本发明涉及一种可变色杀菌凹土基除臭除湿剂及其制备方法,由如下重量份数的原料组成:凹凸棒石粘土30‑40份,纳米氧化钛粉末5‑10份,无水氯化钙5‑10份,高分子吸水树脂25‑30份,无水硫酸铜2‑5份,活性剂2‑5份,粘合剂10‑15份,除臭杀菌剂5‑8份以及水30‑40份。本发明利用凹土与优异的吸水性、除味性、成团性满足封闭环境的除臭除湿需求,物理吸附去除臭味湿气,经过阳光照射还可再次使用,具有生态环保特性。本发明制备的环保性凹土基除臭除湿剂能够显示除臭除湿效果,在各种温度的环境下,吸湿性能都能保持稳定,吸湿性能良好。

本发明涉及杀菌除臭除湿材料领域,具体是一种可变色杀菌凹土基除臭除湿剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
在家庭生活中,梅雨季节中狭小空间如冰箱、储藏柜等因为空气湿度大,易造成内部物品受潮、霉变,产生异味或者细菌等问题,目前常用的除臭除湿主要通过物理吸附的方式,主要利用的是气体扩散、吸附的原理,主要包括活性炭、硅胶、多孔氧化铝等多孔类除味剂材料,这类材料虽对除异味具有一定的效果,但其吸湿能力有限、吸湿速度有限,除湿效果很弱。碱性盐如氯化钙、氧化钙等因吸水后变成碱性较强的水剂,易从无纹滤布中渗漏污染家居物品。氧化钙等干燥剂其有较大的经口危险性,被幼儿误食后易造成不可逆转的伤害,且这种除味剂不具有选择吸附性,作用时间比较短。专利CN108889095A利用无水氯化钙制备除湿剂,具备一定的吸水性能,但对于臭味缺乏效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述问题,提供一种可变色杀菌凹土基除臭除湿剂及其制备方法,利用凹土与优异的吸水性、除味性、成团性满足封闭环境的除臭除湿需求,物理吸附去除臭味湿气,经过阳光照射可再次使用,具有生态环保特性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案是:
一种可变色杀菌凹土基除臭除湿剂,由如下重量份数的原料组成:凹凸棒石粘土30-40份,纳米氧化钛粉末5-10份,无水氯化钙5-10份,高分子吸水树脂25-30份,无水硫酸铜2-5份,活性剂2-5份,粘合剂10-15份,除臭杀菌剂5-8份以及水30-40份。
其中,所述凹凸棒石粘土细度200-300目,具有优异的孔隙结构与高表面活性。
所述分子吸水树脂选用丙烯酸树脂粉末。
所述活性剂选用聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚型非离子型表面活性剂,具有润湿、扩散性能,能够促进凹土粉末与各类吸水剂的混合。
所述除臭杀菌剂选用BK均三嗪杀菌剂,具有控制微生物繁殖、广谱杀菌的作用,对细菌、真菌、酵母菌和硫酸盐还原菌能够有效的抑制和杀灭。
所述粘合剂选用醋酸酯淀粉粘合剂,其制备方法为将醋酸酯淀粉加水均匀搅拌,加水量按质量计为淀粉质量的10~20%,然后升温至70~120℃加热得到粘稠粘合剂。
所述的可变色杀菌凹土基除臭除湿剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤(1):将凹凸棒石粘土先进行300-400℃进行热处理,将热处理后的凹凸棒石粘土粉末加入到水中再加入除臭杀菌剂,进行超声震荡搅拌2-3h,选取中间凹土悬浮层;
步骤(2):在步骤(1)得到的悬浮液中添加适量活性剂、粘合剂进行搅拌,制备成粘稠的凹土基泥浆;然后向添加凹土基泥浆中适量的无水氯化钙、高分子吸水树脂、无水硫酸铜进行搅拌,得到凹土基泥团;
步骤(3):将步骤(2)得到的凹土基泥团挤压成球,使得小球表面具有一定的强度和湿度,将小球进行造粒处理,添加纳米氧化钛粉末,使得小球表面包裹氧化钛粉末,再将小球进行100-120℃、4-10min热处理,获得气孔率高、杀菌性能优异的球状颗粒,制得可变色杀菌凹土基除臭除湿剂。
