背景技术
幼龄畜禽动物因肠道内尚未建立稳定的微生态系统,自身抵抗力较低,对外界刺激敏感,易受各种病原微生物的侵袭和各种应激因素的影响。
例如,哺乳仔猪以传染性腹泻较为常见,而保育仔猪以日粮抗原过敏、断奶、饲料突然更换、寒冷、环境应激等非传染性因素引起的腹泻为主。这两类因素间的关系十分密切,既相互影响,又互为因果,常呈多重感染或交叉混合感染。
主要是畜禽动物消化机能不全、日粮抗原过敏、营养因子缺乏,应激因素等导致的。
发明内容
本申请旨在提供一种治疗畜禽动物腹泻的药物组合物、其制备方法和用途。其旨在改善畜禽动物腹泻的问题。
本发明提供一种治疗畜禽动物腹泻的药物组合物,所述药物组合物的原料由按照以下重量份的组分组成:
广藿香260-320份、茯苓260-320份、木香260-320份、紫苏叶260-320份及黄连180-220份。
在本发明的一些实施例中,药物组合物的原料由按照以下重量份的组分组成:
广藿香300份、茯苓300份、木香300份、紫苏叶300份及黄连200份。
在本发明的一些实施例中,药物组合物为汤剂。
在本发明的一些实施例中,原料的粒径为20-100目。
本发明还提供一种上述的治疗畜禽动物腹泻的药物组合物的制备方法,包括:
将所述原料粉粹,然后进行3-5次水提,水提之后去除滤渣取滤液。
在本发明的一些实施例中,还包括在滤液中加入防腐剂,所述防腐剂的含量为所述滤液体积的0.01-0.02%。
在本发明的一些实施例中,进行3-5次水提步骤中,水的体积是原料体积的3-5倍。
在本发明的一些实施例中,将所述原料粉粹的步骤中,粉粹至20-100目。
本发明还提供一种用途,上述的治疗畜禽动物腹泻的药物组合物在制备治疗12~20日龄畜禽动物腹泻药物中的用途。

至少具有以下有益效果:
在本申请中,采用仅含有广藿香260-320份、茯苓260-320份、木香260-320份、紫苏叶260-320份及黄连180-220份的药物组合物可以替代硫酸粘菌素+阿莫西林的功效。避免需要众多药物中进行选择;五味药可以有效改善畜禽动物腹泻的问题。

下面对本申请实施例的治疗畜禽动物腹泻的药物组合物、其制备方法和用途进行具体说明。
一种治疗畜禽动物腹泻的药物组合物,所述药物组合物的原料由按照以下重量份的组分组成:
广藿香260-320份、茯苓260-320份、木香260-320份、紫苏叶260-320份及黄连180-220份。
广藿香,用于湿浊中阻,脘痞呕吐,暑湿表证,湿温初起,发热倦怠,胸闷不舒,寒湿闭暑,腹痛吐泻,鼻渊头痛。
作为示例性地,广藿香在药物组合物的原料中的重量份可以为260份、262份、267份、273份、279份、281份、295份、305份、316份、320份。
茯苓,用于水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠。
作为示例性地,茯苓在药物组合物的原料中的重量份可以为260份、264份、274份、278份、283份、289份、297份、307份、311份、319份、320份。
木香,用于胸胁、脘腹胀痛,泻痢后重,食积不消,不思饮食。煨木香实肠止泻,用于泄泻腹痛。
作为示例性地,木香在药物组合物的原料中的重量份可以为260份、263份、267份、271份、278份、287份、297份、307份、311份、312份、314份、320份。
紫苏叶,入药部分以茎叶及子实为主,叶为发汗、镇咳、芳香性健胃利尿剂,有镇痛、镇静、解毒作用,治感冒,因鱼蟹中毒之腹痛呕吐者有卓效;梗有平气安胎之功;子能镇咳、祛痰、平喘、发散精神之沉闷。
作为示例性地,紫苏叶在药物组合物的原料中的重量份可以为260份、261份、265份、271份、278份、289份、298份、306份、309份、318份、320份。
黄连,湿热痞满,呕吐吞酸,泻痢,黄疸,高热神昏,心火亢盛,心烦不寐,心悸不宁,血热吐衄,目赤,牙痛,消渴,痈肿疗疮;外治湿疹,湿疮,耳道流脓。
作为示例性地,黄连在药物组合物的原料中的重量份可以为180份、181份、186份、189份、197份、199份、203份、205份、209份、211份、213份、216份、220份。
在本申请的一些实施例中,药物组合物的原料由按照以下重量份的组分组成:广藿香300份、茯苓300份、木香300份、紫苏叶300份及黄连200份。
在本申请的一些实施例中,治疗畜禽动物腹泻的药物组合物还包括药学上可接受的辅料。例如甜味剂、赋形剂等。
在本申请的一些实施例中,原料的粒径为20-100目。
现有治疗仔猪腹泻的方法有众多,药物也有众多。例如:黄连、黄柏、党参、白术、茯苓、紫苏、藿香、木香、炒葛根、焦山楂、神曲、车前草、石榴皮、白头翁、紫苏、苍术、茯苓、桂枝、木香、生姜、黄芩、半夏、甘草、杨树花、马齿苋、硫酸粘菌素+阿莫西林、恩诺沙星、安普霉素、阿莫西林、硫酸粘菌素,甚至氟苯尼考、磺胺等。
在本申请中,采用仅含有广藿香260-320份、茯苓260-320份、木香260-320份、紫苏叶260-320份及黄连180-220份的药物组合物可以替代硫酸粘菌素+阿莫西林的功效。避免需要众多药物中进行选择;五味药可以有效改善畜禽动物腹泻的问题。
本发明还提供一种上述的治疗畜禽动物腹泻的药物组合物的制备方法,包括:
将所述原料粉粹,然后进行3-5次水提,水提之后去除滤渣取滤液。
例如,将原料粉粹,粉粹至20-100目;然后加水进行水提,水提3-5次水提。
在本申请的一些实施例中,水的体积是原料体积的3-5倍;例如,水的体积是粉末体积的4倍,然后加热至75-90℃煮沸1-4小时;反复提取3-5次,去除滤渣,留下滤液。
在本发明的一些实施例中,还包括在滤液中加入防腐剂,防腐剂的含量为所述滤液体积的0.01-0.02%;例如,加入0.01%的防腐剂。
需要说明的是,在本申请的其它实施例中,还可以采用其它方法对原料进行处理,例如醇提。
本发明还提供一种用途,上述的治疗畜禽动物腹泻的药物组合物在制备治疗12~20日龄畜禽动物腹泻药物中的用途。
发明人研究后发现,本申请提供的畜禽动物腹泻的药物组合物特别适用于12~20日龄畜禽动物。
例如,本申请提供的畜禽动物腹泻的药物组合物特别适用于12~20日龄仔猪。
以下结合实施例对本申请的特征和性能作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
实施例1提供一种治疗畜禽动物腹泻的中药提取物,原料包括:广藿香300g、茯苓300g、木香300g、紫苏叶300g及黄连200g。
制备方法如下:所有药材,粉粹成粗粉,加适量的水提取3次,每次2小时,合并提取液至1400ml,加入0.01%防腐剂即得。
实验例1
1)实验方法
选择正处于腹泻阶段的仔猪60头,年龄均为12~20日龄,随机平均分为三组,分别为实施例1治疗组、硫酸粘菌素(1mg/ml)+阿莫西林(1mg/ml)治疗组以及空白对照组,按照表1中剂量分别灌服法给药。并保证各组动物饲喂正常,三组均在饮水中添加补液盐。

