after the raw material bag 2 is placed on the turnover plate 42, the clamping jaw air cylinder 51 is controlled to work, so that the clamping jaws tightly grasp the grasping blocks 22 on the two sides of the raw material bag 2, the raw material bag 2 is fixed, then the turnover air cylinder 45 works, the piston rod of the turnover air cylinder extends and then turns over counterclockwise to pull the bearing rod 46, so that the bearing rod 46 pulls the turnover plate 42 to turn over, the turnover plate 42 pulls the expansion spring 48 out of the expansion hole 47 in the turning process, the turnover plate 42 drives the raw material bag 2 to be inclined side-down, so that the opening end of the raw material bag 2 faces the storage bin 31, and at the moment, the inclined side of the vertical end of the turnover plate 42 on the inclined side is in surface contact with the bearing plate 44;
after the raw material bag 2 is inclined, the cutting cylinder 52 works to cut the clamping rope 21 which fixes one end of the raw material bag 2 to open one end, the rear raw material is automatically poured into the storage bin 31, the cut clamping rope 21 is connected with the empty raw material bag 2, the empty raw material bag 2 is clamped through the rotating clamping cylinder 53, then the reduction motor 57 works, the output shaft of the reduction motor drives the turntable 55 to rotate, the turntable 55 drives the transverse plate 54 to rotate, the empty raw material bag 2 is removed and then repeatedly operated to carry away the empty raw material bag 2, and after the storage bin 31 is filled with the whole bag of raw material, the infrared sensor 32 detects the whole bag of raw material and controls to stop feeding.
