Abstract
本发明涉及一种环保型聚丙烯地板,包括以下配方制成:聚丙烯20‑80份,抗氧剂0.5‑5份,阻燃剂0.05‑5份,碳酸钙20‑80份,硅烷偶联剂0.5‑3份,0.1‑0.5份的光稳定剂,0.1‑5份的色粉,5‑10份的粉煤灰,纳米氧化锌颗粒0.3‑1.5份,ASP淀粉3‑5份。将原材料按照重量配比进行混料;采用高速混合机对混料进行热混,热混温度为80‑120℃;将热混后的混料进行冷混,冷混温度为40‑60℃;将冷混后的混料通过挤出机进行加热挤出,进入片材模头挤出成型;将成型后的片材通过压延机进行挤压定型;将片材进行表面UV回火处理,先放入温度为50‑80℃的热水,随后放入10‑25℃的冷水;分切开槽包装。本发明不仅环保,而且有较高的冲击强度,耐磨性和耐刮性,并且降低了收缩率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种地板,尤其是一种环保型聚丙烯地板及其工艺。
背景技术
传统的复合地板多以聚氯乙烯(PVC)为基材,但是PVC地板具有环保性不佳的缺点,例如其裂解产生有毒的氯化氢和一氧化碳气体、燃烧后产生二恶英等有毒气体,并且其中通常含有邻苯二甲酸类增塑剂,这种增塑剂的析出,会产生毒性,影响人的身体健康。而且该种地板的表面抗冲击强度,耐磨性和耐刮性欠佳,并且使用时间长后具有一定的收缩率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保,并且具有较强的冲击强度,耐磨性和耐刮性,并且降低了收缩率的环保型聚丙烯地板及其工艺。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种环保型聚丙烯地板,包括以下配方制成:聚丙烯20-80份,抗氧剂0.5-5份,阻燃剂0.05-5份,碳酸钙20-80份,硅烷偶联剂0.5-3份,0.1-0.5份的光稳定剂,0.1-5份的色粉,5-10份的粉煤灰,纳米氧化锌颗粒0.3-1.5份,ASP淀粉3-5份。
优选的,所述阻燃剂氢氧化镁或氢氧化铝的一种。
优选的,所述粉煤灰为小于六微米的微珠。
优选的,所述纳米氧化锌颗粒为小于十二微米的微珠。
优选的,所述ASP淀粉为醚化变性淀粉。
本发明中加入了粉煤灰微珠调料和纳米氧化锌颗粒使得地板具有较强的冲击强度,耐磨性和耐刮性,并且降低了收缩率。通过加入ASP淀粉使得粉煤灰微珠调料和纳米氧化锌颗粒具有一定的黏附性和稳定性。
一种环保型聚丙烯地板的生产工艺,
S1:将权利要求1中原材料按照重量配比进行混料;
S2:采用高速混合机对混料进行热混,热混温度为80-120℃;
S3:将热混后的混料进行冷混,冷混温度为40-60℃;
S4:将冷混后的混料通过挤出机进行加热挤出,进入片材模头挤出成型;
S5:将成型后的片材通过压延机进行挤压定型;
S6:将片材进行表面UV回火处理,先放入温度为50-80℃的热水,随后放入10-25℃的冷水;
S7:分切开槽包装。
优选的,步骤S6中片材进行表面UV回火处理后,涂刷三次抗菌涂料,每次自然风干后再继续涂刷。
优选的,步骤S2中热混温度为100℃。
优选的,步骤S3中冷混温度为55℃。
优选的,步骤S6中先放入温度为50℃的热水,随后放入20℃的冷水。
采用上述结构后,本发明的工艺步骤中先进行热混,再冷混,接着挤出,最后回火,生产出的聚丙烯地板不仅有较高的冲击强度,耐磨性和耐刮性,并且降低了收缩率。
具体实施方式
以下给出的实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例一:一种环保型聚丙烯地板,包括以下配方制成:聚丙烯20份,抗氧剂0.5份,阻燃剂0.05份,碳酸钙20份,硅烷偶联剂0.5份,0.1份的光稳定剂,0.1份的色粉,5份的粉煤灰,纳米氧化锌颗粒0.3份,ASP淀粉3份。
在本实施例中,采用上述以聚丙烯20份和碳酸钙20份作为原料,加入抗氧剂0.5份,阻燃剂0.05份,硅烷偶联剂0.5份,0.1份的光稳定剂,0.1份的色粉作为辅助,并且重要的是加入了六微米的粉煤灰微珠填料和十二微米的纳米氧化锌颗粒填料,并且辅以ASP淀粉作为中和。将以上原材料按照重量配比进行混料;采用高速混合机对混料进行热混,热混温度为100℃,作用是各种材料混合均匀,排除材料中的水分;将热混后的混料进行冷混,冷混温度为55℃,给物料降温,防止结块和变色;将冷混后的混料通过挤出机进行加热挤出,进入片材模头挤出成型;将成型后的片材通过压延机进行挤压定型;将片材进行表面UV回火处理,先放入温度为80℃的热水,随后放入25℃的冷水;最后分切开槽包装。
实施例二:一种环保型聚丙烯地板,其特征在于:包括以下配方制成:聚丙烯80份,抗氧剂5份,阻燃剂5份,碳酸钙80份,硅烷偶联剂3份,0.5份的光稳定剂,5份的色粉,10份的粉煤灰,纳米氧化锌颗粒1.5份,ASP淀粉5份。
在本实施例中,采用上述以聚丙烯80份和碳酸钙80份作为原料,加入抗氧剂5份,阻燃剂5份,硅烷偶联剂3份,0.5份的光稳定剂,5份的色粉,作为辅助,并且重要的是加入了六微米的粉煤灰微珠填料和十二微米的纳米氧化锌颗粒填料,并且辅以ASP淀粉作为中和。工艺步骤与实施例一相同。生产出的聚丙烯复合地板不仅环保,而且有较高的冲击强度,耐磨性和耐刮性,并且降低了收缩率。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种环保型聚丙烯地板,其特征在于:包括以下配方制成:聚丙烯20-80份,抗氧剂0.5-5份,阻燃剂0.05-5份,碳酸钙20-80份,硅烷偶联剂0.5-3份,0.1-0.5份的光稳定剂,0.1-5份的色粉,5-10份的粉煤灰,纳米氧化锌颗粒0.3-1.5份,ASP淀粉3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型聚丙烯地板,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂氢氧化镁或氢氧化铝的一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的环保型聚丙烯地板,其特征在于:所述粉煤灰为小于六微米的微珠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保型聚丙烯地板,其特征在于:所述纳米氧化锌颗粒为小于十二微米的微珠。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保型聚丙烯地板,其特征在于:所述ASP淀粉为醚化变性淀粉。
6.一种环保型聚丙烯地板的生产工艺,其特征在于:
S1:将权利要求1中原材料按照重量配比进行混料;
S2:采用高速混合机对混料进行热混,热混温度为80-120℃;
S3:将热混后的混料进行冷混,冷混温度为40-60℃;
S4:将冷混后的混料通过挤出机进行加热挤出,进入片材模头挤出成型;
