the structure of the cigarette holder 2 is explained in detail below, as shown in fig. 2, the cigarette holder 2 includes a bottom support rod 21, a middle support rod 22 and a top support rod 23 which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, the bottom support rod 21, the middle support rod 22 and the top support rod 23 are all composed of two support rods arranged in parallel at equal height, each support rod is provided with a first chute 24, one end of each of the two parallel support rods is a free end, and the other end of each of the two parallel support rods is a non-free end; the non-free ends of the support rods are hinged through a connecting rod, and the other ends of the support rods are connected through a driving rod; the connecting rods comprise first connecting rods 25 and second connecting rods 26, the top ends of the four first connecting rods 25 are respectively hinged with the side wall pin shafts at the non-free ends of the top layer supporting rods 23, and the bottom ends of the four first connecting rods are respectively hinged with the side wall pin shafts at the non-free ends of the middle layer supporting rods 22; the top ends of the four second connecting rods 26 are respectively hinged with the side wall pin shafts at the non-free ends of the middle-layer supporting rods 22, and the bottom ends of the four second connecting rods are hinged with the side wall pin shafts at the non-free ends of the bottom-layer supporting rods 21. A driving device is arranged at one end of the middle-layer supporting rod 22, which is hinged with the driving rod, and comprises a rack, a sliding block, a hydraulic oil cylinder 225 and a pull rod 226, wherein the rack comprises an upper rack 221 and a lower rack 222, and the sliding block comprises an upper sliding block 223 and a lower sliding block 224; the free end of the middle supporting rod 22 is provided with two parallel guide grooves 227 and a through hole 228 along the length direction, one end of each guide groove 227 is open, the other end of each guide groove 227 is closed, and the upper sliding block 223 and the lower sliding block 224 can be matched in a sliding mode in the corresponding guide groove 227; the rack is fixedly connected with the sliding block and is arranged parallel to the supporting rod, and the rack can be linked through the corresponding sliding block. Teeth are circumferentially arranged at the end part of the bottom end of the first driving rod 27, and the teeth at the bottom end of the first driving rod 27 are meshed with the upper rack 221; the end of the top end of the second driving rod 28 is circumferentially provided with teeth, and the teeth at the top end of the second driving rod 28 are meshed with the lower rack 222. One end of the slide block is connected with one end of a pull rod 226, the other end of the pull rod 226 passes through a through hole 228 to be connected with the output end of a hydraulic oil cylinder 225, and the hydraulic oil cylinder 225 is arranged in the curing barn body 1. The hydraulic cylinder 225 drives the sliding block to slide in the guide slot 227 through the pull rod 226, and further drives the upper rack 221 and the lower rack 222 to move. When the upper rack 221 moves, the teeth meshed with the upper rack 221 rotate to further drive the first driving rod 27 to rotate, and the top layer supporting rod 23 descends when the first driving rod 27 rotates; when the lower rack 222 moves, the teeth engaged with the lower rack 222 rotate to drive the second driving rod 28 to rotate, and when the second driving rod 28 rotates, the bottom layer supporting rod 21 is lifted.
The non-free ends of the support rods of the embodiment are rotatably connected through the support rods 29, and the non-free ends of the middle support rods 22 are fixedly arranged on the curing barn body 1.
As shown in fig. 3, the cigarette clamping device 3 includes a rectangular frame 31 and a plurality of cigarette clamping mechanisms disposed at equal intervals along the length direction of the frame 31, the cigarette clamping mechanisms include a pressing rod 32 disposed along the width direction of the frame 31, one end of the pressing rod 32 located in the frame 31 is provided with a pressing sheet 33, the other end of the pressing rod 32 penetrates through the frame 31 and is fixedly connected with a connecting plate 35, the connecting plate 35 is vertically connected to the end of the pressing rod 32, and protruding top members 36 are disposed at the upper and lower ends of the connecting plate 35; a limiting plate 34 is arranged on the compression rod 32, and a spring 37 is sleeved on the compression rod 32 between the limiting plate 34 and the frame 31; two hack levers 38 are respectively arranged at two ends of the frame 31 in the length direction, and a first circular positioning block 39-1 and a second circular positioning block 39-2 which are coaxial with the hack levers 38 are arranged at the ends of the two hack levers 38. The pressing piece 33 is a curved rubber plate structure, and the spring 37 is constantly compressed. The spring 37 can keep the pressing sheet 33 to press the tobacco leaf stalk constantly, and the outer diameter of the stalk dehydration is reduced, so that the tobacco leaves can not fall off.
