Abstract
本发明提出了一种两亲性印刷用涂层及其制备方法和应用,所述涂层按照重量份数计算,包括水性树脂乳液15‑20份、聚丙烯酸水溶液15‑20份、水性蜡乳液3‑5份、水性流平剂1‑3份、水性润湿剂1‑3份和水性消泡剂0.5‑1.5份,通过混合搅拌调节固含量至30%可以得到本发明的两亲性印刷用涂层,本发明的两亲性印刷用涂层可以应用于PMMA面板的表面印刷中,改善了PMMA面板的水性印刷效果差的问题,具有良好的应用前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及印刷技术领域,尤其涉及一种两亲性印刷用涂层及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
随着对环境保护的要求日益严格,原为包装印刷邻域服务的凹版印刷,使用含有大量有机溶剂的油性油墨,在印刷生产过程中排放污染大气的有机溶剂,为了适应环保的要求,水性印刷技术应运而生,水性印刷采用含有少量有机溶剂甚至不含有机溶剂的水性油墨,对环境的污染较少,但是水性油墨对于高分子有机材料制成的承印材料而言,亲和性较低,因此印刷的效果差,印刷涂层在承印材料上的结合力较低,不耐摩擦。
为了改善水性印刷材料在高分子有机面板上的结合力,需要对高分子有机面板的表面进行底涂处理,利用具有两亲性的底涂层改善水性油墨的亲和力和结合力。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提出了一种两亲性的印刷用涂层及其制备方法和应用。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:本发明提供了一种两亲性印刷用涂层,按质量分数计算,包括:
在以上技术方案的基础上,优选的,所述水性树脂乳液为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯乳液。
在以上技术方案的基础上,优选的,所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯乳液的固含量为25-35%。
在以上技术方案的基础上,优选的,所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯乳液中聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的数均分子量为2000-3000。
更进一步优选的,所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯乳液中聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的数均分子量为2000-3000。
在以上技术方案的基础上,优选的,所述水性蜡乳液为氧化聚乙烯蜡乳液,所述氧化聚乙烯蜡乳液的固含量为25-35%。
在以上技术方案的基础上,优选的,所述水性润湿剂为聚丙二醇二乙酸盐和聚丙二醇二硫酸盐中的一种或两种的混合物。
在以上技术方案的基础上,优选的,所述水性流平剂为聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷,所述水性消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
本发明还提供一种两亲性印刷用涂层的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
按照重量份数分别称取水性树脂乳液、聚丙烯酸水溶液、水性蜡乳液、水性流平剂、水性润湿剂和水性消泡剂,混合均匀后加入去离子水,调节至固含量为30%,得到两亲性印刷用涂层。
本发明的两亲性印刷用涂层可以应用在PMMA面板的表面印刷中。
本发明的两亲性印刷用涂层及其制备方法和应用相对于现有技术具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明提供了一种两亲性的印刷用涂层材料的技术方案,采用本发明的技术方案可以克服常规印刷用涂层材料无法同时满足与有机聚合物底层面板材料以及水性印刷涂料之间均具有较好亲和力要求的问题,同时本发明的涂层材料在PMMA材质的底层面板上具有良好的亲和力和附着力,同时本发明的涂层材料具有良好的基础力学性能,采用水性的树脂、丙烯酸和蜡乳液,使本发明的材料自身具有良好的双亲性和机械性能,同时采用Bola型润湿剂,改善了其与水性打印涂料之间的结合力,同时不影响本发明的印刷涂层与高分子聚合物底板之间的结合力;
(2)本发明还公开了对应的印刷用涂层的制备方法,整体方法简单,采用本发明的制备方法制备得到的印刷用涂层可以直接应用于PMMA底板的表面印刷底涂处理,克服了PMMA底板表面水性印刷效果差的问题。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施方式仅仅是本发明一部分实施方式,而不是全部的实施方式。基于本发明中的实施方式,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施方式,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
