The invention provides a totally-enclosed construction protection pulley for a high-voltage transmission line, which mainly comprises a frame body, a first pulley and a second pulley, wherein the radius of the second pulley is larger than that of the first pulley. The first pulley and the second pulley are rotatably arranged on the frame body, and the first pulley is positioned right above the second pulley, so that the first pulley, the second pulley and the frame body enclose a working area, and the totally-enclosed construction protection pulley for the high-voltage transmission line can slide along the line, provide a lead for the line and enclose the line during construction operation.
When the power line is in operation construction, the line is placed in a working area, and the first pulley is erected on the line and can slide along the line. Taking a circuit replacement as an example, the totally-enclosed construction protection pulleys of the high-voltage transmission lines are matched for use, and the adjacent frame bodies are mutually connected through the traction ropes, so that the totally-enclosed construction protection pulleys of the high-voltage transmission lines can be distributed at intervals on the circuit, the totally-enclosed construction protection pulleys of the high-voltage transmission lines at the end parts are pulled by the traction device, and the totally-enclosed construction protection pulleys of the high-voltage transmission lines can be pulled to slide on the circuit. Based on the totally-enclosed construction protection pulley for the high-voltage transmission line, construction operations such as newly building a lead at the crossing part of the transmission line, replacing the lead at the crossing part of the transmission line and the like can be carried out. The radius of the second pulley is larger than that of the first pulley, so that the totally-enclosed construction protection pulley of the high-voltage transmission line is ensured to be in a working state with the second pulley below and the first pulley above, the problems of deflection, inversion and the like are avoided, and the construction operation is smoother. Specifically, in the present invention, the frame body comprises a left frame 12, an upper frame 1 and a right frame 3 which are connected in sequence and form an inverted U shape, and a first pulley and a second pulley are installed between the left frame 12 and the right frame 3, and the second pulley is closer to the U-shaped opening than the first pulley. Left frame 12 is equipped with activity district 7 in workspace department, and activity district 7 and left frame 12 swing joint can open and close, can form a breach when opening on left frame 12 for put into workspace with leading, ground wire or haulage rope, can close the breach when closing, prevent to lead, ground wire or the enlightening nima rope is deviate from by the workspace. The frame body is of an inverted U-shaped shape, the lower part of the frame body is provided with an opening, and the full-closed construction of the high-voltage transmission line can be allowed to protect an external object of the pulley so as to expand the use function (for example, a pulley is connected below the second pulley, and a working area is formed in addition, so that the two-split lead can be replaced by crossing a net. When the movable section 7 is opened, in order to prevent the movable section 7 and the part of the left frame 12, which is positioned below the movable section 7, from rotating along the axis of the second pulley, when the second pulley is connected with the left frame 12 and the right frame 3, the second pulley is welded with the left frame 12 and is clamped with the right frame 3, the right frame 3 is provided with an anti-rotation clamping groove 14, when a shaft (a second wheel shaft 9) of the second pulley passes through the anti-rotation clamping groove, the shaft (the second wheel shaft 9) of the second pulley can be prevented from rotating, so that the left frame 12 can be prevented from rotating, and the expansion use function of the totally-closed construction protection pulley for the high-voltage transmission line can not be influenced.
In the invention, one end of the movable section 7 is a hinged end, the other end is a clamping end, the hinged end is hinged with the left frame 12, and the clamping end is clamped with the left frame 12. When the movable section 7 is opened, the movable section 7 rotates along the hinged end, and the clamping end is separated from the left frame 12 to form a gap. In structural design, the clamping end is positioned above the hinged end, so that the movable section 7 can play a certain enclosing role for a guide wire, a ground wire or a traction rope in a working area when being opened.