进一步的,步骤(2)中,采用十字搅刀搅拌器充分搅拌,通过搅拌速度500~1000转/分,搅拌时间30~60分钟,制备成粘稠的凹土基泥浆;通过搅拌速度500~1000转/分,搅拌时间30~60分钟,得到凹土基泥团。
进一步的,步骤(3)中,将小球在45°圆盘造粒机上进行造粒处理。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的可变色杀菌凹土基除臭除湿剂,本发明采用凹凸棒粘土(凹土)/纳米氧化钛具有优异的吸湿和杀菌作用,能够有效降低环境细菌含量,能够有效防止干燥剂吸水后滋生的霉菌、真菌等细菌,杀菌率达到95%以上;
本发明采用无水氯化钙、丙烯酸树脂、无水硫酸铜的复合作为吸水剂,无水氯化钙是一种无腐蚀、无毒、无公害的绿色环保产品,丙烯酸树脂粉末能够吸收超自身重量百倍的水分,无毒、无害、无污染,无水硫酸铜吸水后白色粉末转化为蓝色晶体,制备的球状除臭除湿剂能够显示除臭除湿效果,在各种温度的环境下,吸湿性能都能保持稳定,吸湿性能良好。

实施例中,凹凸棒石粘土采购自甘肃融万科技有限企业生产的矿物粉末,细度200-300目,具有非常优异的孔隙结构与高表面活性;分子吸水树脂选用的是河北燕兴化工有限公司生产的丙烯酸树脂粉末;活性剂优选聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚型非离子型表面活性剂,具有润湿、扩散性能,促进凹土粉末与各类吸水剂的混合;除臭杀菌剂选用的是佛山市丽源化工有限公司生产的BK均三嗪杀菌剂,具有控制微生物繁殖,广谱杀菌,对细菌、真菌、酵母菌和硫酸盐还原菌,有效的抑制和杀灭;粘合剂优选醋酸酯淀粉,将醋酸酯淀粉加水均匀搅拌,加水量按质量计为淀粉质量的10~20%,然后升温至70~120℃加热得到粘稠粘合剂。

步骤1:将35份凹凸棒石粘土先进行350℃进行热处理,将热处理后的粉末加入到40份水中再加入5份除臭杀菌剂,进行超声震荡搅拌3h,得到凹土混合液;
步骤2:在凹土混合液中添加5份活性剂、10份粘合剂进行搅拌,采用十字搅刀搅拌器充分搅拌,搅拌速度为800转/分,搅拌时间为30分钟,制备成粘稠的凹土基泥浆,添加5份无水氯化钙、25份高分子吸水树脂、2份无水硫酸铜进行搅拌,搅拌速度为700转/分,搅拌时间为60分钟,得到凹土基泥团;
步骤3:凹土基泥团进行挤压成球,使得小球表面具有一定的强度和湿度,将小球在45°圆盘造粒机上进行造粒处理,添加8份纳米氧化钛粉末,使得小球表面包裹氧化钛粉末,再将小球进行低温120℃10min热处理,获得气孔率高、杀菌性能优异的球状颗粒,制得可变色杀菌凹土基除臭除湿剂。
实施例2:
一种可变色杀菌凹土基除臭除湿剂组分与具体制备工艺如下:
步骤1:将40份凹凸棒石粘土粉末先进行400℃进行热处理,将热处理后的粉末加入到水中再加入除臭杀菌剂,进行超声震荡搅拌2h,得到凹土混合液;
步骤2:在凹土混合液中添加4份活性剂、10份粘合剂进行搅拌,采用十字搅刀搅拌器充分搅拌,搅拌速度为1000转/分,搅拌时间为30分钟,制备成粘稠的凹土基泥浆,添加4份无水氯化钙、25份高分子吸水树脂、4份无水硫酸铜进行搅拌,搅拌速度为700转/分,搅拌时间为30分钟,得到凹土基泥团;
步骤3:凹土基泥团进行挤压成球,使得小球表面具有一定的强度和湿度,将小球在45°圆盘造粒机上进行造粒处理,添加5份纳米氧化钛粉末,使得小球表面包裹氧化钛粉末,再将小球进行低温100℃8min热处理,获得气孔率高、杀菌性能优异的球状颗粒,制得可变色杀菌凹土基除臭除湿剂。
