Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a plant-based product for delaying senescence and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of health-care medicines and foods.
Background
Human aging is a natural law and cannot be avoided by people. The growth and development process of human can be divided into three processes of growth, maturation and degeneration. Aging is a degenerative change that occurs in various organs, tissues and cells of the human body during the degenerative phase. These degenerative changes can cause the decline of human physiological functions, so that the elderly are prone to suffer from various diseases and the aging speed of the whole body is accelerated. Senescence is the result of a combination of factors, and is generally divided into physiological senescence and psychological senescence. Physiological aging can be seen from the aspects of age, appearance, voice, eyesight improving action, etc., and the physiological aging is related to various tissues, organs and systems, and influences various physiological functions and vital activities of people. Human aging is also closely related to free radicals in the body. In the metabolism process of human body, several kinds of free radicals, also called free radicals, are produced, which are some chemical molecular groups or atomic groups, and have strong oxidation in the body, and excessive free radicals can damage the normal tissues and cells of the human body, causing the rapid aging of the human body. In addition, the strength of the immune function of the human body is also a determinant factor of the aging speed. With age, the immune function of a human decreases and the rate of aging increases.
The skin is the largest organ of the human body and has the functions of protecting, feeling, regulating the body temperature, secreting, excreting, immunizing and the like. With aging, the skin is also aged gradually like other organs of the human body, and functions are weakened and lost, and various diseases are caused. Aged skin, apparently characterized by skin laxity and appearance of wrinkles, especially skin roughness, wrinkles deepening and thickening in exposed areas of the body; abnormal epidermal structure, pigmentation; the skin elasticity is not changed and becomes loose; vasodilation, epidermal dyskeratosis, and the like. In aging skin, epidermal cell renewal is slowed, barrier function is diminished, keratinocyte viability is reduced, and repair ability of the epidermis is diminished after injury, wherein the diminished barrier function results in dry skin, desquamation, wrinkles, and the like. The number of fibroblasts in the dermis layer of aging skin gradually decreases, and the ability to synthesize collagen and elastin decreases, resulting in rough, dry skin.
Because aging has complex psychological and physiological effects on people's life and work, it can cause a series of psychological problems such as anxiety, depression, inferior and so on, therefore, the treatment of delaying aging, especially the treatment of delaying aging of skin, has been one of the focuses of people's research. The mechanisms of skin aging have been studied very much, and thirty theories have appeared in turn, wherein the theories are more representative such as: the theory of free radical senescence, the theory of metabolic disorders, the theory of gene regulation, the theory of photoaging, the theory of mitochondria, the theory of immune function degeneration, the theory of endocrine function decline, the theory of non-enzymatic glycosylation senescence, the theory of cross-linking, the theory of carboxyl-poisoning senescence, the theory of DNA damage accumulation, the theory of apoptosis, and the like. Although there are many theories about skin aging, and each theory has a certain theoretical and experimental basis, skin aging is a complex process with multiple layers and aspects, and a product for delaying aging developed according to the single mechanism only plays a role in delaying aging from one layer to another, and the effect is not obvious. Therefore, in order to develop a product with more outstanding efficacy for delaying aging, multiple layers, multiple angles and multiple ways are needed for delaying skin aging.
At present, products developed according to the idea are not many, and a plurality of cosmetics compounded with various anti-aging active ingredients are already provided by a plurality of large international brands. Traditionally, people focus on the use of cosmetics to improve the condition of skin, but nowadays more and more people begin to focus on the internal conditioning of the body, and the pursuit for beauty tends to be 'from outside to inside'. A large number of clinical trial researches prove that the content of astaxanthin, collagen and other substances in the skin can be increased by oral administration, and the physiological functions of water retention, oxidation resistance and aging delay can be achieved, so that the skin wrinkle is eliminated, the skin aging is delayed, and the utilization effect is better than that of cosmetics coated on the skin surface.

step one, mixing hydroxypropyl starch and purified water with the temperature of not lower than 80-90 ℃ in parts by weight, and fully stirring to obtain a mixed solution I.
And step two, dissolving the glycerol and the D-mannitol into the mixed solution I according to the parts by weight, and fully stirring to obtain a mixture II.
And step three, after the temperature of the mixture II is reduced to 40-50 ℃ according to the parts by weight, sequentially dissolving the edible pigment, the sweetening agent and the edible essence into the mixture II according to the parts by weight, and uniformly mixing to prepare a glue solution for later use.
And step four, dissolving the collagen peptide, the acerola powder, the haematococcus pluvialis oil and the emulsifier into the matrix oil according to the parts by weight to obtain the core material I for later use.
Fifthly, uniformly coating the quick-frozen core material I with matrix oil to prepare a core material II; the quick-freezing temperature is-10 ℃ to-20 ℃, the freezing time is 5-20 min, and the central temperature of the core material I is-5 ℃ to-10 ℃.
Step six, uniformly coating the core agent II in the rubber formed by the glue solution to prepare the plant-based product. The coating is carried out by a pelleting press, the temperature of a spray body of the pelleting press is controlled to be 15-28 ℃, and the ambient humidity is controlled to be 12-40%.
And all the first step to the fifth step are operated under the inert gas environment.
Test example 1 trial observation was carried out on 100 subjects, and 50 men and women, each aged 20 to 45 years, had regular diet and rest, and had no adverse taste (such as smoking and drinking). The test groups were divided into 4 groups, and the experimental group used the products prepared in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention, while the control group used the haematococcus pluvialis oil product for more than one month. The improvement of skin moisture, elasticity, pores, color spots, textures, roughness, acne, pigments and ultraviolet spots is taken as a standard, the improvement of the skin moisture, elasticity, pores, color spots, texture, roughness, acne, pigments and ultraviolet spots is preferably achieved by more than 8 standards, is good by 6-7 standards, is poor by 4-5 standards, and is less than 3 standards or has no obvious improvement, and the observation result is shown in the table below.
The excellent standard reaching rate of the tested person using the product group of the invention is obviously higher than that of the control group, which shows that the effect of the plant-based product of the invention is better than that of the haematococcus pluvialis oil product. The superiority of the invention is proved.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and the inventive concepts thereof according to the present invention should be equivalent or changed within the scope of the present invention.
