When in use, the first step is to finish the cigarette loading of the cigarette clamp 2: keeping the frame of the tobacco clamp 2 horizontal, then taking tobacco leaves with one hand and holding the stem part of the tobacco leaves with the other hand, keeping the tip of the tobacco leaves upward, pulling the pressing rod 204 with the other hand against the elastic force of the spring 206, driving the pressing sheet 203 to move by the pressing rod 204 and expose the gap between the pressing sheet 203 and the frame, inserting the stem of the tobacco leaves into the gap in a smooth manner, then loosening the hand, driving the pressing rod 204 and the pressing sheet 203 to reset by the spring 206 and pressing the stem of the tobacco leaves tightly; the above operations are repeated to fill the tobacco clips 2 with tobacco leaves.
Secondly, cigarettes are loaded on the top layer supporting rod 3, the output end of the hydraulic oil cylinder 402 is controlled to move, so that the output end of the hydraulic oil cylinder 402 drives the pull rod 401 to move in the through hole 407, the pull rod 401 pulls the sliding block 405 to slide in the guide groove 406, and the sliding block 405 drives the upper rack 403 to move; when the upper rack 403 moves, the teeth engaged with the upper rack 403 rotate, and then the first driving rod 901 is driven to rotate at the hinge joint of the middle layer supporting rod 4, so that the top layer supporting rod 3 descends and moves out of the curing barn in a horizontal state. After the top layer supporting rod is in place, the hydraulic oil cylinder 402 stops working, the positioning blocks 202 at the two ends of the cigarette clamp 2 are matched with the limiting grooves 701 of the top layer supporting rod 3, the cigarette clamp 2 filled with tobacco leaves is placed on the top layer supporting rod 3, and the cigarette clamp 2 is sequentially filled until the cigarette clamp 2 is fully distributed on the top layer supporting rod 3; then the output end of the hydraulic oil cylinder 402 is controlled to reset, so that the top layer supporting rod 3 with the cigarette clip 2 ascends to enter the curing barn to reset.
The third step is to load cigarettes on the bottom layer supporting rod 5, the output end of the hydraulic oil cylinder 402 drives the pull rod 401 to move in the through hole 407 by controlling the output end action of the hydraulic oil cylinder 402, the pull rod 401 pulls the slide block 405 to slide in the guide groove 406, the slide block 405 drives the lower rack 404 to move, when the lower rack 404 moves, teeth meshed with the lower rack 404 rotate, and then the second driving rod 902 is driven to rotate at the hinged position of the middle layer supporting rod 4, and the bottom layer supporting rod 5 rises and moves out of the baking room in a horizontal state. When the bottom layer supporting rod 5 is in place, the hydraulic oil cylinder 402 stops working, the positioning blocks 202 at the two ends of the tobacco clamp 2 are matched with the limiting grooves 701 of the bottom layer supporting rod 5, the tobacco clamp 2 filled with tobacco leaves is placed on the bottom layer supporting rod 5, and the tobacco clamp 2 is filled in sequence until the tobacco clamp 2 is fully distributed on the bottom layer supporting rod 5; then the output end of the hydraulic oil cylinder 402 is controlled to reset, so that the bottom layer supporting rod 5 with the cigarette clamp 2 descends into the curing barn to reset.
Finally, the middle support rod 4 is loaded with cigarettes, the positioning blocks 202 at the two ends of the cigarette clamp 2 are directly matched with the limiting grooves 701 of the middle support rod 4, the cigarette clamp 2 filled with tobacco leaves is placed on the middle support rod 4, and the cigarette clamp 2 is sequentially filled until the cigarette clamp 2 is fully covered with the middle support rod 4.