As a concrete realisable form of the movable section 7, in the present invention, the hinged end includes a hinge shaft 8 and a bushing. The two ends of the hinge shaft 8 are arranged on the left frame 12, and the shaft sleeve is sleeved in the middle of the hinge shaft 8 and positioned on the outer side of the circumferential surface and can rotate around the hinge shaft 8, so that the movable section 7 is driven to rotate. The clamping end comprises a clamping plate, the clamping plate is connected to the movable section 7, and a clamping hole is formed in the clamping plate. The left frame 12 is provided with a first rotary catch 6 on a portion located above the movable section 7, and the first rotary catch 6 is rotatable on the left frame 12. The shape of the clamping hole is the same as that of the first rotary buckle 6. First rotatory buckle 6 is preferred circular in circumference, and is equipped with the arch that surpasss circular profile, and when the joint activity section 7, first rotatory buckle 6 passes the joint hole on the joint board, then rotates first rotatory buckle 6, and first rotatory buckle 6 can joint board to realize closing of activity section 7.
Further, as the optimization of the range of motion of the movable section 7, the inner side of the hinged end is provided with a limiting surface, and when the movable section 7 is opened, the movable section can rotate (turn over towards the direction far away from the first pulley) around the hinge shaft 8 towards the outer side of the left frame 12; when the movable section 7 is closed and rotates to the closed position, the limiting surface above the hinge shaft 8 is just abutted to the left frame 12, so that the movable section 7 can be prevented from being turned to a working area, and the rotation range of the hinged end is limited to be capable of only rotating outwards by not more than 180 degrees. The movable section 7 of the invention can not turn over to the working area when rotating, thereby not occupying the space of the working area and facilitating the installation of the guide wire, the ground wire and the traction rope.
In order to facilitate the smooth sliding of the fully-closed construction protection pulley of the high-voltage transmission line, in the invention, the movable section 7 and the right frame 3 are both arranged in an outward concave manner at the working area, so that the space of the working area can be enlarged, and objects with the cross section diameter of 10cm (such as the connection position of new and old wires) can be allowed to pass through at least in the working area. As a preferred embodiment, in the present invention, the outer concave shapes of the movable section 7 and the right frame 3 are both arc-shaped, so that the junction between the movable section and the upper frame and the junction between the movable section and the right frame can be smoothly transited, which is convenient for processing and forming, and can also avoid the problems of stress concentration and the like, thereby improving the structural strength of the frame body. The arc-shaped outer concave parts of the movable section 7 and the right frame 3 can enable a working area to easily pass through a wiring position, when a lead and a ground wire are replaced at a crossing position of a power transmission line, the lead and the ground wire can sequentially penetrate through a plurality of equidistant pulley gaps, crossing and net sealing can be realized, and the lead and the ground wire are replaced in full-closed protection. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the movable section 7 and the right frame 3 may not be disposed in an outwardly concave manner at the working area, and both the left frame 12 and the right frame 3 are linear profiles.
In order to facilitate the connection and fixation of the traction rope, in the invention, the upper frame 1 is provided with the buckle 2, and the buckle 2 is preferably rotatably connected with the upper frame 1, so that the pose of the buckle 2 is convenient to adjust. Buckle 2 is the hook type, is equipped with the shutoff board at the opening part, and the shutoff board can block off the opening of buckle 2 with 2 rotatable connections of buckle, avoids the haulage rope unhook. The buckle 2 has an automatic locking function, and can be locked on the traction rope through the buckle 2 when crossing the net sealing and replacing the lead and the ground wires, so that an effective fulcrum exists in the process of replacing the lead and the ground wires.
In order to facilitate the installation and the disassembly of the first pulley and the second pulley, in the invention, the first pulley is installed on the frame body through the first wheel shaft 4, one end of the first wheel shaft 4 is provided with a first step, and the other end of the first wheel shaft 4 is provided with a first nut 13, so that the first pulley can be fastened on two sides (the outer sides of the left frame 12 and the right frame 3) of the frame body, and when the first pulley needs to be disassembled and maintained, the first nut 13 is unscrewed, so that the first pulley can be disassembled. The second pulley passes through second shaft 9 to be installed on the support body, and 9 one end of second shaft are equipped with the second step, and the other end is equipped with the second nut, can fasten the both sides at the support body. The second step is connected with the left frame 12 in a welding mode, the circumferential surface of the other end of the second wheel shaft 9 is subjected to milling or grinding treatment at the position matched with the anti-rotation clamping groove 14, a plane is machined, the plane can penetrate through the anti-rotation clamping groove 14 and then is in threaded connection with a second nut, and the second wheel shaft 9 is guaranteed not to rotate axially.
