Abstract

Description

将抽屉屉杆固定在抽屉侧壁或 后壁上的连接件
本发明涉及一种连接件，该连接件利用一在抽屉后壁或侧壁上形成的或固定在后壁或侧壁上的板状支承件，将屉杆固定在所屉的背壁或侧壁上，屉杆的后端利用一可插入屉杆的紧固件被固定在支承件上，其中支承件上备有一边缘开口的缝隙，紧固件可挂固在该缝隙上。
AT-PS 391064公开了一种此类型的连接件。就此连接件而言，还要将一螺钉旋入紧固件内，该螺钉穿透支承件上的缝隙并且紧固件通过此螺钉固定在支承件上。
本发明的目的在于对这种连接件做如下改进，与公知的连接件相比，可以更为迅速地实现将屉杆在抽屉后壁或侧壁上的固定。
本发明目的的解决方案如下，紧固件一个弹性的钩挂件，该钩挂件卡固在支承件的棱后。
依照本发明的一个实施例，支承件具有一个开口，紧固件的钩挂件嵌入该开口内。
为了实现紧固件在支承件上的特别牢固的固定，紧固件宜具有两块从两侧贴靠在支承件上的壁板和一个在两块壁板间的芯件，该芯件插入支承件的缝隙内并形成钩挂件的支座。
也可以采取如下方式改进紧固件在支承件上的支承配合，支承件在其缝隙处设有一个突起的边缘，在安装屉杆时该突起的边缘嵌入紧固件上的与其相符的下凹内。
下面将参照附图对本发明的实施例做进一步的说明。

依照图1的抽屉具有一块前面板1，两块侧板2、一块抽屉底板3和一个后壁6。在该实施例中后壁6是由钢板制成的。在抽屉侧板2上置有滚轮10。
后壁6为箱形，其外侧带有一上水平板11和侧面垂直板12。
在侧面垂直板12上直接形成支承件13。支承件位于垂直板12外侧右角上。
屉杆4的后端固定在支承件13上。紧固件5插入或旋入屉杆4内。宜采用塑料制作紧固件5。紧固件具有两块壁板14、15，在两块壁板间有一个芯件16，在安装状态时该芯件插入支承件13开口的缝隙17内。
在紧固件5的后夹板15上有一钩挂件7，在安装状态时，该钩挂件卡固在支承件13的后端棱18上。
在依照图6至10的实施例中，抽屉备有一个木制后壁9。在木制背壁9上固定有独立支承件8，该支承件优选采用塑料制成，例如可用螺纹将支承件固定在后壁9上。
支承件8具有一个单侧突起法兰20，开口缝隙17即位于单侧突起法兰中。
紧固件5插入或旋入屉杆4中，紧固件的结构5上面所述的实施例相同。
紧固件5比时可固定在法兰20上，其中芯件16插入缝隙17内并且两块壁板14、15从两侧贴靠在法兰20上。
支承件8备有两块侧腹板21，该腹板具有缺口22，安装时紧固件5的钩挂件7穿经此缺口。
在支承件8的腹板21后面有一矩形开口23，钩挂件7卡固在其前棱24上。
上述两个实施例中，在安装抽屉时简单地把紧固件5推压入支承件9、13，即可把屉杆4的后端加以固定。
屉杆4是采用通常的方式固定在前面板7上的。

Claims (6)

1.连接件，该连接件利用一在后壁或侧壁上构成的或固定在后壁或侧壁上的板状支承件，将抽屉的屉杆固定在抽屉的后壁或侧壁上，屉杆的后端利用一插入屉杆的紧固件被固定在支承件上，其中支承件上备有一个边缘开口的缝隙，紧固件钩挂在缝隙中，其特征在于，紧固件(5)具有一个弹性的钩(7)，该钩卡固在支承件(8，13)的棱(18，24)背后。
2.依照权利要求1的连接件，其特征在于，支承件(8)上设有一个开口(23)，紧固件(5)的钩(7)嵌入此开口内。
3.依照权利要求1的连接件，其特征在于，紧固件(5)具有两块壁板(14，15)，该壁板从两侧贴靠在支承件(8，13)上并具有一个位于两者之间的芯件(16)，该芯件插入支承件(8，13)的缝隙(17)内并形成钩(7)的支承座。
4.依照权利要求1至3中的任一项的连接件，其特征在于，支承件(8，13)在其缝隙(17)处设有一个突起的边缘(19)，在安装屉杆(4)时该突起的边缘嵌入紧固件(5)的与其相符的下凹内。
5.依照权利要求1至4中的任一项的连接件，其特征在于，在支承件(8)上有一垂直的腹板(21)，该腹板具有一个缺口(22)，钩件(7)穿经此缺口。
6.依照权利要求1至5中的任一项的连接件，其特征在于，钩挂件(7)在缝隙(17)的纵向伸展。