The structure of the cigarette feeding device 4 is described in detail below, and as shown in fig. 4, the cigarette feeding device 4 includes a lifting table 41, a frame 42 is disposed above the lifting table 41, a pair of pushing rods 46 disposed in parallel is disposed above the frame 42, and a pushing chute 47 is disposed on the pushing rods 46; the cigarette clamping device 3 is placed on the pair of pushing rods 46, and a first positioning block 39-1 and a second positioning block 39-2 of the cigarette clamping device 3 are arranged in the pushing sliding groove 47 in a sliding manner; the pushing rod 46 includes two horizontal portions 461 and a curved portion 462 bent downward between the two horizontal portions 461, and a linear distance from an intersection line of the curved portion 462 and the horizontal portion 461 to a vertex of the curved portion 462 is smaller than a distance between the two frame rods 38 at one end of the frame 31. An operating plate 43 is arranged at one end of the pair of pushing rods 46, the operating plate 43 is a long strip plate, two through limiting sliding grooves 431 are arranged on the operating plate 43 along the length direction of the operating plate, the operating rod 44 penetrates through the limiting sliding grooves 431 and can slide in the limiting sliding grooves 431, and a pushing component 45 is arranged at one end of the operating rod 44 penetrating through the limiting sliding grooves 431. When the top supporting rod 23 is in place, the hydraulic oil cylinder 225 stops working; (2) adjusting the position of the cigarette feeding device 4, and starting the lifting table 41 to enable the pair of pushing rods 46 to be flush with the top layer supporting rod 23, and the pushing chutes 47 on the pushing rods 46 are aligned with the first chutes 24 on the supporting rods; (3) loading cigarettes into the cigarette clamping device 3, placing the cigarette clamping device 3 on a pair of pushing rods 46, and arranging a positioning block of the cigarette clamping device 3 in a pushing chute 47 of the pushing rods 46 in a sliding manner; the operator performs the following operations on the operation panel 43 on the elevating table 41: one hand takes the tobacco leaves and holds the stem part of the tobacco leaves, the tip of the tobacco leaves is kept upward, the other hand holds the operating rod 44, so that the two pushing members 45 abut against the side wall of the frame 31 of the tobacco clamping device 3, then the operating rod 44 is moved along the limiting sliding groove 431, and after the pushing members 45 contact the convex top member 36 of the tobacco clamping mechanism, the convex top member 36 is pushed up. In the above process, the convex top member 36 overcomes the elastic force of the spring 37 to pull the pressing rod 32 outwards, the pressing rod 32 drives the pressing sheet 33 to move and expose the gap between the pressing sheet 33 and the inner wall of the frame 31, the tobacco leaf stalk is inserted into the gap in a proper manner, then the operating rod 44 is moved continuously, after the pushing member 45 passes over the current convex top member 36, the current convex top member 36 is reset under the elastic force of the spring 37, and the pressing sheet 33 presses the tobacco leaf stalk on the inner wall of the frame 31. Thus, the tobacco leaves can be filled in sequence quickly. At the moment, the tip of the tobacco leaf is arranged upwards, then the operating rod 44 is pushed in the direction vertical to the operating plate 43, the operating rod 44 pushes the tobacco clamping device 3 away from the operating plate 43, the tobacco clamping device 3 moves along the pushing chute 47 on the pushing rod 46 by virtue of the positioning block, and when the first positioning block 39-1 enters the curved surface part 462 of the pushing rod 46 first and moves downwards to the lowest point of the curved surface; at this time, the tobacco clamping device 3 continues to be subjected to the horizontal thrust of the operating rod 44, because the linear distance from the boundary line of the horizontal part 461 and the curved part 462 to the top point of the curved part 462 is smaller than the distance between the two frame rods 38 on the same side of the frame 31, the second positioning block 39-2 crosses the first positioning block 39-1 at the lowest point of the curved surface and enters the other horizontal part 461 of the pushing rod 46 in advance, and thus the tobacco clamping device is turned over, so that the tips of the tobacco leaves are downward; at this time, the second positioning block 39-2 and the rack bar 38 enter the circle of the pushing spoke 49, the driving motor 48 drives the pushing disc and the pushing spoke 49 to rotate, when a pushing spoke 49 rotates to the rack bar 38, the rack bar 38 is pushed to move towards the top supporting rod 23, and the pushing spoke 49 is finally separated from the rack bar 38. Finally, the operating rod 44 is reset, and the next cigarette clamping device 3 is operated until the cigarette clamping devices 3 are fully distributed on the top layer supporting rod 23; (4) the top layer supporting rod 23 resets, the output end of the hydraulic oil cylinder 225 resets, and the top layer supporting rod 23 is driven by the cigarette clamping device 3 to ascend and enter the curing barn to reset.
