Abstract
The invention relates to the field of pharmacy systems of SSM (simple sequence modeling) frameworks, in particular to a method for automatically generating a sufficient and insufficient inventory receipt during drug inventory. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, creating an inventory list, an inventory excess and inventory deficiency document list and a detail list; secondly, creating an inventory page and an inventory and shortage bill page; introducing checking medicine information into a checking page, filling abnormal quantity, automatically generating profit and loss amount and storing the profit and loss amount in a checking table; after the warehouse staff verify and confirm that the data are correct, reading the data from the inventory list; fifthly, traversing the obtained inventory data, judging whether the inventory data is larger than zero according to the profit and loss quantity, storing the inventory data into an inventory data set, and if the inventory data is smaller than zero, storing the inventory data set into an inventory shortage set; creating a method for generating documents and details, respectively transmitting the documents and the details into a sufficient and insufficient inventory data set, and adding the documents and the details into a database; and seventhly, displaying the data on a page of the inventory shortage and gain balance document. The invention solves the problems that the excess and shortage of the stock cannot be reflected when the pharmacy checks and no history document can be traced.
Description
Technical Field

Background

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the balance and loss bill information is generated according to the amount of the loss and the benefit during the checking, so that the purpose of counting the amount and the sum of the abnormal medicines during the checking is achieved. The problem that the condition of sufficient inventory and shortage of inventory can not be reflected and no history document can be traced when the pharmacy is inventoried is effectively solved.
