In the embodiment of the present invention, the total efficient calculation method includes: [ cure number + significant number)/total population ]. times.100%.
The technical solutions provided by the present invention are described in detail below with reference to examples, but they should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
Adding 5.4g of wrinkled gianthyssop herb and 0.9g of galangal into 1080ml of water for decoction, and after the water is boiled and timing for 20min, adding 0.3g of saffron, 8.4g of chrysanthemum, 6.6g of mentha haplocalyx, 5.4g of glycyrrhiza uralensis and 6.6g of mulberry leaves for further decoction for 30min to obtain 845ml of the bath lotion of the example 1.
The disease course of the autism is 1-12 months, including 22 sick children of 1 month and 12 months, wherein 16 boys and 6 girls are selected, and the average age is 5.21 years. Before treatment, the manifestations are language disorder and expression preference, which is alone in the corner and the vision is dull. The bathing agent of the embodiment 1 is prepared according to the volume ratio of the bathing agent to water of 1:100, and then the patient is kept to take a bath for 30min every day for 1 time. 4 weeks is 1 course of treatment, and the condition of the infant patient is observed after 3 courses of treatment.
The results show that: in 22 children, no allergy or physical discomfort symptoms appeared. The symptoms of the patients disappear in 2 cases, the disease course of the autism is 6 months and 8 months respectively, and the 2 cases are girls. The communication can be properly made and there are 19 patients interested in some transactions starting, 4 of them and 15 of them. After continuing to adhere to the treatment for 1 course, 9 cases of symptoms disappeared. In the remaining 10 cases, the symptoms completely disappeared after a total of 5 treatment courses and in 4 cases after a total of 6 treatment courses.
After adherence to 3 courses for 1 patient, although there was interest in some transactions, there was no significant improvement. Finally, the treatment of example 1 was discontinued.
By calculation, when the bath agent of the embodiment 1 is used for treating the sick children with the disease course of 1-12 months, the total effective rate after 3 treatment courses is 95.45%, and the cure rate is 9.09%. The cure rate of 6 courses of treatment of children patients with disease duration of 1-12 months by using the bath agent of the embodiment 1 is as follows: 95.45 percent and the inefficiency rate is 4.5 percent.
Example 2
Adding 8.8g of wrinkled gianthyssop herb and 0.4g of galangal into 2640ml of water for decoction, starting to time 30min after the water is boiled, adding 1.2g of saffron, 12.8g of chrysanthemum, 7.2g of wild mint, 8.8g of wild licorice and 8.8g of mulberry leaves, and continuing to decoct for 20min to obtain 2075ml of the bath lotion of the embodiment 2.
20 patients with autism course of 12 months to 5 years are selected, wherein 15 patients have boys and 5 patients have girls, and the average age is 6.71 years. Before treatment, severe autism symptoms were shown, and there was self-disabling behavior in addition to language disorders, in corners alone. After the bathing agent of the present example 2 was prepared in a volume ratio of the bathing agent to water of 1.2:100, the patient was bathed 2 times a day for 40min each time. 4 weeks is 1 course of treatment, and the condition of the infant patient is observed after 3 courses of treatment.
The results show that: after 20 children had used the bath agent of example 2, no symptoms of allergy or physical discomfort appeared in the body. After 20 patients were treated with the bathing agent of example 2, 18 patients with significantly reduced autism symptoms were treated, and 2 patients had no significant improvement in symptoms. The final 2 patients with insignificant improvement of symptoms automatically abandon the treatment of this example 2. And 18 patients continue to be treated, wherein the symptoms of 3 children disappear after 6 treatment courses, the symptoms of 6 patients disappear after 8 treatment courses, the symptoms of autism of 8 patients disappear after 10 treatment courses, and the symptoms of 1 patient disappear after 12 treatment courses.
Through calculation, when the bath lotion of the embodiment 2 is used for treating the sick children with the disease course of 12 months to 5 years, the total effective rate after 3 treatment courses is 90%. The cure rate after 12 treatment courses is 90 percent, and the failure rate is 10 percent.
From the above embodiments, the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition capable of effectively treating autism. After the traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared into the bath lotion, the pain of oral medicines to children is relieved, and the autism can be effectively treated.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