将实施例1、实施例2制备的可变色杀菌凹土基除臭除湿剂进行性能检测,如表1所示,结果表明本发明制备的无氯杀菌凹土基干燥剂具有优异的干燥性,空气湿度为80%时吸湿率达到42%以上,7天后的二次吸湿度仍达到32%以上,具有良好的吸水性,球体表面干燥,无吐水现象,能够应用在医药、电子等环境中,且该产品能够持续保证环境杀菌效果,杀菌率达到95%以上。

Claims (9)
1.一种可变色杀菌凹土基除臭除湿剂,其特征在于:由如下重量份数的原料组成:凹凸棒石粘土30-40份,纳米氧化钛粉末5-10份,无水氯化钙5-10份,高分子吸水树脂25-30份,无水硫酸铜2-5份,活性剂2-5份,粘合剂10-15份,除臭杀菌剂5-8份以及水30-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可变色杀菌凹土基除臭除湿剂,其特征在于:所述凹凸棒石粘土细度200-300目,具有优异的孔隙结构与高表面活性。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可变色杀菌凹土基除臭除湿剂,其特征在于:所述分子吸水树脂选用丙烯酸树脂粉末。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可变色杀菌凹土基除臭除湿剂,其特征在于:所述活性剂选用聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚型非离子型表面活性剂,具有润湿、扩散性能,能够促进凹土粉末与各类吸水剂的混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可变色杀菌凹土基除臭除湿剂,其特征在于:所述除臭杀菌剂选用BK均三嗪杀菌剂,具有控制微生物繁殖、广谱杀菌的作用,对细菌、真菌、酵母菌和硫酸盐还原菌能够有效的抑制和杀灭。
6.根据权利要求1所述的可变色杀菌凹土基除臭除湿剂,其特征在于:所述粘合剂选用醋酸酯淀粉粘合剂,其制备方法为将醋酸酯淀粉加水均匀搅拌,加水量按质量计为淀粉质量的10~20%,然后升温至70~120℃加热得到粘稠粘合剂。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的可变色杀菌凹土基除臭除湿剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤(1):将凹凸棒石粘土先进行300-400℃进行热处理,将热处理后的凹凸棒石粘土粉末加入到水中再加入除臭杀菌剂,进行超声震荡搅拌2-3h,选取中间凹土悬浮层;
步骤(2):在步骤(1)得到的悬浮液中添加适量活性剂、粘合剂进行搅拌,制备成粘稠的凹土基泥浆;然后向添加凹土基泥浆中适量的无水氯化钙、高分子吸水树脂、无水硫酸铜进行搅拌,得到凹土基泥团;
步骤(3):将步骤(2)得到的凹土基泥团挤压成球,使得小球表面具有一定的强度和湿度,将小球进行造粒处理,添加纳米氧化钛粉末,使得小球表面包裹氧化钛粉末,再将小球进行100-120℃、4-10min热处理,获得气孔率高、杀菌性能优异的球状颗粒,制得可变色杀菌凹土基除臭除湿剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的可变色杀菌凹土基除臭除湿剂,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,采用十字搅刀搅拌器充分搅拌,通过搅拌速度500~1000转/分,搅拌时间30~60分钟,制备成粘稠的凹土基泥浆;通过搅拌速度500~1000转/分,搅拌时间30~60分钟,得到凹土基泥团。
9.根据权利要求7所述的可变色杀菌凹土基除臭除湿剂,其特征在于:步骤(3)中,将小球在45°圆盘造粒机上进行造粒处理。
