In conclusion, by means of the technical scheme, the fabric not only achieves the hand feeling and the appearance similar to acetate fibers, but also has the strength and the air permeability similar to the acetate fibers through the steps of raw material selection, warp drafting, weaving on a machine, pretreatment for embrittlement, sizing, drying, slitting and gluing, slitting and sterilization and the like; the invention designs a weaving process corresponding to the cellulose acetate-like polyester fabric, the strength of the cotton-like fabric after customizing raw materials, weaving and embrittling treatment is greatly reduced compared with that of the common polyester, and the cotton-like fabric is more suitable for being used as a raw material of a medical adhesive tape; compared with the preparation process of acetate fiber and silk, the acetate fiber-imitated cationic flat polyester filament has the advantages that the processing process is short, the subsequent weaving is easy, the processing difficulty and cost are greatly reduced, the effects of energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved, and the defects that the conventional medical easily-torn adhesive tape made of silk and acetate fiber is high in cost, complex in processing flow, high in energy consumption and the like are overcome.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