Claims (7)
1. A tobacco leaf modulation equipment comprises a house body of a curing barn and a tobacco frame, wherein the tobacco frame is fixed on the house body, and the tobacco frame is characterized by comprising three layers of supporting rods, a connecting rod, a driving rod and a driving device, wherein the supporting rods are respectively a bottom layer supporting rod, a middle layer supporting rod and a top layer supporting rod from bottom to top; one end of each layer of the supporting rod is hinged with the connecting rod, and the other end of each layer of the supporting rod is hinged with the driving rod; the driving rod comprises a first driving rod and a second driving rod, one end of the first driving rod is hinged with the top layer supporting rod, the other end of the first driving rod is hinged with the middle layer supporting rod, and teeth are arranged at the end part of the first driving rod; one end of the second driving rod is connected with the middle-layer supporting rod, the end part of the second driving rod is provided with teeth, and the other end of the second driving rod is connected with the bottom-layer supporting rod; the driving device is arranged on the middle-layer supporting rod and comprises a rack mechanism, a pull rod and a hydraulic oil cylinder, one end of the pull rod is connected with the output end of the hydraulic oil cylinder, the other end of the pull rod is connected with the rack mechanism, and the rack mechanism is meshed with the teeth; the support rod is also provided with a limiting groove;
the tobacco leaf modulating equipment also comprises a tobacco clamp, the tobacco clamp comprises a frame and a plurality of tobacco clamping mechanisms arranged in the frame, and two ends of the frame are provided with positioning mechanisms; the cigarette clip is placed on the supporting rod, and the positioning mechanism is arranged in the limiting groove in a sliding mode;
the rack mechanism is divided into an upper rack mechanism and a lower rack mechanism, teeth of the first driving rod are meshed with the upper rack mechanism, and teeth of the second driving rod are meshed with the lower rack mechanism;
the rack mechanism comprises a sliding block and a rack, a guide groove is formed in the end part, hinged with the driving rod, of the middle-layer supporting rod along the length direction of the middle-layer supporting rod, the sliding block is connected with the guide groove in a sliding mode, and the rack is fixedly connected with the sliding block;
the middle-layer supporting rod is provided with a through hole which is communicated with the guide groove; the pull rod penetrates through the through hole, one end of the pull rod is connected with the output end of the hydraulic oil cylinder, and the other end of the pull rod is connected with the sliding block.

The tobacco leaf curing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the link comprises a first link and a second link, one end of the first link is hinged to the top support rod, and the other end of the first link is hinged to the middle support rod; one end of the second connecting rod is hinged with the middle layer supporting rod, and the other end of the second connecting rod is hinged with the bottom layer supporting rod.
3. The brewing apparatus for brewing tobacco leaves according to claim 2, wherein the number of the first connecting rods and the number of the second connecting rods are 4, and 2 of the first connecting rods are respectively hinged to two sides of the supporting rod.
4. The brewing apparatus for brewing tobacco leaves according to claim 1, wherein a support rod is connected to one end of the same layer of support rod hinged to the connecting rod, and the support rod is rotatably connected to the support rod.
5. The brewing apparatus for brewing tobacco leaves according to claim 1, wherein the driving rod is hinged to an outer side of the supporting rod, and the rack mechanism is provided at an outer side of the middle supporting rod.
6. The brewing apparatus for brewing tobacco leaves according to claim 5, wherein the top surface of each layer of the support rods is provided with the limiting groove, and the limiting groove is arranged along the length direction of the support rods.
7. The method of using a preparation apparatus for preparing tobacco according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
s1, loading cigarettes on a top layer supporting rod: controlling a hydraulic oil cylinder, driving a rack mechanism to move towards the direction of the hydraulic oil cylinder through a pull rod, driving a first driving rod to rotate through a tooth when the rack mechanism moves, so that the top layer supporting rod is kept in a horizontal state and descends, stopping the hydraulic oil cylinder when the top layer supporting rod descends to the height of the middle layer supporting rod, and then placing the cigarette clip on the top layer supporting rod;
s2, resetting the top layer supporting rod: the hydraulic oil cylinder is controlled to reset, the pull rod drives the rack mechanism to reset, and the rack mechanism resets through the toothed belt to the first driving rod, so that the top supporting rod drives the cigarette clamp to reset;
s3, loading cigarettes on the bottom layer supporting rod: controlling a hydraulic oil cylinder, driving a rack mechanism to move towards the direction of the hydraulic oil cylinder through a pull rod, driving a second driving rod to rotate through teeth when the rack mechanism moves, so that the bottom layer supporting rod is kept in a horizontal state to ascend, stopping the hydraulic oil cylinder when the bottom layer supporting rod ascends to the height of the middle layer supporting rod, and then placing the cigarette clip on the bottom layer supporting rod;
s4, bottom layer supporting rod resetting: the hydraulic oil cylinder is controlled to reset, the rack mechanism is driven to reset through the pull rod, and the rack mechanism resets through the tooth belt to the second driving rod, so that the bottom layer supporting rod drives the cigarette clamp to reset.
