Description

A topical Chinese medicinal composition for treating vitiligo
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine external composition for treating leucoderma.
Background
Vitiligo is a common acquired depigmentation skin disease, and is manifested by limitation or generalized. The melanocyte function of skin is lost or the number of cells is reduced, and the melanocyte function is usually found on the head, face, extremities, back, friction area, and the interface between skin and mucous membrane. The cause of this disease is still unclear. Recent studies have been thought to be related to the following factors: 1. the theory of genetics: vitiligo can appear in twins and families, which indicates that inheritance plays an important role in the pathogenesis of vitiligo. The research suggests that the vitiligo has incomplete penetrance and multiple pathogenic sites on the gene. 2. The theory of autoimmunity: vitiligo can be associated with autoimmune diseases, such as thyroid disease, diabetes, chronic adrenal hypofunction, pernicious anemia, rheumatic arthritis, malignant melanoma, etc. Antibodies specific to various organs, such as antithyroid antibodies, anti-parietal cell antibodies, anti-adrenal antibodies, anti-parathyroid antibodies, anti-smooth muscle antibodies, anti-melanocyte antibodies, etc., can also be detected in the serum. 3. Theory of psychology and neurochemistry: mental factors are closely related to the onset of vitiligo, and most patients suffer from mental trauma, overstrain, depressed mood or depression in the onset or skin damage development stage. Degeneration of nerve endings at the leukoplakia also supports the neurochemistry theory. 4. The theory of melanocyte self-destruction: antibodies and T lymphocytes can be produced in patients with vitiligo, suggesting that immune response may lead to melanocyte destruction. Toxic melanin precursors synthesized by the cells themselves and certain chemicals that cause skin discoloration may also selectively destroy melanocytes. 5. The theory of trace element deficiency: the decrease of copper or copper-blue protein level in blood and skin of vitiligo patients results in decrease of tyrosinase activity, thereby affecting melanin metabolism. 6. Other factors: vitiligo can also be induced by trauma, sunlight exposure and some light sensitive drugs. The existing treatment methods include the following methods:
1. hormone therapy
(1) The system treatment is mainly suitable for patients with generalized progressive vitiligo. The hormone is orally or intramuscularly injected to stabilize the leucoderma in the advancing stage as soon as possible.
(2) Topical treatment of topical glucocorticoids is effective in the treatment of localized vitiligo, but adverse effects caused by long-term topical glucocorticoids should be noted. The clinically commonly used medicines comprise halometasone ointment, mometasone furoate cream and the like. 2. Phototherapy and photochemotherapy: (1) phototherapy with narrow-wave ultraviolet (NB-UVB) has certain effect on treating limited or generalized vitiligo. (2) Photochemotherapy (PUVA) is a better treatment option for local externally-applied furocoumarins (8-MOP, psoralea tincture) and solarization of the limited vitiligo, and can be used for adults and children over 5 years old.
3. Transplantation therapy
It is suitable for patients with stable stage, small amount of skin damage, and no scar. Common methods include autologous epidermal transplantation, microdermabrasion, autologous cultured melanocyte transplantation, etc.
4. Immunosuppressant
The externally applied calcineurin inhibitor (tacrolimus, pimecrolimus) has certain effect on the parts which are not suitable for using hormone or in order to avoid adverse reaction caused by long-term application of hormone.
5. Vitamin D3 derivatives
The vitamin D3 derivative can be used in combination therapy with NB-UVB, PUVA, etc. Can also be used in combination with topical hormone and calcineurin inhibitor.
The above treatments are mainly to relieve symptoms, and the white spots cannot be completely cured. Therefore, there is a need for a product of external moxibustion for vitiligo which solves the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the traditional Chinese medicine external composition which is convenient to use and can thoroughly treat the vitiligo.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a traditional Chinese medicine external composition for treating leucoderma comprises the following raw materials: fructus Psoraleae, flos Caryophylli, folium Artemisiae Argyi, rhizoma Acori Graminei, herba Speranskiae Tuberculatae, fructus Zanthoxyli, radix Angelicae Dahuricae, fructus Cnidii and radix Tripterygii Wilfordii.
According to a further scheme, the traditional Chinese medicine external composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12-17G of fructus psoraleae, 7-12G of clove, 8-12G of moxa, 8-12G of rhizoma acori graminei, 8-12G of garden balsam stem, 4-8G of pepper, 8-12G of radix angelicae, 8-12G of fructus cnidii and 5-7G of tripterygium wilfordii.
According to a further scheme, the traditional Chinese medicine external composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15g of fructus psoraleae, 10g of clove, 10g of moxa, 10g of rhizoma acori graminei, 10g of garden balsam stem, 6g of pepper, 10g of radix angelicae, 10g of fructus cnidii and 6g of tripterygium wilfordii.
The Chinese medicinal composition is pulverized by pulverizer, wrapped with paper to make medicated roll, and then fumigated with medicated roll to local part.
The application method of the medicated roll comprises the following steps: one end of the medicated roll is ignited and is aligned with the white spot part, the distance from the medicated roll to the skin is 3-5 cm, and the medicated roll is suitable for feeling that the local part has warm feeling without burning pain, generally, the moxibustion is carried out for about 10 minutes every time until the local part of the skin becomes reddish or reddish. The operator can place the index finger and middle finger separately at two sides of the moxibustion position, and feel the local heating degree with the fingers, and adjust the height of the medicated roll to prevent scald.