2)实验测定指标
对三组动物的饮食状态、精神情况、增重情况、腹泻状况等进行观察;另外,对各组的腹泻率和腹泻指数进行统计分析,结果详见表3、表4。

腹泻率与腹泻指数的计算公式为:
腹泻率=(腹泻头数/该组动物数)×100%;
腹泻指数=(粪便评分之和/该组动物数)×100%。

注:表3-4中,abc同一列若标有不同小写字母者表示组间差异显著(p<0.05),若标有相同小写字母者表示组间差异不显著(p>0.05)。
4)分析
由表3可以看出,实施例1治疗组、硫酸粘菌素+阿莫西林治疗组和空白对照组的腹泻率情况相比,在用药1d时,实施例1治疗组和硫酸粘菌素+阿莫西林治疗组差异不显著(P>0.05),硫酸粘菌素+阿莫西林治疗组和空白对照组差异显著(P<0.05);用药2d时,各组之间差异显著(P<0.05);用药3d时,各组差异显著(P<0.05)。
由表4可以看出腹泻指数情况,实施例1治疗组、硫酸粘菌素+阿莫西林治疗组和空白对照组相比,在用药1d时,各组间差异显著(P<0.05);用药2d时,实施例1治疗组和硫酸粘菌素+阿莫西林治疗组差异不显著(P>0.05);用药3d时,各组之间差异显著(P<0.05)。
从实验统计结果来看,在抗仔猪腹泻的实验过程中,本发明的实施例1取得了较好的治疗效果,比硫酸粘菌素+阿莫西林方法效果显著。
综上可以看出,在服用本发明实施例1后,仔猪的肠道功能明显改善;使其活力增强、免疫力增强,没有发生肠胃疾病;仔猪状态好,毛皮发亮,增重快。

1.一种治疗畜禽动物腹泻的药物组合物,其特征在于,所述药物组合物的原料由按照以下重量份的组分组成:
广藿香260-320份、茯苓260-320份、木香260-320份、紫苏叶260-320份及黄连180-220份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗畜禽动物腹泻的药物组合物,其特征在于,所述药物组合物的原料由按照以下重量份的组分组成:
广藿香300份、茯苓300份、木香300份、紫苏叶300份及黄连200份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的治疗畜禽动物腹泻的药物组合物,其特征在于,所述药物组合物为汤剂。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的治疗畜禽动物腹泻的药物组合物,其特征在于,所述原料的粒径为20-100目。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的治疗畜禽动物腹泻的药物组合物,其特征在于,所述治疗畜禽动物腹泻的药物组合物还包括药学上可接受的辅料。
6.如权利要求1-5任一项所述的治疗畜禽动物腹泻的药物组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
将所述原料粉粹,然后进行3-5次水提,水提之后去除滤渣取滤液。
7.根据权利要求6所述的治疗畜禽动物腹泻的药物组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括在滤液中加入防腐剂,所述防腐剂的含量为所述滤液体积的0.01-0.02%。
8.根据权利要求6所述的治疗畜禽动物腹泻的药物组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述进行3-5次水提步骤中,水的体积是原料体积的3-5倍。
9.根据权利要求6所述的治疗畜禽动物腹泻的药物组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述将所述原料粉粹的步骤中,粉粹至20-100目。
10.权利要求1-5任一项所述的治疗畜禽动物腹泻的药物组合物在制备治疗12~20日龄畜禽动物腹泻药物中的用途。