按照重量份数,分别称取固含量为25%的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯乳液15kg,其中聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的数均分子量为2000、固含量为45%的丙烯酸水溶液15kg、固含量为25%的氧化聚乙烯蜡乳液3kg、1kg购买自青田新材料的聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷DH-4033、1kg聚丙二醇二乙酸钠和0.5kg陶氏AFE 1410有机硅消泡剂,混合后加入2kg去离子水,混合搅拌均匀后,得到固含量为30%的两亲性印刷用涂层。
实施例2
按照重量份数,分别称取固含量为30%的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯乳液18kg,其中聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的数均分子量为2500、固含量为50%的丙烯酸水溶液18kg、固含量为30%的氧化聚乙烯蜡乳液4kg、2kg购买自青田新材料的聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷DH-4033、2kg聚丙二醇二硫酸钠和1kg陶氏AFE 1410有机硅消泡剂,混合后加入7kg去离子水,混合搅拌均匀后,得到固含量为30%的两亲性印刷用涂层。
实施例3
按照重量份数,分别称取固含量为35%的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯乳液20kg,其中聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的数均分子量为3000、固含量为55%的丙烯酸水溶液20kg、固含量为35%的氧化聚乙烯蜡乳液5kg、3kg购买自青田新材料的聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷DH-4033、3kg聚丙二醇二硫酸钠和1.5kg陶氏AFE 1410有机硅消泡剂,混合后加入13.3kg去离子水,混合搅拌均匀后,得到固含量为30%的两亲性印刷用涂层。
对比例1
本对比例所用原料和制备方法与实施例2相同,区别在于,采用十二烷基硫酸钠代替聚丙二醇二硫酸钠。(改善附着力)
对比例2
本对比例所用原料和制备方法与实施例2相同,区别在于,采用聚乙烯蜡乳液代替氧化聚乙烯蜡乳液。(改善附着力、光泽度、摩擦力、硬度)
对比例3
本对比例所用原料和制备方法与实施例2相同,区别在于,采用聚醚型水性聚氨酯树脂代替数均分子量为2500的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。(改善附着力)
将上述实施例1-3以及对比例1-3制备得到的两亲性印刷用涂层涂敷在PMMA材质的面板上,待涂层固化后,进行一系列的性能测试,测试项目包括常温下的涂层表面的粘度、涂层与面板之间的附着力,涂层表面的光泽度,涂层的硬度,涂层在沸水中的稳定效果,测试结果如下:
以上数据可以看出,采用本发明的两亲性印刷用涂层可以在PMMA材料的面板的表面形成良好的涂层结构,涂层的附着力较强,同时涂层的机械性能较强,外观平滑有光泽。
分别在上述实施例和对比例的涂层表面进行水性喷涂印刷,印刷完毕后,在500g压力下擦拭喷涂印刷的位置100次,观察喷涂印刷的位置是否有明显的掉色,结果如下:

以上结果可以看出,本发明采用了特定的润湿剂,从而使两亲性的印刷用涂层不仅能够附着在PMMA材质的基板上,同时还能够承印水性印刷涂料,具有良好的两亲性和印刷稳定性。

2.如权利要求1所述的两亲性印刷用涂层,其特征在于,所述水性树脂乳液为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯乳液。
3.如权利要求2所述的两亲性印刷用涂层,其特征在于,所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯乳液的固含量为25-35%。
4.如权利要求2所述的两亲性印刷用涂层,其特征在于,所述聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯乳液中聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的数均分子量为2000-3000。
5.如权利要求1所述的两亲性印刷用涂层,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯酸水溶液的固含量为45-55%。
6.如权利要求1所述的两亲性印刷用涂层,其特征在于,所述水性蜡乳液为氧化聚乙烯蜡乳液,所述氧化聚乙烯蜡乳液的固含量为25-35%。
7.如权利要求1所述的两亲性印刷用涂层,其特征在于,所述水性润湿剂为聚丙二醇二乙酸盐和聚丙二醇二硫酸盐中的一种或两种的混合物。
8.如权利要求1-7中任一所述的两亲性印刷用涂层的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
按照重量份数分别称取水性树脂乳液、聚丙烯酸水溶液、水性蜡乳液、水性流平剂、水性润湿剂和水性消泡剂,混合均匀后加入去离子水,调节至固含量为30%,得到两亲性印刷用涂层。
9.如权利要求1-7中任一所述的两亲性印刷用涂层在PMMA面板表面印刷中的应用。