In order to facilitate guiding and enclosing, the first wheel body 5 of the first pulley is provided with an inwards concave arc-shaped recess on the circumferential surface, can be matched with a circuit (or a traction rope), increases the contact area and the friction force, plays a certain guiding and limiting role, and facilitates the sliding of the totally-enclosed construction protection pulley of the high-voltage transmission line. The second wheel body 10 of the second pulley is provided with an inwards concave arc-shaped recess on the circumferential surface, can accommodate a detached line, encloses the line, plays a role in blocking a net, can also enlarge the space of a working area, and is compact in the structural layout of the totally-enclosed construction protection pulley of the high-voltage transmission line.
In order to facilitate sliding along the wire and to protect the new wire, in the present invention, the diameter of the first wheel 5 is 7 to 8 times the diameter of the wire, enabling a relatively large single-turn stroke of the first wheel 5. The diameter of the second wheel body 10 is 15 to 30 times of the diameter of the line, for example, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, and the profile of the second wheel body 10 can be increased, so that the profile of the second wheel body 10 is relatively flat, and when a new line is placed on the second wheel body 10, the new line is not easily scattered, and the new line can be effectively protected.
In the invention, the structural form of the frame body has two options, one of which is that the overall outline of the frame body is inverted U-shaped, which is convenient for the totally-closed construction of the high-voltage transmission line to protect the pulley and then connect an object externally so as to expand the use function of the pulley. Secondly, the overall outline of the frame body is similar to a rectangle, and the frame body also comprises a lower frame, wherein two ends of the lower frame are respectively connected with the left frame 12 and the right frame 3. When the frame body is provided with the lower frame, the lower frame is provided with the press connection groove 18, and the press connection groove 18 is internally provided with the press mounting bolt which can be matched with an external object of the press connection groove 18. The press-fitting bolts are preferably two. When the frame body of the totally-enclosed construction protection tackle for the high-voltage transmission lines is provided with the lower frame, the totally-enclosed construction protection tackle for the high-voltage transmission lines can work in a coordinated mode, for example, the totally-enclosed construction protection tackle for the high-voltage transmission lines is symmetrically distributed on two lines, the totally-enclosed construction protection tackle for the high-voltage transmission lines on the two lines are in one-to-one correspondence, and the compression joint grooves 18 of the two totally-enclosed construction protection tackle for the high-voltage transmission lines corresponding to each other can be connected with a net rope, a net rod and the like.

Furthermore, in the invention, the number of the expanded threaded holes 16 and the number of the unthreaded holes are two and are arranged up and down, so that the connection strength of the frame body and the additional pulley can be enhanced, and the relative operation of the frame body and the additional pulley can be prevented.
Further, in the present invention, the additional wheel body of the additional pulley 17 is provided with an inwardly concave arc-shaped recess on the circumferential surface, which can accommodate the replaced old wire. Preferably, the diameter of the additional wheel body is 15 times to 30 times of the diameter of the line, and the diameter of the additional wheel body is preferably consistent with the diameter of the second wheel body 10, so that the interchangeability of the fully-closed construction protection tackle parts of the high-voltage transmission line can be improved.
Furthermore, in the invention, the two sides of the sliding trolley frame are both arranged in an outward concave manner at the additional working area, so that the additional working area can at least allow objects with the cross section diameter of 10cm to pass through, and the totally-enclosed construction protection pulley of the high-voltage transmission line can conveniently pass through the connection part of a new line and an old line. Preferably, the concave exterior shape of the skate frame is arcuate.

And fifthly, after the two-side phase conductors are erected, the traction ropes tied on the towers on the two sides are loosened, one end of each traction rope is pulled, the traction ropes are gradually retracted, the totally-enclosed construction protection pulleys of the high-voltage transmission line are taken down one by one, and the conductor is newly built at the crossing position of the whole transmission line.
