本发明公开了一种高吞吐量使用船头接驳的浮动码头,涉及到船舶靠港的新型接驳技术,本发明专利所述的浮动码头内圈可固定在礁石或其他海上突出岩石结构上,其外圈为可供船头拼插靠泊的格栅式插口;通过本发明专利可直接让船舶实现随时停靠,解决码头船位紧张的问题。

一种高吞吐量使用船头接驳的浮动码头
技术领域
本发明属于新型浮式码头应用技术领域,具体地说,是涉及一种可供船舶以船头接驳的方式进行驻泊的非长期固定式浮动码头。
背景技术
现有船舶的靠港方式主要为水平横移式靠港,此种靠港方式需要船舶预先在接近港口时预先调整行驶方位。而许多大型船舶由于整体较长、冲程远、惯性大,在靠港过程中需要密切注意船首方向,对驾驶员的转向、制动技术有着很高的要求;在港口船位不足的情况下,对亟待靠泊的船只及正常贸易的进行也经常产生巨大影响。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种可灵活使用,针对港口船位不足时期解决船舶靠港问题的一种技术方案,将通过以下方式进行实现:
提出一种高吞吐量使用船头接驳的浮动码头,包括拼插闸口(1)、船位格栅(2)、道路(3)、内固定圈(4)等,所述浮动码头允许船舶艏部进行直插式靠港拼插。
进一步的,在船首进入浮动码头的闸口后,其左右将被柔性护板格栅防护住,船首进入深度为10-20米。
进一步的,船上的货物将通过船头卸至卸货通道,在最终运至物流储存舱进行货物存储。
进一步的,船位格栅的主体为橡胶防撞弹性板,其长度为15-20米,当船身因海浪作用与防撞格栅发生碰撞时,防撞格栅后端叶片嵌于滑动槽(9)中,将通过滑动槽进行1-2°轻微移动,允许船身进行极小限度的偏转。
总而观之,本浮动码头通过内部中心套筒安装固定在海洋礁石及小型岛屿上。

请参阅图2船舶以船头形式进入浮动码头的运动示意图,包括格栅轴(5)、闸门板(6)、卸货通道(7、泄水口(8)、滑动槽(9)等。
请参阅图3,物资仓储区域为一船一区,位于卸货通道尽头,背靠中心固定套筒结构。

1.一种高吞吐量使用船头接驳的浮动码头,图1所示为浮动码头俯瞰图,包括拼插闸口(1)、船位格栅(2)、道路(3)、内固定圈(4)等;图2为船舶以船头形式进入浮动码头的运动示意图,包括格栅轴(5)、闸门板(6)、卸货通道(7)、泄水口(8)、滑动槽(9)等;当船舶靠港时将以船头进入的方式与浮动码头拼接。
2.一种高吞吐量使用船头接驳的浮动码头,其特征在于:所述浮动码头为多格栅型浮式建筑体,选取耐磨抗震性材料以及海工水泥进行结构建设,其外圈拥有30-40个供船舶拼接驻泊的拼插闸口(1),为适配船头的矩形门结构,高度为20-30米,可同时供多艘船舶停驻使用。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高吞吐量使用船头接驳的浮动码头,其特征在于:所述内固定圈(4)为弧形中空套筒结构,可充分利用海域中的礁石、小型岛屿的存在进行整个浮动码头的固定工作;如图3所示浮动码头将以岛礁为固定轴心进行外圈建设。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高吞吐量使用船头接驳的浮动码头,其特征在于:所述拼插闸口(1)配备有相应的闸门板(6),在没有船舶停泊的船位闸板下放,闸口处于关闭的水密状态,如有航船前来停泊闸门板将开启,船舶将以船头下切的形式进入拼插闸口,最大的限制进入距离为20米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高吞吐量使用船头接驳的浮动码头,其特征在于:当船舶的艏部与浮动码头的拼插接口完成固定工作后,其船身后部会因为海浪的起伏而发生小范围错位及摇晃,如果不进行一定程度的防护极易造成船身折断;船位所述船位格栅(2)的功能将用于当停泊的船舶整体因海浪的作用而发生左右摇摆时发挥限位的作用,船位格栅的主体为橡胶防撞弹性板,其长度为15-20米,当船身因海浪作用与防撞格栅发生碰撞时,防撞格栅后端叶片嵌于滑动槽(9)中,将通过滑动槽进行1-2°轻微移动,允许船身进行极小限度的偏转。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高吞吐量使用船头接驳的浮动码头,其特征在于:当海面风浪较大时,浮动码头的船位格栅将同时进行小范围的角度调整,从而使所有停泊的船只随海浪方向进行方位调整。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高吞吐量使用船头接驳的浮动码头,其特征在于:所述浮动码头上层建有环形道路(3),可供卸货及装载车辆通行;其拼插接口内直通浮动码头下层的物资仓储区域,船舶的货物将经由船头从卸货通道(7)进入浮动码头内部;如图3所示,物资仓储区域为一船一区,位于卸货通道尽头,背靠中心固定套筒结构。
