Abstract
The invention provides an inventory method, which comprises the steps of establishing an inventory table, forming an inventory task according to input inventory related information and an inventory instruction, counting whether an inventory result is abnormal or not compared with inventory by an inventory person according to the inventory task by a system after the inventory person performs inventory according to the inventory task, re-inventory by the inventory person if the inventory result is abnormal, entering an audit flow if the inventory result is not abnormal, auditing the inventory result by the audit person, entering an approval flow after the audit is passed, approving the audit and the inventory result, and archiving the inventory task after the inventory result is passed for subsequent searching. The scheme can effectively prevent the inventoryers from checking cheats and improve the real reliability of the checking data; the position of the checking abnormity can be quickly positioned, and the checking abnormity processing efficiency is improved; thereby can trace back the person of accountability to the record of keeping in stock, improve enterprise's material management efficiency, greatly improve whole high operating efficiency, reduce the manpower statistics and also improved work efficiency simultaneously.