The second step is to load the cigarette on the bottom layer support rod 21: (1) the position of the bottom layer supporting rod 21 is adjusted, and the output end action of the hydraulic oil cylinder 225 is controlled, so that the output end of the hydraulic oil cylinder 225 pulls the lower sliding block 224 to slide in the guide groove 227 through the pull rod 226, the lower sliding block 224 drives the lower rack 222 to move, when the lower rack 222 moves, teeth meshed with the lower rack 222 rotate, and then the second driving rod 28 is driven to rotate at the hinged position of the second driving rod and the middle layer supporting rod 22, and further the bottom layer supporting rod 21 is lifted and moved out of the baking room in a horizontal state. When the bottom layer supporting rod 21 is in place, the hydraulic oil cylinder 225 stops working; (2) adjusting the position of the cigarette feeding device 4, and starting the lifting table 41 to enable the pair of pushing rods 46 to be flush with the bottom layer supporting rod 21, wherein the pushing chutes 47 on the pushing rods 46 are aligned with the first chutes 24 on the supporting rods; (3) the operation of the cigarette clamping device 3 for loading cigarettes is the same as that of the step (3) for loading cigarettes on the top layer supporting rod 23; (4) the bottom layer support rod 21 is reset, and the operation is the same as the step (4) of loading the cigarettes on the top layer support rod 23.
The third step is to load the cigarette on the middle supporting rod 22: (1) adjusting the position of the cigarette feeding device 4, and starting the lifting table 41 to enable the pair of pushing rods 46 to be flush with the middle-layer supporting rod 22, wherein the pushing chutes on the pushing rods 46 are aligned with the first chutes 24 on the supporting rods; (2) the operation of the cigarette clamping device 3 for loading cigarettes is the same as that of the step (3) for loading cigarettes on the top layer supporting rod 23.

1. A tobacco feeding system for curing and preparing tobacco leaves is characterized by comprising:

the cigarette rack comprises a top layer supporting rod, a middle layer supporting rod and a bottom layer supporting rod, wherein each layer of supporting rod is provided with a first sliding chute, one end of each layer of supporting rod is hinged through a connecting rod, the other end of each layer of supporting rod is hinged through a driving rod, and teeth are arranged at the hinged end parts of the driving rod and the middle layer supporting rod; the middle-layer supporting rod is provided with a driving device, the driving device comprises a rack mechanism, a pull rod and a hydraulic oil cylinder, one end of the pull rod is connected with the output end of the hydraulic oil cylinder, the other end of the pull rod is connected with the rack mechanism, and the teeth are meshed with the rack mechanism;
the cigarette clamping device is placed on a pushing rod of the cigarette feeding device, and the positioning block is arranged in the pushing chute in a sliding mode; the pushing disc is used for transporting the cigarette clamping device on the cigarette feeding device to the supporting rod of the cigarette rack.
