
(1) adding water and thickener under stirring at 200rpm, and stirring for 5 min;
(2) regulating the rotating speed to 600rpm, adding a dispersing agent, and stirring for 3 min;

The product 1 and the product 2, and the comparative product 1 and the comparative product 2 are detected according to GB9755-2014, and the measured indexes are shown in the following table 1:

As can be seen from Table 1, the stain resistance and scrub resistance of products 1 and 2 are significantly better than those of comparative products 1 and 2, thus illustrating that the exterior wall coating of the present invention is formed by adding a silane coupling agent and hydrogenated castor oil in a specific ratio; obviously improves the stain resistance and the washing resistance of the product.

20.0-30.0 parts of organic silicon resin emulsion;
20.0-35.0 parts of acrylic polymer emulsion;

0.1-3.0 parts of a thickening agent;
1.0-10.0 parts of a film-forming assistant;
4.0-10.0 parts of a silane coupling agent;

10.0-20.0 parts of water.

3. The exterior wall coating of claim 1 or 2, wherein the pigment and filler is mica powder, calcium carbonate or barium sulfate.
4. The exterior wall coating of claim 1 or 2, wherein the dispersant is polyphosphate or polyacrylate sodium salt.
5. The exterior wall coating of claim 1 or 2, wherein the thickener is hydroxyethyl cellulose, bentonite, or xanthan gum.
6. The exterior wall coating of claim 1 or 2, wherein the coalescing agent is 200 # solvent oil or dodecanol.
7. The method for preparing the exterior wall coating material of any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
(1) adding water and a thickening agent under stirring at the rotating speed of 200-500 rpm, and stirring for 1-5 min;
(2) regulating the rotating speed to 600-900 rpm, adding a dispersing agent, and stirring for 1-3 min;
(3) regulating the rotating speed to 1100-1400 rpm, adding the pigment and the filler, and stirring for 10-30 min;
(4) regulating the rotating speed to 600-900 rpm, adding the film forming assistant, the silane coupling agent and the hydrogenated castor oil, and stirring for 3 min;

(a) cleaning the wall surface substrate, and airing for 24 hours after cleaning;
(b) plastering the cleaned wall surface by using putty, wherein the plastering thickness is 0.9-1.1 mm, and airing for 24 hours after plastering is finished;
(c) painting the wall surface treated in the step (b) with primer, wherein the painting thickness is 0.9-1.1 mm, and airing for 24 hours after painting;
